I have visited this location on several occasions and Im always pleased with the excellent customer service I get. I can feel the warmth when I enter, there is a wide selection of footwear from which to choose. Prices are competitive and there is very often discounts and online coupons to helped out with pricing. I would recommend shopping at this location!

Always very nice employees which is great however their selection at least of kids shoes is very limited. I mean they had a lot of the same shoes that last year. I dont know if thats bc of the pandemic or what. Its still a great store to shop at though.

Good for kids shoes, but severely lacking in the toddler selection. Recommend Journeys Kids for toddler shoes.

The ladies were very accommodating, ready to help and there were only 2 of them work... A+ for customer service

Great selection of work boots only downside is that they didnt have size 12 W for almost all boots.

Great place and even better employees!! Make sure you ask for Dianen who made our shoe shopping experience easy and pleasant. She explained all the sales and helped us with getting different sizes.Store was clean and organized according with new COVID-19 standards. Teammates were announcing social distancing rules and current promotions.

This is the Rudest Shoe Carnival ive ever been to. Was not Greeted upon entering the establishment. The manager was up front making a schedule or something. He was very rude. I had to go search for someone to assist me. This is not my regular store. Was shopping in this Shopping Center and just stopped by. I will only shop here if my regular store is out of what am looking for. I will say the store was nice and organized. I can just do without the side of Attitude and Rudeness when im spending my money.

I went to this store right after they opened, the customer service was terrible. While I was wandering around looking for a pair of dress shoes that I liked, I passed two employees who were chatting with each other. They did not greet me and they did not ask if they could help me. I finally went to the cashier and asked I could get some help. She called one of the workers that I had passed. The worker pointed out a pair of shoes in the size that I thought I needed. Instead of making sure that they fit properly he disappeared. I looked at the shoes again to try to find a better fit and then ended up having to track him down for more help. I will NOT be going back to this store again. Customer service seems to be a concept that they are not familiar with.

It was awesome in and out. got what i wanted extra discounts and sales rep Laura was just beyond. great store lots of specials and variety.

Pretty good selection and prices. Cheesy announcements every 10 minutes or less. I get it, its your gimmick.

It was okay. They had a very small amount of Reeboks like maybe three.

Horrible customer service every time I am in. I can stand there and watch the employees stand around talking and joking. Its like no one works there..ne time stood in the back of the store waiting on an employee to ask me if I need help, kept waiting and finally yelled does anybody work here. If you can find what you need on your own it is not to bad, but you will wait to check out. Very slow.
