Very disappointed, Kelly is the rudest person that I met in my life.He shouldnt work with costumers ! After 18 years with t mobile he was the person who convinced me to go to other company.He was rudly cut my conversation with costumer care, he refuse to let me talk to a manager, telling me hes doing me a favor talking to me.Goodbye Tmobile.

Extremely positive experience! I was assisted by Kelly, and he was so patient. He was knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in and answered all my silly questions. Worst T mobile store I have experienced. I was interested in purchasing a phone that was only available at this store. I needed info on the phone before I made the trip. Kelly told me he didn’t know the answer and was too busy to check. He told me to google it. While I didn’t have a problem doing this; I felt this was not the best customer service. I asked to speak to the manager Nijala and she was worst. They didn’t have time to answer a question but they both had time to tell me they didn’t have time. On top of it all they both had undesirable attitudes. They acted as if I was bothering them. If you don’t have time to talk; why answer the phone!!!!

I spent 1 hour in this store with a representative who had no interest in helping me transfer my old information from one phone to the new phone. We run a business from our devices and he erased everything prior to completing the backup. He didn’t have the proper knowledge on how to do it. Instead. I was adamant about getting it done and stayed in the store and figured it out MYSELF. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. I was in the store on 7/8 and left around 11:30am. I will never return this location and am so sick of Sprint & Tmobile hiring cheap Labor and not ensuring their staff is trained properly. As a business owner, this is unacceptable

We are so dissapointed at the service provided at this location! We change to T-Mobile because of a special that they had to get the last Iphones 11. We were offered a monthly payment and discounts that up until this day we have HAD TO FIGHT OVER THE PHONE because nothing was as it was offered!! We have been with T-Mobile over 5 months and we are still dealing with long phones calls with customer service and management that keep offering to solve the issue and keep changing the offers!! But NOTHING gets solve!!! First the girl that help us got the wrong discounts in the wrong promotions!! We have to call because the 1st bill was nothing like the one they told us it was going to be like! Then we go back to the store were the manager helped us and supposedly got everything right this time! Then we have spend hours and hours on the phone trying to get to what was offered to us since day one!! I REGRET LEAVING METRO PCS were I had great service... no surprises on my bill every month and good workable phones!!! It was a MISTAKE CHANGING TO T-MOBILE just to have an upgraded phone!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Worst cuatomer service from store manager and sales rep, I have had service with them for 6 minths and I have been on the phone with customer service for over 15 hours, trying to solve the contract I was promised at this location... Don’t belive them you will not have the same monthly payment, they will find a way to put extra charges every month and you will need to be on top of your bill to make sure it is what they promised.

Horrible experience. I ordered a replacement phone under warranty and I soon as I walked in to get my replacement phone Im hit with a million question as to what Im going to have to pay to replace it, etc. Etc. It was clear the guy wasnt trying to give me the replacement. He also let me know I would have to pay $20 to replace it which I wasnt made aware of when I ordered it.Long story short he finds a tiny crack in the phone that can barely be seen with the visible eye and says he cant replace it. Then, I ask if they can take a look at my phone because is still working its just people cant hear me during calls unless I had it on speaker phone or had ear plugs in.They didnt even attempt to figure out what the problem with the phone was. The manager got involved and kept me there for over two hours with the only result being that I could get another phone, and start a contract on another phone when the phone with the sound issue wasnt even paid off.He said he would take off $60 from what I still owed on the old phone, however, I was charged $30 in taxes for the knew phone and was told Id have to come back in a month to remind him to take off the other $30 because he could only do one at a time.I left feeling ripped off and confused. I went to a corporate TMobile to explain the situation and return the new phone a few days later because it didnt sit right with my that I was paying for two phones and.only using one. The new phone I was convinced to get, was low quality and I just settled into the idea that I would use my original phone with headphones until I could get another phone. I was charged a restocking fee and they switched my service back to the phone with the sound problem.As soon as I made a call with the phone the person on the other end could hear me and the sound problem on this phone which was originally in excellent condition, now worked. Both stores made no attempt to help me rectify the sound problem and essentially I paid $20 and spent time running back and forth between stores for help. Horrible service 😔 These people are not about helping the customer. Phoney people...

