My absolute favorite Kroger in the area. I drive past at least 2 others to shop here. Store is always clean and the customer service is always on point. I love when people love their job....It shows. I also use the pick up service at this location. Never a complaint and I always get fresh products as if I picked them myself.

LOVE the staff here! Kind, friendly, helpful. I am from NY. There are LOTS of things that I am accustomed to that are sadly not sold here. When asked, the various managers of the stores I shopped in NY would order items you requested them to carry. Unfortunately, I have yet to experience that here.

The store has a variety of options, including international, which I really appreciate. They also have a decent Vegan and vegetarian section.

I always use curbside these days. Amazing service....courteous staff and I have even added to my order by calling the store. With no hesitation they took care of me.One important things...they dont complain about the heat, cold or rain. They want to provide good service....MY STORE FOR LIFE!!!!

Went in for flower arrangement for my daughter in law. Picked one and some flower were broken. Had to ask 5 people and waited almost an hour to get 2 flowers replaced and then the woman Debbie was rude.If I was from the area and Kew other place to go, I would not have stayed. Will never use this department and store again!

Well I went to El Real for mothers Day it was awesome the food there is excellent and the service is just as good.

On two separate occasions this store sold me spoiled meat. Just today I purchased grounded turkey, went home and made some tacos. The meat gave off a foul smell and tastes bad. The expiration date is dated two days from the day I bought it. The day off purchasing I cooked it. This location also sold me spoiled turkey legs a while back.

Its well stocked if you can get through the aisles. They put up displays everywhere and just getting a grocery cart down an aisle can be a chore. If you get produce here make sure you check it for mold. Things like strawberries and cherry tomatoes tend to be bad.

They always have what I need and one of the best produce departments.

It was very busy today and they did not have enough registers open or baggers.People were lining up in the grocery aisles just to check out. I ended up bagging my own groceries to help speed up the line behind me because there was no bagger.I am not sure what was going on today. I usually dont have an issue but someone was asleep today.

IIve been a loyal customer to this Kroger for a long time, bit it is just kinda dirty. I love some of the staff have been there for a long time. I love that they know me, remember me and make sure to say hi. Russ is very personable and makes sure to make customers feel appreciated. His cheery attitude is contagious.

This place was nice up until about 7 years ago, but it started going down...fast! They have flys all over the produce, the shopping carts are so bad, youre lucky to find one with 3 working wheels, the stores appearance in general shows its multiple attempts to remodel, but it only got worse. Bottom line, its run down, out of date, and nasty.

Went into Kroger for prescriptions. Picked up some grocery items as well. Store clean, People cordial, thats why Ive been going there for years..

Fun place to Shop

Used curbside pickup at Pizza Hut. But no designated parking for curbside. Just a tiny bit confusing.

So I went to buy my weekly groceries, and my boxes of pasta noodles had to be reduced from 2 boxes to 1. They were on sale at 10 for $10, but I couldnt buy 2. They wouldnt even allow me to go through self checkout to buy the second one. Other people would need that box and store policy, I was told. Well, when youre feeding 7 people, you need more than one box. And with my purchase being 10 minutes before close, I doubt a fully stocked shelf was going to go bare that night. Love Krogers in general, but will search it a different one for sure!

Stocked up good in these days with regular offers but manager was too rude that business going well so dont care if u buy as valued customer..He was looking like Chinese and attitude on his head as he is the boss dont care about customer as time of crisis his thinking is wanna buy elee leave..2 stars less for customer service

Great location for Krogers and a quick trip in and out. The employees are very friendly. The prices are very reasonable compared to the competition. The fruits and veggies are fresh. We havent tried their meats. The great thing about the location is if you have a prescriptions to pick up, you dont have to go inside to pick it up.I was very surprised that they carry CBD products and good prices.If youre in the area check them out.

This is my first pick when I need to stop somewhere to get a few groceries after work fairly late at night. Theyre open until 1-3am so its an ideal place for me with my schedule. Ive never had a problem where they didnt have something I needed. I enjoy going here, so id recommend it to anyone who might get off late from work and needs somewhere to stop for a few items.

This is our go to shopping strip since we live 2 min from it. Older Kroger that looks like it used to be a Publix. El Real Mexican is some of the best Ive had in Atlanta. Just got a haircut this week from Great Clips. AutoZone on the corner. Kroger has gas station.

I travel to this one because the one near my house, on Lawerence Suwanee Road is not a good store. They are missing items and the Russel Ridge has everything I need. They are never out of anything. Friendly people. Helpful too.

My wife got fingerprinted at the UPS store here and overall it was a decent experience. It didnt take long and the employee was nice, but they forgot to notarize the paperwork. Lucky for us, I work with someone who can notarize documents so it ended up working out just fine.

I feel very safe at this shopping center even when I make late late night stops at Kroger. Very well lit and clean plus theres friendly people all over the place.

Disappointing because it has no sushi bar but other than that not incredibly busy, at least when I went. I went in briefly just to pop in and get a few items. It seemed nice enough and had quite a large parking lot. Come to think of it one of my friends works there.

Dirty, rotten produce, crowded isles.

Weve been going here for years. They really know about and care about animals. When we had to put our dog down, they were so kind and loving. They even gave us a plaster mold of his foot to keep as a memento. Always knowledgeable and friendly. They also have cookies.

This is a good Kroger, never had any issues and they always seem to have what we need. They provide a service to shop for you and bring it to your car at a designated time, and they beat Wal-Mart to the punch on that. Other great places here include a gas station, subway restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, pizza hut, pet store, and auto parts store. The location is a good one-stop place for most needs.

Russell Ridge Kroger has consistently declined in quality and customer service over the past year. Their placement/display of weekly specials is inadequate to ensure customers access the items actually on sale and instead facilitate the customer being more likely to mistake a similar item that isnot eligible for the sale price. 50% of the people working there are rude and disrespectful. 40% are not helpful, and instead, more interested in socializing than providing information and service to customers. Unfortunately, this includes the pharmacy, which at one time was one of the best in the area. They no longer price match or provide any kind of personal/individualized service to patients. If this is the most convenient place for you to shop, or you shop there because you THINK you are getting bargains please, do yourself a favor and be sure to check your receipts before you drive home. I have been overcharged, having to return to the store, so many times that I now add each item into a calculator as I shop. This way I know how much my total bill SHOULD be when I check out, so I am not over charged. Tonight I was over charged more than $52 on an order that should have been $98. When I tried to get this taken care of at customer service I was treated to a nasty employees disrespect and rudeness. When I stated I would not tolerate his disrespect and rudeness, he had the audacity to tell me I was being rude to him. I had to ask for the manager and still only ended getting $40 back, which Im sure cancels out anything saved with sale/bargain pricing. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. Thats the last $10 Kroger ever makes from me. Im transfering my prescriptions to a reputable pharmacy that values their customers. Luckily there are plenty of places to shop for groceries in the area, so there is no need to waste time or money here again.

This Kroger is always well stocked. Theyll order something for you if they dont have it. Also, the sushi is sooo fresh. Great in a pinch or for a light lunch or dinner.
