Absolute specialties is AMAZING! Had a rushed special order, trying to help a family with a special needs young man. Absolute specialties came through wonderfully. They are a definite asset to our community and I will never go anywhere else! Use them, you won’t be disappointed. This is a business that really has compassion.

I came in to absolute specialties on the 18th of October to get some t-shirts done. I was told that my T-shirts will be ready by the end of the week. I needed my shirts for an event. I was told 5 days. I got my shirts today November 3rd. This was after I had to come back in and check on the t-shirts that I never received on time. When I came back in, they didnt have the files for the shirts. So I had to go back and get the files for the shirts to resubmit them. And even then, I didnt find this out until I came back into the store to get my T-shirts...that were not ready. So finally, after I came back to the store on the third time I got my T-shirts. T-shirts. And the only thing I was told was our bad. They did nothing to rectify the situation at all. That shows me how much they value their customers and how they keep their commitment. I paid for my shirts to be ready in 5 days. And that is not what I got. I encourage people to find someone that follows through on their commitments and appreciates their customers cuz this place isnt it.

Have used Absolute Specialties for several occasions, personalized moccasins, pajamas and sweaters! Today they went above and beyond, they were able to squeeze in some team shirts for my sons first football game of the season!! Thanks so much!

Went in for back to school embroidery for my boys backpacks, coats, vest and hoodies.Elaine took care of me (as she has in the past) and guided me for the size and color, all important location of monogram, she has a gift, everything looks great, and I can feel good about the money I spent and the knowledge my offspring might actually come home with their stuff, since it’s got their name on it!!

Very negative experience here. Bad attitude. Lady wouldn’t even allow me to talk without cutting me off and saying everything that they can’t help me with. Also, I called two days before and there was a different tone. Extremely odd and negative experience.

I dropped off two jackets for embroidery this morning - the Friday before Christmas - and was told with a dubious look they would be ready Monday by 1pm. So I was pretty surprised when my phone rang a few hours later, saying the jackets were ready! It was a simple job, but to beat expectations by so much was very refreshing. And the work was very well done, exactly as I pictured it.

I had a robe embroidered and it came out so nice. It will be a perfect gift for my anniversary. The price was very affordable and everyone Ive encountered was friendly. I highly recommend them.

I went into the store on a Monday with no clue what I needed. They explained all my options for custom shirts, including how to do the artwork and sizes, prices, etc. I played with the online design tool on Tuesday and returned on Wednesday with my order. I had a proof that night and the shirts were ready Thursday. They look awesome. Everyone I talked to was super helpful. I will definitely return!!

I wanted the front panel of my golf bag embroidered with my name. They did an excellent job very quickly and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

This a great shop that really works with you to personalize your items. I have used them for large school orders as well as personal items and every experience has been pleasant and professional. They are quick to respond to any requests and have a terrific turn around time.

They saved us when another embroiderer failed to complete a job in 6 weeks. Absolutely Specialties completed the entire job, start to finish, in 2.5 days like it was no problem, 1.5 weeks before Christmas. The quality of the embroidery is fantastic, communication was great, and what I thought was going to be a major disaster, they turned in to business as usual. I think any bad reviews about this place are from the, I need to speak to your manager, people who got the truth when they didnt get what they wanted. They sent me sew outs, I even downsized the embroidery after I saw the sew out and they accommodated my request with no fuss or ill manners, but happiness to do so. Elaine and Betsy were wonderful to work with. We found our new embroidery place and luckily its right down the street, not half way across the country.

I purchased a his/her set of monogramed bath robes for friends of mine. The robes are high quality and super soft. The monogramming turned out perfectly. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Absolutely Specialties and would definitely shop here again.

Horrible. I went there and specifically witnessed Elaine screaming at an employee until tears were drawn. Im extremely unhappy with my experience there and with the way their employee was treated. Completely irrational and you can count on me and everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. In my opinion they are over priced and the quality of work isnt quite whats advertised. Theyve made several screw ups and claim that it was the clothes fault... Which doesnt make sense to me at least.
