I just went through the Drive Thru and the team was very helpful and lovely. Rachel took my order, and help me though it all. She recommended me a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and it tasted amazing. I got my order fast too. Very about the experience was amazing.
I ALWAYS order a hot white chocolate mocha, I get the incorrect drink all the time. I either get hot milk or something else I dont recognize, this service is awful whyyyyy? Just give me what I ordered if the employees are not familiar with how to make the drinks, then Train them, this is sooo frustrating. This is not what I paid for, I will be going down the street to the new Starbucks I believe its 665 Duluth Hwy, if you are reading this comment, do yourself a favor and dont go here
Ordered a Mocha Frappuccino, no whip add caramel drizzle. I received a disgusting Mocha Frappuccino with no caramel and WAY TOO MUCH MOCHA, taste like cocoa powder.
I want to share my tragically experience, on sept 11/2021, I order coffee trough drive trough and when I reach trough the window, she hand me the coffee wich after I grave it, open from the lid falling on my hand and arm burning it, and felt over my car and clothes, immediately I request speaking to the manager expecting he will instruct me to go to the Dr and follow up a report, instead he approached with little piece of paper and told me to write my name and phone number and someone will contact me, they contacted me 2 days later to offer me a $25.00 gift card, and told me that was my fault since the coffee was on my hand, wich I told her to keep their gift card, since I will never buy anything from them due to my bad experience.
Pulled up at 9:20pm (they close at 10pm) I can clearly see people in there but they decided to absolutely ignore us (there was another car ahead of me) I thought the other car had placed their order so I go to place mine, I waited n nobody was taking my order I even said hello lol and nothing I go around n they employees hid they literally hid lol who does that?? A simple we’re no longer taking orders would have been ok but they divided to hide?
Wait time in drive thru over any hour. Not sure if staff under trained or the place is under staffed not a good look. Not recommendedCoffee taste like chocolate milk
My wife and Had the best experience in drive-thru. The cashier was nice, warm and welcoming. She even joked with us about getting extra slices of lemon pound cake. She made our day better!
The experience here was okay. The only issue I had was with the guy taking my order, I didn’t get his name but he was a big guy with a beard. When I walked in I was not greeted and could instantly sense his attitude & negativity. I felt rushed when placing my order, overall not a nice guy or maybe he was having a rough day. The baristas making my drink was nice handing me my drink so that’s that. I will just go to the Starbucks down the street from now on.

The line is always wrapped around the building which can make it a little bit difficult considering the placement of the building. That being said, I like the Starbucks a lot more than the closest other one near Gwinnett medical. The employees at both are always nice, but the consistency of the actual drinks is always better at this location.
I came here like every day. Experience not that bad even they made my drink wrong sometime. But today was the worst. When we order, the guy took order who don’t know any idea at all. Took about 10 time repeat to let’s he know one drink order. That’s make me feel really annoying with long line wait and long time to let’s the guy understand what we want to order. End up my 3 frap drink just have supper small whipping cream. Wth

I’ve been here many times and even though Muffin or Casey since he changed what he goes by is soo rude I keep coming back since it’s the only one open at 5:30am. But for the last couple of days their pink drink taste so horrible I even mentioned it to them and all they said is it’s the same recipe. Clearly not cause I went to the one down the street after work and that pink drink was spot on.

Recently visited this location and decided to order inside instead of driving my larger truck through the drive-thru. When I got to the door an employee stopped me and informed me I needed to order through the app. That in itself would have been fine but the tone the employee used and their overall body language was not professional and was just plain rude. This was not the first time experiencing rude employees at this location, but will most likely be the last since I will not be purchasing anything from here again.
I ordered a dark chocolate mocha since I had just seen it online as an option. And Garett repeated back to me a peppermint mocha. I corrected him a dark chocolate mocha. I got to the window and Caleb asked if I had a white chocolate mocha. I said no I had dark chocolate mocha. Then he told me they had to remake it. Then he brought me a white chocolate mocha....how is this anything but wilfully messing up my order? This was my first time at a Starbucks in months, Im going back to Dunkin....
Came by on Saturday afternoon 4/10/21 -read the paper taped on their door that said Saturday hours 6AM-12:30 and Sunday 6AM-1PM (I understand they are short staffed so I will just buy my Starbucks whenever they are open).Came back on Sunday at 12:15PM and the line was long but I was glad I got there before 1. A worker came by and spoke to a few cars at the end of the line (one of them was mine) and she said they were closed already. I expressed to her what the paper sign said and she said they were short staffed and closing. She also wasn’t very nice. I felt annoyed but sure I understood and went to the Starbucks on Hurricane Shoals.It’s currently 2:53PM and I just drove past it to get on 316 and there was a line and people were being helped.....THEY WERE OPEN.....I’m confused and frankly annoyed.Starbucks, please do better.

Let me begin by saying that this location is probably the most inconsistent you can visit in the area. The drinks are never really made the same on any given day and it doesnt matter if you order hot or cold. I go to this Starbucks if Im on the area and Im wanting to save time which exactly what happened recently. I didnt want to go through the drive through bc its a tight fit and depending on the location you go to they let you come in make an order and you can wait in the store with your mask on. But this time before we reached the door someone popped out and looked us up and down while asking if we had a pick up order. I said no because I dont know how it works and by the way I was still friendly because I realize I may have made a faux pas by assuming I could come in and order. So he says with an attitude that we just have to order on the app, didnt mention which store, or anything else. I ended up not ordering because this isnt the first time theyre rude at this location and this experience was just the cherry on top. I wont be returning to this location.

