Our purchase of a new mattress and box spring at Mattress Firm today was made a pleasant experience by Sales Associate Dionysis Warren. He was very knowledgeable when answering the many questions we asked. He was also very kind and patient in showing us many of the beds in the store. At no time did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. I believe that the manner and efficiency by which an employee relates with the customer is critical to the success of that company. If we should ever have to refer someone as to where to buy a bed and whom to see, it will be Mattress Firm and Mr. Dionysis Warren.

The salesman acknowledged my daughter and I when we walked in and even though he was working with another customer, he assured us he’d be with us shortly. We looked around for my daughter a mattress. The salesman provided an assortment of mattresses in different price ranges and also advised us of the warranty coverage for each. We made a decision based on his recommendations, I’m happy and she’s comfortable. The whole transaction took less than 20 minutes.

The salesmen at this location were very professional. It was my first time shopping for a mattress at this store and the whole experience is streamlined and comfortable.I purchased a mattress, spring box and mattress protector. The mattress protector was included in my price because of a sale for bedroom accessories going on now.The only thing I didn’t like was the store couldn’t assure me of a delivery on the date I need it since the mattress was on order from the manufacturer. I would have appreciated a little bit more digging on the side of the store to check where the manufacturing process was before taking the leap and making such a big purchase.

I needed a bed frame for last minute company coming over and I needed it today. I went down to mattress firm in Lawrenceville where we bought our bed and Jarrod was very kind and quickly helpful. They did not have the frame there but they did have it in Johns Creek. He took care of all the payment and all the paperwork for me in about 2 minutes and I was on my way to Johns Creek to pick it up. When I got to Johns Creek the woman there was very nice it took maybe one minute for her to go grab it for me and I was out the door. Ive had a great experience with mattress firm when I bought my bed last October and today when I needed a quick fix. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful!

I had a very bad experience with the store manager at Badcock Furniture so my wife decided to try the Mattress Firm located on Duluth HWY. We met Ray she is an angel disguised a customer service rep there were several customers inside the store we waited our term to be waited on besides the mattress I was laying on was slowly putting me to sleep to make a long story short that mattress will be delivered too my home on July 2,2021 she was determined that I get that mattress; five stars won’t do her no justification;I will have to give her twenty stars

I just went thru the entire claim process to be denied. There is a dip in the mattress and 1 coil that I feel when I lay down. They want me to pay $79.99 for someone to come out after I sent $3k on a mattress. Im so disappointed.

We bought a mattress in January and after a week one part was really soft and the other was hard and we filed a inspection paper and they came after a month or so, and did the inspection and after a month or so, it came the report and it said that it was good if its sagging 1 1/2 inch its good but our was 3/8inch. They took all this 4 months to do an inspection so the warranty will expire and no one will do anything to change it. So DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
