The Deli servers always give Great customer service.The plantains are the Best I ever ate.

The employees here are so helpful and friendly. And I got some fantastic deals. Publix generally has items or varieties of items that other grocery stores dont carry. And their produce, deli, and bakery are top notch! I love shopping here. The parking lot isnt super crazy, like some other places. You will occasionally come head to head with a driver going the wrong way, but usually its not a big deal. Conveniently located, its a great place to shop.

Always clean aisle sometimes I love tight need more direction on which way to go.

Very clean and bright store with everything you need! The deli is delicious and has very nice helpful workers to get whatever you like tasting good. The pharmacy people were very nice with the exception of one grumpy worker. Overall a good store with much to offer.

My very first experience here at this location was amazing. The staff that interacted with me was helpful, offered to help me with solutions when they didn’t have the flank style cut short ribs & were genuinely happy to help me. That experience made me pass 3 different grocery stores that were closer to my house, just toContinue to shop with this Publix. Today, was no where near that experience. I came for a couple of items, and decided to check and see if they happen to have the flank cut short ribs, they didn’t, of course. The woman who helped me greeted me with a smile, took the time to ask the gentleman If he had any cut. She came back and informed me that they don’t have anymore short ribs to cut, and they won’t have any until their truck comes in later. That was it. No, help in trying to resolve how they could make that happen for me. Which, that didn’t bother me that much. But, it wasn’t the same consistent help i was offered before.But, then i get to check out. The register right in front of isle 12. The young lady had one woman that was finishing her purchase. I waited until it was done. No greeting from the cashier, she just walked off and grabbed a “this lane is closed” sign and placed it right by where i was putting my groceries. U def felt like i must have irritated her when i slid in to check out as she was finishing up with the 1st woman. So, i tried to speak & greet her a couple of times. She never spoke or greeted me. Ruby def is having a bad day. Or maybe she is just always that rude and dismissive with customers. Even when i realized i was missing an item and tried to communicate to her, that i wanted to grab it real quick. Which, it was 2 isles away. I grabbed it quickly and ran back. I even apologized and thanked her for waiting. She still never once responded or even acknowledged me at all. The whole experience felt very transactional. Nothing, like the standard that i have come accustomed to when shopping at Publix.

This Publix is always clean and they make sure there is no more than 2 people in line. Management always comes out and opens a register. That is amazing.

Went to buy a cake asked a question to the lady she answer but immediately walk away without letting me tell her which one I need... so I walk away of the supermarket

The chicken lady (how employees refer to her) in prepared foods, does NOT share the same pleasant attitude as the others. If you have a request for fresh chicken, shell try and bully you into buying something old thats been sitting in the warmer for God knows how long. Oh the other hand, Chris in produce was amazing. Ive fallen in love with Cherry Plums (my original reason for visiting Publix) the chicken was an impulse. Sadly they were out and not sure when more would be in stock. Not wanting me to leave empty handed, Chris gifted me a large bag of red cherries to make up for not having what I came for. It was a totally unexpected gesture, that made me feel valued as a Publixs customer.

Helpful associates, cashier was patient and everyone was friendly and kind to my children. Nice atmosphere

The only bad thing is going to get the WIC. It is always a problem. I would rather know you guys dont take it then to always go and have issues. Either the rude cashier thinking those coupons come out of their pockets or the stickers that say WIC are placed on the wrong products. I love Publix because of its fresh products and how clean it is but I dont like the customer service people with WIC or FS gets.

Publix is always a pleasant experience. They did not disappoint. Buy 1 get 1 free sale has a lot of my favorite items this week.

Amazing customer service, fast lines, and even carried my groceries out to my car in the rain! Probably the best grocery store I been to ever. I had a tuna sandwich and it was DELICIOUS. They have a lot of buy one get one specials. There’s a lot going on but all for the positive! They made a permanent customer out of me.

This is my go-to grocery store. Great selection and the bakery cant be matched by any other grocer. Having an aisle full of international options has been a great help in saving me from having to go into Atlanta for certain things.

Just to clean nice place to shop. Prices that are lower would be nice, but you cant have everything.

