Good prices on shoes. Seems like there is always a bogo sale going on. Only issue right now is empty shelves. A couple aisles in the store were completely empty.

I love this store but they do not switch over they inventory often! It is the same shoes in every section that be there for months to years. Thats the disappointing part. Over all you cant beat Buy One get the 2nd 50% off.

Excellent well-stocked shoe store with a large variety of brands. Employees and very helpful and courteous.

Rack room experience was good. We were greeted when we came in and when we left. They have a vast selection which is nice and if your on a budget they have some decent buys.

Visit shoe rack first for name brand sneakers. Nikes paid $30 less than at other shoe mall shop.

Lack of cashiers is the reason I stay clear of stores. I waited 30 minutes behind one last getting ring up because they didnt have more cashiers. really unacceptable on a weekend.

Nothing left sold out

We were on the hunt for shoes for my husband late on a Saturday night and finally found some here. One customer ahead of us and I stood there waiting for at least 15 minutes to pay for the shoes. The guy ahead of me had 6 pairs of shoes and the cashier was engrossed with talking to him and inspecting each pair he was buying.There was someone else there working and she finally came to ring us up after what seemed an eternity. When you pay minimum wage you get what you pay for I guess.

Didnt have my size boot. 14 days to get a shoe.
