Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable with the service I needed and it was completed very quickly! All old parts were given to me if I wanted them! I have use them in the pass and will continue to do in the future.

I received the best service! Hugo was thorough, professional and patient with me. I assumed that I needed all new tires and was stressed because I didnt want to spend the money. Hugo looked in their system and found that I had a warranty on my tires with them and needed to replace the one that was damaged. They were extremely busy but I was completely serviced in less than an hour.

Chris Teng, the Manager, is a great guy. He is knowledgeable, friendly and is great with communication. He runs a good business at the Sugarloaf Mills location. I had new wheels put on my truck and my wife had new tires put on her SUV. We had an appointment and we’re in and out in less than an hour!

The folks here are extremely fast, professional, and honest. I have only had stellar experiences here, and am happy to give my business to a hard working team of people who do great work. I highly recommend them!

Best experience I have ever had at an auto repair location. I came in for a flat tire, but it could not be repaired. The warranty exchange was painless.Now to my bad luck. My car would not start when I tried to leave. It had nothing to do with discount tires work, but they bent over backwards trying to help me.-They jumped my car which did not resolve the problem.-Offered to help find a tow-Pushed the car into a space-Offered to wait for my tow truck for me-Then offered to wait with me for my tow truck

Have to say these people are really awesome. Made an appointment online for the next day. I come in for what I thought I needed was a wheel balance on my older vehicle, and after describing my vehicles symptoms the manager who happened to be the one helping people at the register seems concerned, walks with me to my vehicle and does a visual inspection. Notices almost immediately that my tire is actually bubbling on the tread area and not only tells me but also shows me what he sees and how to spot it in the future. If it hadnt been for his keen eye and knowledge of his trade I could have very easily gotten an incorrect diagnosis, gone back on the road and had an accident or at the very least a blown tire on the side of the road somewhere. He recommends I replace the tire which i did request, and then in just a hair over an hour I get my vehicle back with everything ready to go. The staff was polite and friendly the entire time. Cant say enough about the great service. If I ever happen to be in the neighborhood and need something this location can help me with, I most definitely would return in a heartbeat. I wish them all the best, and am very thankful to have been fortunate enough to have stopped there rather than anywhere else.

They say If something is free you are the product, that certainly does not stand true for Discount tire. I have been here twice, once for a flat tire due to a puncture and the next time coz my tire valve was faulty. First time was a walkin. I was soon attented to by a representative and was given the next available appointment. 2nd time it was a scheduled apointment. Both the times the service was quick and top notch and to my surprise .... FREE. The representative gave me options for new tires before hand if in case my tires were beyond repair and the price estimates were much better than what i have been paying at firestone until now.Everyone atleast at this location is friendly and helpful. I feel like i am in debt to them 😀.This is my goto location for all my tire needs.

I have been coming to this location for at least ten years to buy new tires or have flat tires fixed for all the family cars. Usually I make an appointment. What I really like about them is the fact that they only do tires, they dont do brakes, they dont do transmissions !!! They dont have the motive to sell you some other service that you may or may not need because simply put they dont do anything except tires......and thats exactly what I like about them.

I’ve been to DT twice. Once a year ago to buy four new tires, and once a couple of days ago to have one of those said tires patched after I ran over a large screw. Left another tire dealer after being ignored by the staff for 10 minutes after walking in and thought I would try Discount Tire.I looked online and saw they showed the tire I wanted in stock, so I drove over to talk with them. I was greeted within moments of walking in and when it was seen that the one person was still with the previous client, someone else came in to ask what I was needing!He looked up the tire I had seen on their site, confirmed it was there, asked how many I wanted, asked if I wanted their road hazard warranty, quoted me a price and I paid.Less than five minutes later I was asked to pull my vehicle into the bay for them! The tires had already been pulled from stock and were waiting at the front of the space.Maybe 25 minutes later I was taken back in with receipt in hand to pull out and leave!Maybe 45 minutes total? Maybe?I dont know if that was just a one off, but I certainly hope not! I was definitely impressed and am thinking I may have found a new place for tires!

This was the 3rd time Discount Tire has patched a tire for us at no charge even though the tire wasnt purchased from DT (they were the tires that came on a new car). The service techs are always so polite and helpful. Everyone had on masks. Lots of seating inside and outside so easy to social distance, and the facilities were very clean. We will be definitely be purchasing our tires from Discount Tire in the future! Thank you, Discount Tire!

This location is TERRIBLE -Showed up for my appointment and was told they’d get me in in about an hour. I explained That I had an appointment- and the associate said “right you have an appointment so you won’t have to wait more than an hour “ WHAT?! I won’t come back to this location- if all their locations were like this one I wouldn’t buy tires from Discount Tires.

Got off a 13 hour night shift at 9:15 am. I noticed one of my tires had a leak, and was nearly flat. I changed it to the spare, and called this location that was closer to home. They told me if I made it in by 10:15 they would start repairing it by 10:30. It was 10 by that time, and I arrived no later then 10:10. I was out by 10:32. Can’t get any better then that. Professional, fast, and free.