The Absolute Worst Experience I have ever had with a Mobile Service Provider.Bounced around, False Contracts on written paper. Anytime I tried to reconcile my service with what was sold (expectation set in writing albeit paper and pencil) I was told to wait a few days. When it was never solved it took more than 14 days and we cancelled. To which Tmobile sent us to the store. Their managers and reps remained profusely confused and were of zero help.Steer clear and go somewhere else

I walked into this store and was immediately serviced. The sales rep Janet was amazing and very knoeknowledge. One of the best store visits I have ever had with one exception. My wife and I wanted to leave AT&T after they kept raising our bill and offering no reductions. We looks around and found Tmo to be the best option for us. We arrived to the store around 12:20 on a Sunday. They were one of the only local stores to have the pixel 3a XLs that we wanted. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We explained what we wanted to do and that we had a 3rd line to bring over as well but they were in Miami. It was no issue at all and they got in contact with the Miami store to make the process smooth. Unfortunately their system was down and that made our swap impossible at the time. So we had to drive back to the house and wait. After a bit of a wait they called us back to say that the system was up and they have the phones ready for us. My wife and I return, and we were out in about 30-40 minutes. They transferred everything from our old phones, got us lined up with our new phones and even made sure everything went smoothly with our 3rd line as well. I cannot say how happy I was, even though the system being down was a rough first impression, it was no fault of the employees.

I am extremely disappointed with T-MOBILE. For starters I called and activated my account while in Europe so I could land and have a working phone. Apparently they are happy to charge you, without gaining the appropriate information about you i.e. full name and not bother giving you a working number.I have spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with them and was informed my problem is very simple however I still dont have a working phone. Lets top the experience off with they will not give you an opportunity to provide feedback or send me to the billing department as my very simple problem requires up to 24 hours to correct itself.**the staff at the office was very understanding and polite.**

I visited this location for assistance with my phone and after 2hrs here my issue was not resolved. I have been a customer with Tmobile for 9 years and was at the store trying to figure why my husbands phone was not working all of a sudden. We later discovered it was related to a change of responsibility. I received a separate bill for $1218.00. I was harrassed and tossed to 3 separate collections agencies without any explanation of the charges. Later came to find I was billed for a promotion on an account with no activity. It was the most horrific experience . Their billing practices are unethical and to handle the matter for a long time customer in such a way shows that the representatives lack common sense. Theres no reason why as an active customer I should have a past due bill of $1218.00 and a current account with a monthly bill of $400 for 5 lines. Its a very emotional and horrible experience. We paid $452 prior to the change of responsibility so to get a bill for $1218 3 months later is insane. When I first called about the bill I was told they couldnt talk to me because I didnt remember the pin I explained this was a closed account as far as I knew next thing I know its in collections. 4 months later Im still fighting this. Tmobile is morally unethical and professionally unreasonable.

Now I have debt collectors calling on behalf of the phone I returned and was informed there were no charges for. Terrible customer care to be telling customer incorrect information! Everytime Ive visited this store its a breeze. A few weeks ago, I went in trying to find my best option to fix/replace my phone. I was in the middle of a work trip and had stopped home for that day only. Technology was not on our side but Chanel didnt give up. I was able to go about my day while she helped transfer my files, gave me options. My mistake I hadnt been saving my files correctly but, even when I had given up, Chanel didnt. She called me a week later with results. It was a great surprise. The only issue I guess I can say I ran into is, that if she wasnt there, nobody else knew what I was talking about. Not sure if that was true or they just avoided going the extra mile which is not a problem at all for Chanel. And shes bilingual!!! Hahla español!

Horrible customer service. walked in and the woman who helped me load my visa card was a sweetheart. my friends behind me were next. and the guy who was supposed to help them, He had to clock out. So he got another guy to help, but he was on the phone. when was done he helped another customer, then He came over and said can I help you. so my friend said yeah you were supposed to help us. So he said he will be right with us. (I was done already). He said that 3-4 times then handed us off to a manager once more customers came in. when asked why wasnt he helping us, he said, because he is the manager. like, what is that supposed to mean? He just wanted to help the customers after us who were setting up a new account/line so he gets his credit/points/quota. while thats all understandable, it is a first come first serve basis. meaning we shouldve been handled first.not recommending this location. will be finding another home store.
