Very clean store. Not very busy when I was there at 7:30pm. Good selection of produce. Love their bakery. They make the best sub sandwiches around.

The employees are always so helpful and I can get in and out quickly

If youre in a rush during your lunch break dont try to get anything from the hot meal section near the sandwiches. Supper slow.

Only went in to buy deli lunch so did not see whole store but what I saw was very clean and the employees were very nice. The only issue I had was that the wonderful employee who was taking my order and making my platter seemed to be a little hard of hearing so it was a tad difficult to get my order placed easily, but she did get it right and was very polite and friendly. 10*/10*. Great store! Exactly what I expected from a Publix.

Beautiful store. Every Single Employee are among the friendliest youll find anywhere.The Prices, however, are at least 2 to 3 times More Expensive than ANY Other Store on the same, exact products. In some cases MUCH More than 2 to 3 times the price of others....Their prices exceed what you will find at Quick-Trips or other gas stations that also sell food & snacks.

Price is definitely on the higher side, but, it has a nice store layout, friendly/helpful staff and lots of vegan/vegetarian choices compared to other stores.

I want to thank Spencer and the team for their generosity and going above and beyond in customer service. I am a GM at a newly opened Home2 Suites in Lawrenceville and was in charge of planning a Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting. I chose Publix because of the proximity to our Hotel as well as my personal shopping experience. Spencer assisted me from day one and suggested wine and beer for the event. He was so patient and jumped right in to make sure that I had options. He even went as far as making sure that the wine was special ordered for us and followed up with me. On the day of the event everything was packaged and ready to go and all the team jumped in to help us load up and get to the event in time. My FAVORITE place to shop. Clean, great lightening, stocked shelves, neatly placed items. Seafood department has courteous and knowledgeable staff. Bakery can be inconsistent with customer service and courtesy.

Typical Publix. Clean, bright, helpful customer service. Prices on higher end but always a pleasure to shop there.

This Market has permanently lost my business. The sandwich counter has gone from being very quick and efficient to absolutely horrible to the point where Ive had to walk away several times because of a lack of service and attention. Its the same decent and hard-working people behind the counter but something has changed to the point where you cant get service. Produce section is a bit limited compared to local Kroger. Always clean, with a good meat department and generally a wide selection of most types of products. Just dont expect great service.

I initially with the Kroger on Lawrenceville Suwanee Road in Suwanee because its my neighborhood store and convenient to my residence; however, Kroger had no beef roast in their meat section... I was not surprised. This Kroger routinely does not have items that are essential.I went to Publix and they had exactly what I needed. Again... I was not surprised. This is a great store.

The lack of customer service training half this staff has is astounding. Imagine going to a checkout lane that has its light on, unpacking your items, and then the young clerk looks at you and simply says go to 7. After you’ve unpacked your items. Lane light on. And you’re like huh? No other customer is behind you, the clerk is just standing there doing nothing. He repeats, “go to isle 7.” I am not sure who trains their associates to treat customers in this manner, if your lane light is on, if you have no customers waiting, if you’re standing there twiddling your thumbs, and you have the audacity to tell your customer who has already unpacked their items, who you had an opportunity to say prior to, hey man, I’m closing this lane soon would you mind going to 7? Atrocious service, and it is sadly no fault of the worker but the management that clearly allows this type of attitude and customer service (or lack there of).

If I could add more stars- I would! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. There have been times (and I shop there frequently) that I just cant find something. I never wander long because one of the employees asks if I need help and then they walk me (yes, walk me. not just say aisle 4) to the product. I love this store!

I love Publix and this location has the friendliest, most helpful employees. We usually pre-order our hoagies. I appreciate the new online option, that saves your last order, including any special instructions. With a press of the button, your favorite hoagies are selected, carted and ready to order. If I need to pick up other items, I simply select a time that allows me to shop and have my hoagies, as freshly made as possible.

This store offers the best customer service in the area.A great selection of grocery items that you need.The store is well organized and stocked.Looking at the departments, like Bakery, Deli, Fresh Meat or Seafood...The Bakery is absolutely remarkable, place your special orders and be happy.The Deli has a great selection but it gets busy and runs out of resources and product. Certainly could use some improvements.The Fresh Food department is always helpful to make your selections perfect for any occasion. Clean,friendly, polite workers.Alot of items are more than Kroger or Walmart.

Their employees make sure they talk to you and make you feel comfortable.

Its convenient. They dont keep a lot of stock. I prefer self check out. I like to bag my own groceries. They always ask if I found everything but if i say no and mention an item nothing happens.

I work as a maid nearby. And seeing and going to a familiar store make it easier. Im giving a 4 star because they are pretty expensive compare to other stores. I also got lunch there and its good if you like to kinda tug on the bread a bit to have it rip so you can chew it. Their bread is tough.

I am so thankful, great customer service. They were so helpful. Thank you!

A good grocery store.. my preferred chain...

I went into this establishment recently to get a sub sandwich only to see a fly feasting on the sub bread. The worker just ignored the fact that a fly was landing on all the bread and continued fixing sandwiches. I like to shop at publix because of the cleanliness in all their stores. I was shocked to see this happen in the deli. I ended up leaving without the sandwich I was craving.

They have so many good deals, and the most BOGO’s I’ve ever seen.The staff is amazing, especially the older man with white hair at the register; the guy keeps us coming back. The deli needs more organization and fresh hot food ready for the dinner rush after 6:00. This is the 2nd time Ive visited this location and was disappointed. From the rubbery chicken fingers to not enough fresh fried chicken or sides prepared to just pick-up and go.

Pleasant, clean but BIG! I had to walk a lot to find the cat litter. And then the tortillas werent in the international section they were in the bread aisle I didnt considered tortillas bread. But there you are. It took me awhile to find them I had to ask somebody and he walked me all the way across the store again to get the tortillas.