Ive been coming here for years, and lately, Ive had amazing experiences with the deli, the bakery, customer service, and even out on the floor. Cashiers are also efficient and very friendly - and the really good ones will make sure you dont miss out on using any of their store coupons!My star experience here was one late night waiting here with my sister for our Uber after a late evening of shopping. The store was closed, so we went to wait outside. The manager, a very tall, very southern, amazing man whose name I did not get, told us to come inside and keep warm.We had bought valentines day balloons, and he gave us a lesson on how helium works and why Publix never fills a balloon to its max capacity. Since it was late, and our Uber was taking forever, one of the ladies asked if we needed a ride home. Our Uber did eventually come but their patience, grace, and understanding really made what could have been a very chilly, very long evening into a fun and informative one. I love my Publix!

Very good most of time but always have an excuse not to make a meatball sub. Out of many attempts was only able to get one many months ago. If they cant make it or its to much trouble, then they should take it off the menu.

Lazy cashier young chunk black girl w glasses around 530pm today had to bag a couple of my own items while she stood there looking lost. Also got home realized my ciabatta loaf was missing. Guessing she put it in that bag by her hip when i was paying because i didnt see it and she didnt say anything. Fire her shes not publix material.

Me and my family shop at this location daily and our shopping experience is usually great as long as we’re don’t ask the lady in the meat or seafood for assistance. We went in today and she was really rude and you could tell customer focus was definitely last on her list. This isn’t the first time she provided me or my family a horrible customer experience but today was really unacceptable and totally ruin or shopping experience. Associates that are customer faces should enhance the customers shopping experience and have some type of personality, not making you feel like you’re interrupting their day. The customer experience is everything, people shop for the products of course but the people inside the building should be the added value. I expect service like this from Kroger but definitely not publix. I would advise management to do some observations and see what’s happening on the floor. Give the team feedback on wins and opportunities. Don’t allow the culture of public to be compromised by behaviors like this.

Publix Pharmacy at Sugarloaf Crossing is THE BEST PLACE FOR ALL YOUR MEDICATION NEEDS. The staff is very friendly, Humberto and Suzann are OUTSTANDING. Andy, the Pharmacist is nothing short of AMAZING! He is extremely patient, very knowledgeable, remembers customers information, quick to step in and help place a call to your prescribing providers to expedite you getting your medication. I also rely on his knowledge for suggestions with holistic supplements, vitamins, etc. It is rare to find a Pharmacist that takes the time to ask how you are doing, what they can help you with and then get it done for you as quickly as possible. So reassuring to know the staff care about each customer that comes to the Pharmacy area! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love stopping by Publix for the tasty pre-cut watermelon and basic grocery items like milk and eggs, but there have been 3 occasions that I have purchased steak, ribs, and chicken that had a terrible odor and was already expired.I have had to get refunds every time. I stopped purchasing my meats from this location. Be careful purchasing your meats.

Buyer beware, during this COVID crisis Publix no longer upholds their guarantee and their customer service is atrocious. My husband stepped into the store and purchased the wrong item. When he returned to the car and we realized his mistake I went into the store and purchased the right item. When I tried to get a refund on the incorrect item their store manager Corey halfheartedly told me due to the unprecedented Covid he would not give me a refund. I had provided him with the receipt and clearly point out the time and date of the transaction as only having being a couple of minutes earlier. I understand that we live in unprecedented times but all the more reason to not withhold consumers rightful refund during a pandemic.At the end of the day if you choose to shop at Publix, dont make a mistake or you will be out of your hard earned money.

I frequent this location bc it’s around the corner. I ordered through Instacart bc I didn’t have time to stop by the store and I’ll never do it again. My philly steak sub had deli sauce on it instead of the spicy mustard I requested. It completely altered the taste of the sub and made it soggy when I wanted it toasted. Didn’t feel like going up there to wait in line but this has never happened before. Paying attention to detail is key

Helpful and courteous employees. Prices are higher than competitors but the shopping experience is on a whole other level. Clean, bright and modern store. The deli offers a good selection of pick-up n go items for an easy lunch. The meat department offers a wide selection of natural meats not found at competitors. Parking is crowded and check out can be slow. Wish the store had Self Checkout like competitors. Not my 1st choice in grocery shopping, but always enjoy the once a year experience.
