Been coming here for 4 years now & I love them! Very nice & helpful. They have great options as well! One thing that caught my attention is that they locally source shea butter vendors that import from Ghana so I can tell they care about quality & community.

I love going here....has been one of my go to spots for years. Awesome prices with a decent collection of synthetic wigs. Any time I needed help finding something they come right back with multiple options. Every time Im there theyre very nice,helpful, and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service And The Store Was Well Stocked!!

I have been shopping at this store for years and the lady that is always there when Im there is so accommodating, pleasant, and welcoming. They didnt have the products that I normally buy and she ordered it for me! So I told her about the products that everyone is buying just to help her business. She listened, bought it and started making more money selling them too. I love this beauty shop and would recommend highly.

The owner is so sweet and doesnt follow you around the store like youre going to steal something. Im glad they utilize their cameras for theft instead of following customers around and making them feel uncomfortable. I love this place. The owner always has the latest wigs and colors of synthetic hair and talks to and compliments customers and has a great sense of style. Love her!!

This is my definite go to for hair...they have somany options to choose from. The lady owner is so sweet and always professional. Sometimes she even gives me free stuff at checkout. I needed a afro wig for 70s costume, she was helpful and even cut me a deal on the wig. They also have plenty of cheap costume jewelry and accessories, if thats your thing.

Excellent customer service and many options

Went there on last Wednesday, the lady there wasnt very helpful or pleasant. She kept asking my teen to put the items that she had in her hands on the counter like she was going to steal. Again, my teen was trying to decide on which product was the best. At this beauty supply shop they make you pay for a wig cap before you even try on the wig. Dont understand why the lady was so rude because we have been buying items at the beauty supply shop for years. The lady seems to only be nice when you buy stuff, but if you dont the owner/lady at the counter will get an attitude and dont want to have anything to do with the customer.

I love this beauty supply store!! The lady that’s the owner she is wonderful! Pleasant and truly knows how to take care on her customers!! I live in Snellville and probably pass by 3-4 beauty supply stores but this is the only one I will go to.the store might look small but the selection is awesome!!!

Be Be hair salon recommend I pick up my hair supplies from this store and I was pleasantly greeted upon entering and helped from beginning to end..great selection, reasonable prices but customer service was awesome.. Id definitely recommend this store!

Very pleasant staff and they mostly had everything Im used to seeing back home in Detroit. Its a little tight in there and the prices are slightly higher than what Im used to paying in Michigan (probably because this is a suburban beauty supply) however, they are definitely your one stop shop and first go-to for all your hair needs in Lawrenceville, GA

STAY AEAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I purchased a bad relaxer. I took maybe 2 teaspoon full out of the jar before I new it was bad. Brought it back the next day, they refused to replace or issue credit because it was opened and used. How am I supposed to know if that it was bad unless I use it. No customer service and didnt try to accomodate. Asked for a manager, was told no manager. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!

Dealing with Asians at beauty supply stores not nice. Cameras, mirrors, everywhere and still watching you like a hawk, no business finesse. Im not gonna pretend not to see the mistreatment in the name of beauty products. They want you in and out as quickly as possible, their anxiousness seems to decrease when youre at the register checking out. The younger ones which are usually a little more americanized are sometimes less obvious regarding the spot light treatment. Spending our money((lots)going through this and more isnt right, and it needs to change. Get woke!
