Very family friendly attitudes, Jessie stopped eating her lunch to service me, even after I told her I would wait...she explained the sale items and delivery was next day on time...Delivery Crew was the bomb love these guys..I highly recommend...love you guys❤❤❤

Walked in to find a sofa and found a sofa set for the price I was expecting to pay for one! Process was very smooth, and store associates were incredibly friendly - didnt rush or crowd me. Delivery was also very smooth and over in about 5 minutes from the moment they pulled up to when they left. And I live in an upstairs apartment! Delivery team even took the time to remove the cushions and carefully place them while moving the furniture. Very happy customer!

I originally placed my order in October(and told them i would need it by December) and here it is February and i still do not have my full bedroom set. They lied to me and told me that everything was there except the dresser and mirror so i paid them the $100 delivery fee(which is excessive since i live 20 minutes away) and they only brought and set up the bed because the nightstands also weren’t there! I felt cheated to pay $100 to deliver a bed and that means i would have to pay $100 more for the dresser, mirror and nightstands to be delivered. That’s $200 to deliver a bedroom set!!! Not only that, but I’ve had to call them multiple times to get updates on my remaining furniture when they should’ve been the ones calling me updating me. I’ve been in my place for months without a proper bedroom set and I’m upset about it. I will more than likely be going to pick up my furniture and moving it myself this time because i refuse to pay another $100! If i knew it would take this long, I would’ve ordered from somewhere else.

We purchased a mattress from them, and it was not the proper size. We contacted them 10 seconds after the delivered it, and they refused to exchange it, unless we paid a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. I will NEVER do business with these people again. The drivers were very nice, and the people were friendly, but the 25% policy makes this a 1-star review. I would hate for 1 of the crooks that run the business to explain why it costs $300+ to re-stock the mattress .
