Rick and John are are wonderful to work with! We have been loyal and faithful customers over 10 years at this location, and we’ve never had a bad experience. They do the right thing always. We even had to have a tire plugged the other day, and after the service, they said don’t worry about it… our treat to you. Great customer service and very nice to work with.

The staff was rude and charged me for things I didn’t even need. They fixed my tire in may, and charged me 30$ when it should’ve only been 15$. They added random charges and I just found out now by another tires plus. They take advantage of females that come in by themselves.

Ive been using the Tire Plus on Riverside Parkway/Lawrenceville Suwanee road for over 15 years. The Service Manager Tim is amazing. The new team is now just money grabbing - I dont like being lied to. Searching for a new service place for my 5 household cars. Im done

I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment that I setup 3 days earlier to get my tires rotated and balanced that I purchased at tires plus in January 2021.I dropped off my truck before 10:00 a.m. came back to pick up my truck around 12:30 p.m. and they still havent worked on it. They finally finished around 2:00 p.m bottom line Discount tire on Duluth highway by the bass Pro shop. Has a lot faster service.

Called this morning to schedule appt for battery purchase, gave him my car detail to check if battery is available. He says oh yes we have in stock. I get to Tire Plus give the clerk my name. Hes like u want this done NOW. Yes, I called & scheduled this morning.He tells me oh we only have 1 guy & dont have the battery in stock u should go to auto zoneNO I SHEDULED HERE! So my business was not of importance. This is not acceptable of providing good customer service.

This place is definitely unbelievable an once they fix my car this last time I’ll never bring another vehicle of mine into any tires plus again! I had my car towed to this location an worked on for a whole week, they told me they were 100 percent sure it was my fuel pump an they’ll get it fixed, A Week go by an I go to pick the car up after paying a whole lump sum to get it fixed an two days later I’m stuck on the side of the road having to get it towed an it’s doing the same exact thing! So I have it towed back to this tires plus after they say they just recently changed my fuel pump an now their saying it’s the fuel pump again! After two days?? How?? I’m starting to believe they never changed anything!! So now I’m out of a vehicle until Tuesday an missed days of work because of this! This Place Has To Do Better!!!

Horrible Customer Service, I called today during the morning to check availabilty and set up and appointment, the first thing I noted was the front desk employee with a nasty attitude, instead of hearing a sir can you please hold, or sir we are currently unavailable please call back, all I heard was a screaming what do you want, Im in front of a customer I thought they were overwhelmed, so I decided to call back later during the evening, So I called later to set up the appointment, and the same guy responded we have nothing available this week and the same remark, what do you want, I told him I didnt appreciated the tone and the disrespectful demeanor, then he hung up on me . What kind of place of business treats its customers like this, I proceeded to call back again and speak to a manager but apparently this place has no manager on duty. I hate to leave this comment I dont want the employee to get fired or anything but we have lost all respect for one another, you can have a bad day but dont take it on the rest, and if you are unhappy were you work just quit, if you are going to present yourself with a nasty attitude dont go to work, if you are reading this take you business somewhere else plenty of good shops up and about, way to lose a potential sale and customer.

They know what they are talking about. And if they can’t fix it they will help you find someone who can. Very very fast and friendly service never ever have any problems. Also they charge accurately and fairly. Which is fantastic.

Upon arriving to this shop I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait. I agreed to this, because it’s a Sunday and Im sure other customers are in front of me. However, after 2.5 hours my car was still in the same spot untouched! I don’t typically leave reviews, but I’m a bit upset. I sat there so long I had time to book an appointment at a different place. I walked to the front and ask the lady for my keys. She was very nice and went and got them. I could tell she was relieved as I would be one less customer to deal with. We are in the mist of a pandemic so we as customers understand if you’re shorthand. If that’s the case just say that from the beginning so we don’t waste our time! Looking at these reviews totally fooled me as I thought I would be receiving stellar service.

I had a appointment at 8am. I drop off car to get the tires changed out. I was told it will be ready in 3hrs. But no, after 5hrs, it was still not done. The only excuse they can give me is that the car is a low profile tire and it takes time.

Alex was rude when I asked about Tires Plus price matching. So I guess Ill have to call customer service.

Called there today twice. To get 4 new tires. Got hung up on twice no call back. Will go somewhere else. Don’t bother getting tires here.

Great customer service from the young lady at front desk! I bring both of my cars here for tires. I brought my Mercedes here today for a tire and they were nice enough to put tire shine on the new one to match my other wheels shine!