Came here through an order on the app and it said 20 minutes!! But I still came here and tried to go inside to pick up but it seemed they just do drop offs. However I wanted to ask when it would be ready because it had past the expected pick up time!! They won’t let me in and just ignored me!! I’ve been here for almost 30 minutes waiting for drinks... way too slow. Never order on the app for this location. They take longer than the expected pick up time.I don’t even know if they’re doing my order by now...

The worst of the locations in Gwinnett. The line is always wrapped around the building at any time of the day and the parking lot structure is odd. They have the doors locked even for mobile order customers and they will ignore you if you come to the door. The drinks are also inconsistent. This location needs some work!
The line was long but moved pretty quickly. At first there was a little confusion at the window with our drinks, however he recovered nicely and our order was just on the other side of him. The only bad thing about this location is the way it shares a driveway with Hooters, so when the drive thru is backed up it is actually blocking the whole driveway for other customers for the restaurant.
I’m insulted. I went here two days in a row. There is a fundamental training issue with the entire staff. The first night I had a male barista who clearly did not know the menu and would have rather been anywhere else but there. Then tonight I ordered a Frappuccino and it was 1/6 coffee and 5/6 whipped cream. I can go to the store and buy whipped cream myself and eat it out of the can without paying $4.95 for it. The barista knew she messed up too because she kept offering to remake it. I have never been more insulted in my life.

I went back TWICE because both strawberries and cream frappuccino’s I ordered tasted like water...and the second drink still tasted like water..this is the only location I’ve gone that the drink taste this plain, even after complaining the first time about it and driving back for a new one.
Busy location off 316 and hwy 316. Mediocre rating because you must double check your mobile orders. If you are rushed you may not get what you paid for. I have received coffees without additives requested, wrong breakfast sandwiches. Friendly staff but they could be more careful with customer orders. Check your order before you leave the store.
WORST PARKING, DRIVE THRU STRUCTURE- EVER!They are too busy to really ever help you. This is the Only Starbucks I go to & consistently I am given 3/4 of a cup, whereas other stores fill it to the top appropriately.Ive literally bought a $7 drink came home and after the whipped cream went down I had a half of a cup full and hadnt taken a sip!!!Try to go when they are not busy. I did get some help and found a new favorite drink from the very helpful barista.Update - kind helpful staff but not enough. Takes much longer than other Starbucks in the area. Again, kind and helpful barista.

I was very nice and thought the person in the drive thru was nice, but I was lied to about breakfast sandwiches told they dont sell them but it was on the menu and I know my coffee was spit in.

I would never go to this Starbucks again. Today I went there and sat in line for a while, I was in line before 5:00 and once I got to the speaker to give them my order, they told me that they close at 5:00 and they did not take my order. It was 5:00 on the dot when I got to the speaker, I was in line BEFORE 5:00. Horrible costumer service. There were 4 cars behind me who also got that same message. Not only did they not take my order, but I had to continue to wait because there was no way to get out of line. If they want to close at 5:00 on the dot, they should have someone outside stopping people from getting in line. Im upset about how they wasted my time and others. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

One of the absolute slowest Starbucks during morning rush hour. Seems like they are NEVER prepared with enough staff. You will wait in line more than 15-20min each time. AVOID this place if you want fast service.
Really long drive-thru line! We did a mobile app order using the Starbucks app and when we got to the window our drinks were waiting and the truth that buy a very friendly nice barista. Highly recommended.

They are frequently out of items on the menu, but they dont update the app frequently enough. Ive had several occasions where Ive Ordered and paid via the app only to go in and find out now I have to get a refund on one of the items because they don’t have it. So if you’re visiting the store allow extra time for them to have to give you a refund. And they don’t seem in a hurry about it at all.
Bad attention
This location used to always get my order wrong, but over the past 6 months or so, the staff has really improved. They haven’t messed up my order in at least 5 months. They’re always friendly. Beware the lack of parking at this location, though.
Wanted to redeem my points for a free coffee. Just wanted a regular coffee with cream but was told I could only redeem it for a free black coffee (🤔 really?)
I stopped coming to this Starbucks for a long time Because some of the people who worked there were not very nice and messed up my drinks but i decided to stop on my way from work Because it was the closest one to me and there was one girl i think maybe her name was ashlyn? She was so sweet to me and made my drink perfect so thank you for making me feel welcome!

The coffee is great, if they can manage to make it correctly, which is rare. I order the same thing every time and it always tastes totally different. They are so incredibly slow, no matter what time of day. Probably shouldve put the money from the remodel of the store into training their employees on how to make consistent coffee and provide faster service.
The staff here is great. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The biggest downside is that its generally pretty crowded and it can be hard to find a seat inside. The outside seating area is great, though, so when the weather is good youre in for a treat!
Staff always nice but, new breakfast chicken sandwich over priced and disgusting! Bacon way under cooked.the lady said yeah they raised the prices recently. Well what did I just pay for ? The name? This is horrible and I threw the 5buck mini sandwich out and just drank my coffee. Shame on you for offering this to your customers.
