The pharmacists are pretty nice and helpful! I don’t really have any issues! I can get a little impatient waiting, but really waiting in line for your meds is just of part life haha . Thanks for all the help!

This is the worst pharmacy ever! I swear, every single time I come up there or call I’m either on hold for 30min or in line for 20min with not even the slightest acknowledgment. They just tell you anything to get you off the phone. My Rx is never ready, or they can’t find so I’m left making several trips. If I could give it no stars, I would. They really need a more knowledgeable staff and some training in customer service.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to this pharmacy for a while and not had any problems.

Pleasant and efficient. They always seem to be willing to help navigate the treacherous insurance prescription programs. The pharmacist are always pleasant and have a smile on their faces.

Worst pharmacy ever! I have never been able to come here and not have a problem. Every single prescription I have had filled here there is alway some kind of issue. I’d rather drive 30 minutes away to a Publix pharmacy then go here. After about a year of not going there I decide to give it another try and that was a huge mistake. It will be ready in 15 minutes she says, an hour later still nothing. I HATE this pharmacy!

We go to this pharmacy for convince of distance and my mother had a very bad pain in her tooth. The doctor called in to to give my mother prescription but the pharmacy does not know how to work functionally and never received it. When I called the doctor back to see if he had contacted them or not, he said he said he did. Why Would he lie to me about calling in an emergency prescription of pain medicine for my mother? Calling back again to see if they received it, they said they still did not have it. They have the rudest pharmacist and pharmacy technicians ever, hanging up on me when because they do not know how to handle customer complaints. I became upset up with the pharmacist because her attitude and my frustration from situation. Im pretty sure they have no idea how to run their department.Please do not go there if you dont want your time to be wasted. Ive had many, many issues with this pharmacy in the past, but this was the tip of the iceberg. Never have your prescription called in or faxed to them. They wont receive it, ever(literally not the first time for us). Also, if you do go there and hand them in your prescription, expect the wait time to be about 2 hours instead the 30 mins they tell you. Worst Customer Service Ever. We only went there because the medicine is sometimes cheaper. Its not worth the headache anymore to save some money. We switching to our old pharmacy. Ive worked in retail before, a much better company that holds actual respect for its customers. I know Walmart isnt the best example for best CS, but I would hope the pharmacy would hold a better example in the store out of everything else. The managers of the store were very good at helping me resolved the issue.And from pure anger and frustration, I hope the staff, especially the pharmacist, receive consequences for their actions.

Terrible I had a prescription transferred from CVS to Walmart because they had it in stock only for them to call me back and tell me they did not have it told me to call the doctor and tell him what they had like I’d know. The doctor told me the should have called but he calls them in front of me. I call to check on the prescription and they have never heard of me no one speaks ENGLISH my medicine is an antibiotic which I clearly need I’ll wait on CVS to order for me I’ll suffer the extra day. Don’t waste your time here. It deserves no stars😡

Try avoiding this place. They never have the medicines take forever and a day to order and they dont notify you of the stats. A week waiting on my medicine

Had to transfer back to my regular store because they couldn’t find my prescription.

Worst pharmacy ever! Their customer service is horrible and the only reason i still go is because it’s close to my house.