I took my car there to get and alignment. I had to wait about an hour and a half peer visit. The alignment went well and my car drove true. I had to come back a couple times but, hey, its near perfect. The staff are respectable and friendly. The way the technicians test drive your car is with care. I see them use plastic sheets to cover their shoes to prevent dirt and stains on the carpet. $85 for the alignment plus a 1 year to come back if the alignment wasnt done properly the first time. The lady in the front desk is the best person to talk to. She is kind, approachable, and not intimidating as the other folks there. She knows a lot!

Never set foot in the store and never will. I ordered a set of tires online and had them shipped to this location for installation when I called to verify they had arrived the person seemed like they didn’t want to do their job and put eyes on my tires. The majority of the staff has been very unpleasant to deal with. I booked an appointment online at 4pm and they were unable to keep it which isn’t really a big deal but it does tie into the negative feedback following that I asked my wife to go pick up the tires from the store so I could have them installed elsewhere when she got there she had an issue getting them to give her the tires and when they finally gave them to her didn’t even have enough decency to put them in the car for her I’ll never do business with Tires plus going forward and will advise everyone I know not to also

This tires plus is a great one to go to, no BS and they get the job done.

The employees are very nice and honest. I had to replace 3 tires and while they had the tires off, I asked if they would check the breaks and let me know if I needed new breaks or anything else. They could have sold me a lot of stuff as I am not knowledgeable about cars, except how to drive them! They told me my breaks were fine and I did not need anything else done to my car. The salesman offered road hazard at a discount as I had not been offered it in the past when I had two new tires a few months back. He also gave me a discount on the replacement of the new tire that had a screw in it and it could not be patched. I rated one star because, one I came in and I knew I had one nail in my tire. But it wasn’t all the way in. So it did nothing to my wheel. But I didn’t know this until my dad checked it. What they had told me.. was that my wheel was unfixable and that I had three nails stuck in my wheel. Which they lied to me because there werent three nails in my wheel. They take advantage of a women that knows nothing about a car. And tries to charge them more. Never coming back over here.

They were honest, they told me exactly what was wrong with my car. They told me what they could fix and what they couldnt fix. They suggested I take my car to someplace were my car could be completely fixed, and I wasnt charged a penny!!

They changed my oil but left the car very dirty. The chair and door had oil stains. Thankfully they cleaned them. They also did not replace the sticker that says when to change my oil again. They just left the one that said my current mileage, which does not help.

Took 3 hours to have one employee tell me I need one window part and another telling me I have to buy extra parts. Ended up fixing it myself for a fifth of the estimate.

Great team here. Always willing to go the extra mile. People already know though so they are always busy. Worth the wait.

Was ok I guess wasnt going to leave a terrible review prices are normal, attitudes of -workers fair. Why I didnt give it a Five after worked on my car left it on lift for extra time. Tires were installed why did it just sit on Lift for twenty minutes after work was completed !!!

Fixed a $450 problem for $60 and half an hour worth of time after I was lied to about how many parts I would have to buy. Look elsewhere, this place has changed over the last decade.

Although they could not get my alignment right after 2 tries, the manager was a very stand up guy and refunded me my money hence why the 4 star review.

I was hesitant about visiting a chain for my new tire, but my regular mechanic doesnt carry a full stock. This Tires Plus surprised me. Mary, at the front desk was incredibly helpful in guiding me to right tire for my van. A tire is not a major repair, but it was handled quickly and without issue. The customer service, however, was off the charts.

The first time I went they were wonderful but this time it looks like no one is on the same page. Id dropped my tire off on saturday with promise that Id receive a phone call on monday on if they could fix my wheel or not. It was getting later in the day so I called them and the guy said oh yeah they can fix it but they uh arent working today so itll be a few days something didnt sit right with me so I called back the next day and I asked if theres an update on my wheel and for some reason the guy had to make sure I talked to one specific person instead of just letting me know if their people picked up my wheel to fix it. When I finally got to talk to someone they tell me their guys came in to look at my tire the previous day and said it wasnt repairable. No one called me telling me that and when I called I was lied to. Im more understanding if they cant help rather than a business lying to me just to shake me off of them. I wont be back I shouldnt have to be tossed back and forth like that just for an answer.

Great service with a quick turn around. Its awesome how the Tire Plus group works together. I originally went to a different location and they knew I was in a time crunch so they sent me to this location for faster service. I really appreciate the effort.

