The store has a huge variety of shoes! And a lot of different sizes and colors. But, they only had two cashiers today so the lines were long. Also, what you see in sizes is what they have, because they dont have a lot in the backroom.

The shoe selection was great but the customer service was terrible no one came up to you to ask you if you needed any help with anything you basically had to Serve Yourself

Wide selection of shoes but not a wide shoe size. My daughter loved some vans but they didnt have her size. We had to look at 3 other styles until we found her size. Prices are great compared to other stores. Staff was decent.

I was in there for maybe 7 minutes tops, because I immediately found the kind of heels Ive been looking for!! I didnt catched the associate who checked me out.. dark haired, super friendly lady (associate #105217 from receipt).. pointed me in the direction of a store to purchase a wow dress to surprise my fiance. Youre awesome!!! The only thing I noticed was two men standing behind the register just chatting and asking people from behind the counter if they need help.. (you really should walk around the counter and approach the guest or hop on another register and help the people in line.)

Since Off Broadway closed the location in Cumming, I had to drive to Sugar Loaf to visit the Discover Mills location (I still call this place Discover Mills :-) ). Although entrance 5 is the official entrance you can use Entrance 2 as it is in the middle of the mall and can cross the food court to get to it.This location is large, but the staff a could be a little more helpful. I did locate someone and they offered help.I will visit the location again, but will not make a special trip for here....really wish the Cumming location never closed.

I went to the store to buy some cute shoes the box was marked wrong and i asked if i could possibly get another price for it and the store manager, chrel, gave me attitude she she kept on cutting me off in the middle of my sentences say i couldnt get it and she gave me a really ugly look. before that even happen she was stuck on the phone having a personal conversation the employees were not very helpful it seems like they havent been trained very well. i dont know why that store manager is still in charge she doesnt know what she is doing she cant do her job right and she should be fired . the store was also a mess.

First time going there with my boyfriend and he needed some slide as his slippers were wearing out. We asked the manager if it was ok if he were to wear the shoes while we were still shopping, and they said yes but I swear they kept talking into their headphones updating eachother on what we were looking at or touching, watching us like we were going to steal. Bought 2 shoes for the bogo promotion and went to the cashier. He asked if we were rewards members and asked if we would like to sign up. I asked him “what does it do?” To get a better understanding of the program, and he smiles looks down and goes nevermind you don’t need to sign up. What if I was interested? These employees are rude. Don’t offer me something and get upset when I don’t know what it is your offering.

Went there today looking for comfy shoes since I had ankle surgery a few months ago. I am on a cane and was looking for some better and more comfy shoes for my feet. The girl that helped me had a bad attitude, took forever as I watched do other tasks in between and said only one shoe in the whole store would work for me, which was a slip on that was very small and did not fit my foot. I even specifically asked her about a sneaker etc. (Which is what i wanted - something comfy for walking etc every day and for work) and said thwy might work better since their top is roomier and she just said that they wouldnt work. Shows how knowledgeable their workers are and how crappy their service is. Never going back here after this. Dont go here if you actually need help with something.
