Milton was great! I recently relocated from Tampa, and wanted to replace my very firm mattress for something more plush. He asked a lot of questions to help narrow down the selection, and was patient with me going back and forth until I made my decision. Although I paid a little more than what I wanted to, I feel better knowing that I have a long warranty. I definitely recommend!

I would give less than one if I could. The poorest customer Service I have ever had in my life. Refused to return my money on a mattress I never picked up and took out of the store. Then when I go to pick up the mattress I couldn’t find the original receipt but I had the bank draft they refused to give me the mattress. All because of store policies. Said the owner would have to make the decision, never called the owner never had the owner called me. I would never ever ever go in the store or any of their affiliate because they are obviously ran by people who are distrustful dishonest and disgusting.

I had a really great experience shopping there! The guy who helped me out (so sorry I forgot his name 🙏) was really nice and it took a lot less time than I expected to buy the twin XL mattress I needed. I wasnt sure if I would need spring boxes for my mattress frame, so I didnt buy it then, but the guy that helped me out was really great at explaining my options if I came into a situation where I would need to come back and purchase some. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience shopping there and the mattress I got was firm but comfy which was exactly what I wanted!

Well you ask me how I liked Metro mattress?Just go in and ask for Austin...monday-Wed.He sold me two mattress sets...no pressure just very informative. Went in looking for a particular Beauty Rest mattress but after spending a little time on each mattress I kept going back to one particular mattress that was exactly what I was looking for. This company has been in business for 50+ years and had good reviews. Any way ..back to Austin....he will do you right! Nothing to loose if you are shopping for mattresses! I will need 2 more sets within the next 3 months and thats where I will be going!