Decent front staff but crew in back seems inefficient. Dropped off my truck at 8am for 4 tires to be installed. They said it be done by 12pm so I arrived around that time. Around 3:30pm it was finally done.

First class customer service! Rick and Mary always do a phenomenal job. I’ve been coming to the Riverside location for 3 years and have never been disappointed. They always go above and beyond. Not only do they provide the best customer service, they always look for ways to save the consumer money. Awesome job guys!

Great group of people! Mary and John are the best. Been taking our cars here and getting our tires from them for the last 10 years. Theyve always taken good care of us with honest assessments of any work that needed to be done. Their prices are competitive with other Nationwide companies. Their warranties on any work done is honored at most Tires Plus, Firestone and other Affiliated stores nationwide. As is their road hazard tire repair and replacement warranty. They stay busy with happy customers. Give them a chance, and Im sure they wont disappoint!

Dont call them. They will always tell you its a 2 hour wait for service even if no customers are in line. Ive seen this trend in the automotive industry as a whole, period. Its very frustrating. However they were done with my car in 20 minutes after I showed up.

I came here with the intention of getting 2 new rear tires and I had to replace my studs to do so and I wasnt sure of the cost for all parts & labor so I was going to come back but the gentlemen at the front desk said to me that they were not going to charge me labor for such repairs and I was delighted that he would do me such a favor knowing I had to get those tires replaced asap, so moral of the story, they work with you, honest folks here, just tell them your situation, will definitely be coming back.

One of the best shops ever! I am pushing 60 and have always owned used cars. When I was younger, I performed some maintenance and repairs myself, but I have dealt with auto repair shops all over the U.S. I have been coming to this Tires Plus location for about 4 years, and I am very happy to have discovered it. This is one of the best, if not the best, repair shop I have dealt with: very capable mechanics, fair pricing, thorough discussion of work in advance (i.e., needed, recommended, suggested), and on time completion. I highly recommend this Tires Plus location!

Made a online appointment for 5:00pm same day. Got to location and my selected tires were not in stock. I didnt even mention to them that it was an emergency and that I had a 500 mile trip the next day and had to get tires. The sales associate had already sent someone to get them before I was informed about the stocking error. What more could I have asked for. I will only by tires from tire plus in the future. I loved it here because they were honest. They changed my oil in a timely manner and told me I could wait on the brakes! No upsell, just honest what your car needs advice. I will be coming back for sure.

My 2000 Honda Accord needed “surgery” . Aaron and Shane performed the operation and had my car back to me the next day . I highly recommend them !! They did an awesome job !!

Charged for oil change, oil just as dirty as when I got there. Didnt bother to share information or tell me anything about my vehicle. Would not recommend, very disappointed.

Ive been to this location a few times and my experience has gotten progressively worse. Customer service used to be excellent! Friendly service writers, happy to converse with the customers. The past couple times, however, the service writers have not been welcoming or friendly. One older gentleman has 0 interest in providing good customer service. My advice? If you have to go to Tires Plus, choose a different location.

Have used them for going on a decade, and more than a half dozen vehicles. Always great communication, no up-selling, quick turnaround. The best of both customer service and workmanship.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I took my car here to have the brakes inspected, not even a week later I had to take my car back to have it reinspected for the same initial problem. The employee informed me that the brakes were making noise because of the rain and wet environment. They inspected my car once more and made what they called minor adjustments. A few days later my brakes continued to make the same noise. I left Tires Plus for the last time with an unsolved problem and a new white scratch in my car door. I finally took it elsewhere to be inspected. The mechanic informed me that Tires Plus installed my brakes backwards, which contributed to the noise and the shaking. After the mechanic repaired the mistake made by Tires Plus, I havent any more problems. I would advise anyone who is looking to have their car serviced here to think again.

I bought 4 new tires here three years ago and the treading gave out before I reached the tire mileage. They replaced all 4 tires and gave me upgraded tires plus a deal on the alignment. The stuff here is professional, helpful and timely. I will be a long time customer

Nice service. Have been coming to this location for tires need for a couple of years. If you make the appointment online, it will be faster. It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to swap out 2 tires and alignment check. This location provides better service than the one on Sugarloaf (Publix shopping center).

Ive used this location for 6 years. They are fair and reasonably priced. Very pleased.

Been using them for years and been very happy with their service. Recently took my large van to Kauffman tires to get a quote on doing a break job and was given a quote of almost $400 more than what it cost me at Tires Plus. That being said, I wont use anyone else for break jobs than Tires Plus.
