The sales staff is awesome at this store! Reggie took care of us like we were royalty. He listened to our concerns and I couldnt believe that we were in the store for 2 hours. It is truly amazing! From beginning to end, the experience is well worth the time spent and the knowledge you gain from these amazing people is remarkable.

The courteous friendly and helpful staff was able to answer all my questions, and convinced me that I should go ahead and buy during the weekend sale, before all the savings went away. My new bed has not yet been delivered, but I am sure that it will go a long way toward helping me get a better nights sleep after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. The new smart bed will even monitor my sleep. My old bed also came from the same store, but it does not have any of the new technology. Thanks, Sleep Number Lawrenceville.

HORRIBLE!!!! This is the worst company ever. The drivers couldn’t get into my gate even though it clearly says dial “000” on the call box. I tried calling them and they wouldn’t pick up. So they left and rescheduled my bed for over 2 months away. Where am I suppose to sleep? Ridiculous. Don’t shop here. Getting a refund!!!

Nick was great he actually sold us our bed in Conyers down the street where we bought a house but we love Nick’s customer service soo much when he changed stores we still go and purchase through him. He’s now at the store in Lawrenceville went in yesterday to buy a travel pillow for my husband and ended up getting true temp sheet. I loved the experience well definitely return.

We went to the sleep number store in Lawrenceville on Saturday February 27th 2021. Our experience was excellent. Our sales person was Andy I cant say enough about Andy. He was incredible the store was crowded and he was the only was associate working. He made sure that he continued to advise us that he was going to be on his way to assist us shortly. He never made us feel uncomfortable about waiting in the store and while there we were able to browse the different sleep number beds. Once he was able to assist us his professionalism his personality and knowledge of everything was spot on. He gave us a detailed explanation of the different beds and we were able to test them out and again we never felt rushed. He explained everything, advised us what was on sale, what bed would most likely be best for us.Thank you for having Andy as an associate. Recently purchased an i8, Split top, King. Long story short, I dont care for it. Not that it is bad, but it is not, in my opinion, as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic it replaced. The delivered bed does not feel the same as the bed we tested in the showroom, at least not to me it doesnt. In hindsight I wish we would have explored other options before spending this much money on a bed that takes some getting use to. On a positive note the staff at the Snellville location were very friendly, as were the two young men who did the delivery and set-up.

Andy was amazing. I have a back injury from the military and he knew exactly which one would work for me. With me and my husband preferring different levels of comfort. Our purchase was quick and easy. Thank you Andy!!

My husband and I went in there just to get an idea of what kind of mattress we need. He has a bad back as well as I do. When we walked in we were greeted by Reggie who was awesome. As we told him we werent looking to purchase because we were just trying to get an idea of what direction we needed to go in. Reggie explained every bed to us we were in there for an hour. When we left we had purchased the king split I8 bed. We would recommend any and everybody there. Easy financing payments are not high a month.

I bought an $8000 bed from here, the wrong financing was check 24 months instead of the 48 months, still hasnt been fixed, understand that is a huge monthly difference, wrong bed was delivered and check even after emphasizing multiple times on the exact bed I wanted, even down to the pillow I received was wrong, correct bag wrong pillow placed in it, mind you a $82 pillow.. I had to come in the next few days to return it and had to wait over an hour + to even get it corrected, the customer service I have received here has been horrible, especially after spending $8000k, Reggie stated a manager would contact me, I have not been contact yet, I will more than likely be returning my bed, I will never recommend this company to anyone again

My wife and I recently visited the Sleep Number store. We met with Reggie Blackman, who introduced us to the world of Sleep Number beds. We actually tried out the beds to experience the subtle differences. He walked us through the many options available and helped us to see which bed made the most sense for us. Although we liked the i8 model best, we decided to wait about purchasing, which gave us more time to think things through. We recently made an appointment with Reggie, giving us the opportunity to ask a few more questions. It didn’t take very long at all to make a decision to purchase. Our new Sleep Number bed will be delivered in a few days. My wife and I are excited about our purchase. We believe that we have made a decision that will positively impact our sleep and our health for many years to come.

Everyone at the Lawrenceville Sleep Number was Awesome they make you feel very comfortable and help you pick out the perfect mattress for you! They really want you to get the best sleep possible and what is right for you. It was the best experience buying something that I have ever had they dont pressure you at all if you want to change something they change it! They were also helpful with this crazy lady who wanted to make sure her two 4 legged babies would fit on the mattress LOL!
