Owner is very rude and makes you feel so uncomfortable. Wigs don’t look that great so don’t try this place

I was looking at the lashes rack in the back of the store and the man/owner yells while another customer is checking out. He yells for me to come to the aisle, so I go and Im like yes? He says come into the aisle so I can see you. I said why and he couldnt answer. I pointed out that the lash rack was literally in the back out if view. Terrible, dont spend your money here.

I SHOP AT THIS STORE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. I CAME IN ON 03/06/18 AND PURCHASED $20.00 WORTH OF PRODUCT. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME I REALIZED I DIDNT HAVE ONE OF MY ITEMS. I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY 3/7/18 WITH MY RECEIPT SHOWING THEM AND TELLING THEM I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM. THE ITEM WAS ONLY $1.99 AND THEY WERE NOT WILING TO REPLACE MY ITEM. THE $1.99 IS NOT THE PROBLEM BUT TO ME ITS THE PRINCIPAL YOU WOULD RATHER LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER THAN REPLACE A $1.99 ITEM. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE EVER...

Rude, follows you around store, doesn’t greet you when you come in the store. They do not have a lot in the store either .

They have terrible service. They followed me around the store. When my friend and I were waiting on our Lyft driver he came outside and checked my friends bag. I do not recommend this hair store.

The store is on the smallish side, but its jam packed with merchandise. The employees here are nice and very helpful. Unlike other beauty supply stores, they dont carry much in terms of makeup, but definitely a lot of hair and other beauty products (soaps, lotions, hair dressings, etc). Their prices are comparable to other stores.

Good variety of wigs & wig supplies. Helpful owners to assist you too. Close to home for me. A win win solution.

I was in and out. The people running it were super friendly and helpful. The lady helped me try the wig on. She had very gentle hands.

Im sure you lost a lot of customers following behind everyone that comes in your store. And your attitude doesnt make anyone feel welcome. The first time i visit your store you got into it with my sister because you didnt want her trying on your wigs. You seem racist and you just lost another customer.

Well, I came here visiting a family member. They offered exactly what I needed.Here is where There was an issue. I am an African woman who was literally followed throughout the store the entire time. Very disappointed.
