I needed to have my phone number moved from the phone I dropped and shattered the screen to another phone. I went to the Metro PCS location at Herrington Road and 29 and the man told me it couldnt be done and to call customer service. I knew he was being lazy and unhelpful so I came to this location. The two ladies who worked there are so nice and so efficient. My phone numbers were transferred within 10 minutes. They really know the meaning of customer service. Thank you!!

Got my 5g phone yesterday love it very helpful .ladies here know their stuff so dont be cheap if you want a cheap phone then go to Walmart and the ladies are good looking so go get your phone today. Thank you metro.

Bad costumer service... Came in with my in-laws to get 2 phones.. we asked for cheapest plans and she didnt want to offer cheaper plans that clearly are stated at the wall...first she offered $60 pro phone, than $50 and finally stopped at $40...Asked her for 2 phones Samsung Galaxy GRANDPrime at $89 a piece and than she processed 2 cheaper phones at $59 because she didnt have 2 GP in stock...after I asked her for $30 plan she got mad...Than after we refused to take the cheaper phone she was very pissed and was not professional at all...we end up buying only one GP that they had in stock and left...I would not recommend this store to anyone...

Very nice girls i went to buy my parents phone after they moved to georgia and the girls were very helpful helped get them great promotion so that they could save money on their monthly payments my parents are both very happy with their phone and service
