They wont let you make an appointment for anything but a tire change and then make you wait an hour plus usually for service. I always call ahead and they give me the either the wrong hours or just decide to close early. I came in yesterday at around 4:15pm when both the internet, a call to staff, and the sign outside the door says open till 6pm and was told they wouldnt have time to do it. I asked for todays hours so I could come in and was told 8-5 but got here to a closed door.

I ordered a tire to be installed. I was given an appointment and waited an hour. After no update, I asked for my tire to have installed at another place.

Never answers the phone and when they finally do they hang up on you

I replaced 2 tires on this store when i drove back home one of them wasnt Secure, lug nuts almost came out, couldve had an accident cause they didnt have the common sense to make sure they were tight and secure!!! I would never coming back to this place!!!

Autocare section needs seperate entrance for this place as long as pandemic lasts. I had to walk all the way around almost 800 meters to main entrance in 105 f temperature just to know they do not have tires size i wanted and no mechanic to perform that job.On call they never answers.corporate! whats going on, dont want business or what?

First time getting my oil changed was quick. Came back because I was satisfied. This time I’m not satisfied at all. Tuesday afternoon just to get an oil change. It has taken over two hours. This is freaking ridiculous. Note to Walmart management: get some more employees and speed it up. For sure don’t call it quick lube like other Walmart locations. It is NOT quick. I will not be back

Came 2times here and they close at 6pm Ill show up around 430 5oclock they will tell me were closed for today and theres a hr left for closing time update your hr if you close at 5 or there just lazy to repair my tires

I love it here!! I only get my tires from Walmart and almost always from this location (or order online and let this location put them on). I always receive great customer service from everyone but Joe goes above and beyond!! He once fixed my trucks key fobs which hadnt worked in months and even 3 Infiniti and 1 Nissan dealership couldnt figure out why they werent operable. He is an asset to this location and Walmart better hold on tight. Ocie has always been helpful as well and willing to try to help in any way he can. Ill always come to this location as long as Im treated this well.

Been there now three times and didnt get my oil change because their wait is always at least 2 hrs. went there again few days ago and the guy came and told me that my wait will be a good 2 hrs before they even get too my car when they only had about 3 or 4 cars before me

I dropped the tire off for repair. They told me it will be couple of hours. Nail was in the middle and tire had 5k miles on it. 4 hours later no one called me. When I called them I was told that it can not be repaired. If so why no one called me to tell me so. I took the tire to another major retailer who fixed the tire without major issues. Not sure if tech was clueless or they tried to sell me into buying a new tire. Either way they are not getting my business again.

These people act like chickens with their heads cut off.. One hand doesnt know what the other hand is doing. Could really learn more about their job and duties. Could learn to use netter manners. One gentleman that helped knew what he was doing!!

The people behind the counter went above and beyond with helping me get a tire on my truck from the manager to the guy that brought the tire to the counter to confirm the correct one thank you to all

I arrived at the location 10 mins before they opened, order the tires online and even checked in 30 mins before arriving to make sure everything will be ready by the time I got there. Well that was not the case, I was the first person to be taken the info and keys, yet 2 hours later my car was still in the same spot I parked in. They took 3 other cars that needed oil change and tire rotation rather than mine that I was here first. No one wanted to do anything until I spoke to the manager and told them I was going to take my business somewhere else. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HASSLE AND SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS AT DISCOUNT TIRES, they will definitely get you out within an hour or so instead of 3+

These dudes made me wait an hour just to tell me their tool to change oil filters broke a day prior. Dont waste your time here.

The wait was too long for an Oil Change. Possibly not enough technicians at the facility or they were working too slow. Had to leave without getting the service.