First time customer and will be a lifetime customer!! They had great customer service from the time I walked in to the time I left. I had a nail stuck in my tire, which was repairable. They patched it up and I was done within 45 mins at no cost!! Didnt try to upsell or scam me into buying something new because Im a helpless woman who knows nothing about car parts.Thank you, Ryne!! Never had a bad experience here. They are always great with time management. They may give you a higher wait time but its usually done before the time frame they give you.

I took my vehicle to this location because my rear tire had been leaking air. It was discovered that there was a nail in the tire. Now common sense would say that if a nail has punctured the tire, then air must be seeping from that same hole. I was advised that the tire was fine despite a nail being removed from it. I explained to them that the tire has being going flat and I have to put air in it every other day. They assured me that the tire was okay. Foolish of me to believe, the so called tire experts. This morning on my way to work, the low tire warning light came on. Guess what tire is going flat again... I have a warranty on this fairly new tire, and they didnt want to give me a brand new one. So, instead they lied and said there was nothing wrong with the tire.

I just now went to this location for my 10am appointment to get my tire repaired for a very slow leak. The rep quickly told me that my tires were worn and they were not able to fix them. He then asked me to buy 2 new tires. I said I am prepared to buy two tires. He Immediately recommended that I bought used tires. I was disappointing that he didnt even check the tire or even suggest a tire rotation. I did not feel like they wanted to help me. Just sharing my opinion!

Very disappointed with my experience at this location and with the rep that assisted me. I had a price match guaranteed from Corporate for two Firestone tires, I had called days prior to check if they had the tires and the rep that answered the phone said they had to order them as they werent in stock and that they would honor the price I was given that I only had to drop by and pay for the $25 to get them ordered. Few days later I went to the store to order my tires and an Asian rep (I didnt take his name)checked my information and insisted to see the price I was given (by Corporate) and proceeded to go inside the managers office and came back with a bogus story that they couldnt honor the price I was given because, the tires were discontinued and therefore they couldnt help me. I said, I was told they had to ordered them and that I was there just to pay but he insisted the tires were discontinued and there was nothing they could do. I decided to quit arguing and proceeded to call another location (Lilburn location) and their agent said they werent in stock but they had to get them from another state but they could do it would just take few days, long story short I ended up ordering no 2 but 4 tires from this store and I just had my tires changed and my price honored. I figured by the attitude of the rep from The Duluth location that it wasnt a good deal for them to honor the price I was given by Corporate and decided to make a BS story to prevent me from buying them from them lying to me and I definitely would be weary of a business that uses dishonesty to conduct themselves, if they lied about this what else can they lie about?.

A perfect experience. These guys are on top of it and very professional. I got 4 tires installed in 30 min. flat. The technician pointed out a bent wheel and where the wheel would be re-installed so that I can address it later. Very happy with the service and excellent care of my car that I received at the Duluth location. Couldnt be happier. Also, i found the best tire price for a set of 4 Michelins at Discount Tire.

Great Customer Service and the best rates in town! I took my car to get new tires and it was close to closing hours. I walked over to get my nails done and when my car was ready they called me. I was in the middle of getting a pedicure, they actually brought my car to me and walked inside the salon to handed me my keys. I had a 12:30 appointment yesterday and had to come back due to my tires not being in stock. Customer service from my the very first interaction, simply me walking in and the staff acknowledging me to Mike walking me through the process and even offering to check my spare tire for me as a courtesy, made a great experience. After doing some research and reading very good reviews, I decided to take my car in to get new tires. The reviews dont lie! Excellent service. Quick, efficient and the cost was not too bad. Tim was great! I brought my car in at 8:30 am. I was early for my 9:30am appointment. I told Tim that I came early because I had to take my daughter to gymnastics class at 10am. I was out of here in less than twenty five minutes with more than enough time to get to her class. They have top notch customer service, taking time to check the condition of your tires before you purchase. This my go to tire spot!

As a company theyre great. But the employees that usually come to you to help get your tires checked. Just looked at me doing nothing, they didnt come near to see if I needed any help. I hope they become as welcoming as I remember they were before.

Courteous and professional. They work with speed and precision. Theres a guarantee of an hour wait if you make an appointment. They accept walk-ins. But if you want to save time, make the appointment.

I was very impressed by the technicians. I just came in to get my tires balanced. I noticed how detail oriented the technician was and how much care he took in putting my wheels on the balancer not to scratch the rim. I was also impressed that they torque the wheels correctly. Its not always about the price its about the workmanship.

This place is great. Quick and excellent prices. Keep in mind that all they do is tires, so no alignments/wheels/struts/brakes/etc. I will also add that it says a lot about a company that embraces technology. All their tire prices can be found online. Appointments can be made online. They can even text you automatically when you car is done. I would recommend them.

Theres something to be said about going to a store where all the associates are excited to work for the company. The staff here is very friendly and efficient. I went in to replace a tire and they were able to look up my past history to find out I had a warranty still (completely worth it by the way). As I sat and waited for my tire to get replaced, I noticed how the staff here love what they do and have fun while doing it. Ive been here for years and the service has always been stellar for my entire family. Definitely go here if youre in need of new tires.
