I called this company on 07-08-09 to inquire about getting a large quantity of embroidery done for my company. When the young lady answered the phone, I said, hello, how are you and she asked who is this and I told her my name and the name of the company that I own. She immediately said, no thank you and hung up before she asked what I needed. I tried to call back to give the company the benefit of the doubt and I was routed to the voice mail. That was a very unprofessional act and it cost the company my business.
