I visited this shop a couple weeks ago just to check it out and pick up one item. I must say the staff came off as extremely unashamedly obvious while watching my every move at first but a warm and friendly, Hello! How are you, today? quickly changed that. I guess, Once bitten, twice shy, right? Im sure with their location, theyve probably had more than their share of shoplifting.Anyway, they didnt offer any assistance at all but at least I no longer had to felt as uncomfortable as I did before. I didnt find exactly what I was looking for but found a good substitute as the store is so tiny and has a very limited selection.In this case I would typically ask how soon the particular product would be in stock but opted not to since I had already made up my mind that I would not be returning.The combination of the construction, low visibility (it sits way back off in the cut) and heavy traffic near the location made it hard to get here. Also, its in a not-so-great neighborhood: a couple days prior while visiting another establishment in the same shopping center my husband and I caught someone attempting to break into our car. The small inventory makes me feel like I may as well have gone to Sallys. As I mentioned before the un-inviting atmosphere definitely is a deterrent, as is the lack of customer service.

The male owner is kind and helpful, unfortunately he was not there today and the older female associate was extremely rude to me. I regularly shop here and most items are overpriced but a good selection. First she ignored me when I asked for assistance with finding a previously purchased item, then she tried to snatch a wig out of my hand as I was trying it on saying that I would break the straps by adjusting them. That is what you are supposed to do crazy woman! I have never been treated so rudely. That was the most horrible customer service ever. If I am spending my hard earned money I expect to be treated with respect, especially if I spend my money with you regularly. I just left and will be notifying the owner of how his customers are being treated when he isnt there. I will never frequent this store again. They dont deserve my money. I see why it is usually empty.

A husband and wife own this spot and it is horrible. The wifes attitude is so nasty and disrespectful, she watches you while youre shopping as if your going to steal something. They jack the prices up so when cosmetologists use their discount theyre still paying regular price. I would not shop here
