Absolute trash. Dont waste your time or money on any of their furniture. PARTICULARLY any mattress! In less than a year, the mattresses we bought that were NOT the least expensive have already lost form and causing great back pain and support. I called, they said they DO NOT offer any warranties on their mattresses -- and considered the king size mattress that I bought the MOST ECONOMICAL. -- lie. When I asked if they offer any warranties on their mattresses, I could not get a straight answer. Buy from a reputable company that values the customer and has some pride in the products they sell. Absolute trash -- and so is the staff.

2nd time here. 1st time I came to look at the furniture. Today I have cash in my hand ready to buy a bedroom set I liked and theyre closed before 8pm sign on the door says Monday to Saturday 11-8pm. An inconvenience for sure.

This is the worse furniture experience that Ive ever had!!! I recently purchased two chests and a dresser and I actually found a better dresser somewhere else. I called and the lady in the front answered and she didnt have the balls to tell me what the return policy was. Thats because there is A NO RETURN POLICY!!!!! The underpaid bitter manager did not make me feel like a valued customer!!! If there is a NO RETURN policy, that should be in bold print in the store!!! It had only been a few days! They do not value their customers and after reading the other reviews, hopefully they will be shut down soon. STAY AWAY FROM RUDYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paulette. Totally agree. I bought a sectional, bed set and bed. After only a little over a month the coil springs are sagging and making noises. Flipped and rotated twice. No Change. The only help offered by the manager was to buy a new mattress from them so they could give me a deal. Really? So Im stuck with the one that is malfunctioning. The mattress have no warranty, because of the price. Even thought I bought them at times, and different prices. STAY AWAY FROM THESE, SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND STAB YOU IN THE BACK SALESPEOPLE. !!!

This place bad customer service then try sale me bedroom set for 599.00 and the price was 299.00 tried get more money out me when I showed them price then she said the owner wasnt available I get to counter the owner right there smdh they play around in this store and I was about to buy for my hold house so no I take my service some wa here else spend my money with store that show good customer service 💯

This place is full of bologna!!! I did a 2800 in home credit with them through a financial institute. .RED FLAG.. I only brought a sectional and king sized bedroom suit... the same sectional i spent 1600 dollars for i seen online afterwards for 1000, they are a rip off and very misleading when it comes to paperwork. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU KNOW WHATS BEST!!!!!

Rudy furniture is not a good place to buy anything they misrepresent there financing and prices i bought a king size bed and mattress set .which was a little over two thousand dollars. The delivery guy broke the glass that go inside the table upon delivering and as the delivery guy cut my brand New mattress when he was removing the plasticHe never said anything to me it has been over a week i have not recvd my mattress or my glass. PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO HAS MUCH RESPECT FOR YOU AND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY

From the outside it does not give the appeal that it should have, I went in out of the curiosity but I left amaze on how great the furniture is, they have high class and great looking furniture set for all types of tastes, and the place is pretty big with many options

Prices arent much cheaper than the retailer, and with the retailer you can return things it doesnt have to be store credit if you decide you dont like what you bought in your home. The staff was nice though.

Would not recommend anyone to buy furniture from this place. I purchased a dining room table and the chairs broke they the first day.Now after the having furniture for several months more chairs are broke. The store will do nothing to back their products.I would suggest doing business with a company that is more integral about what furniture they sale to their clients. Im out out $2300 and management told me it was nothing they could do it was the furniture manufacturer. Run from this place!!!

I never see cars in the parking lot. Now I see 80% off store closing signs posted on their store windows AND still no cars in the parking lot.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Bought a sectional and chest from here. When they delivered the chest it was broken. No big deal I get a new one for free. Its been 3 months and I still have not gotten it. Every time I call its a Ill get back to you and no phone call. When I call and demand a refund, manager gets pissy. Not worth the overpriced furniture with the lack of customer service you get.BTW, NOT BBB accredited..

Staff follows you around as if youre suspicious. They jack up their prices so that the 50% discount is worthless. Their parking lot stays empty 24/7 which says if their lot is empty, their business sucks.

Would rank 0 if i could,TROUBLE FROM POINT OF SALEWould highly suggest DO NOT give this place your SSN they lied about the use of it and have lied since... furniture is decent as far as quailty, nothing special for the price.. delivery drivers broke a piece upon delivery and I was promised replacement, 1 month and 3 weeks later, no drawer. I have been given the run around from the owner to the manager Shawn, on why I dont have it yet, and they blamed the mistake on the manufacturer (how convenient). So in a nut shell, I HIGHLY CAUTION all consumers to BEWARE of this place !!!

This is such a bad place to buy your furniture!! It seems all nice and good in the beginning but they are so unprofessional. We bought a king size set with the mattress. The deliver men came to put the whole thing together but they had some piece missing so they said they will come back the same day which that didnt happen! They came back two days later still with the wrong pieces! They did that FIVE times!! I have waisted my time and energy staying home for them every time they said they would come but the result are so negative! i am very unhappy with their service they provide! Save your time and energy and DO NOT buy anything from here!
