They had what I needed and saved me money from having to do a full product replacement having had my repair part.Im more of a fan of a more streamlined outlay of hardware store focusing on the core hardware business rather than a mega mart all things to all men store where it takes me 10 to 20 minutes just to find basic things. So to that end I found a friend in this store.I like that it was not crowded. Im not saying they did not have music piping through some speakers but if it was it was so that I did not remember it and for that I am thankful. I just want to get what I want and go. I am not looking for a theme park experience with all kinds of photos of people perpetrating real tradesmen that actually make a living in the trades industry, not sure what all that fluff has to do with buying hardware; and again this store shines in its lack of such showmanship.Simple plain basic hardware store works for me and again I thank this stores owner(s).I know the people love the mega theme park stores but for me I love the step back into the classic hardware store.If there was just a store that had a hard focus on trade specific professional hardware distribution with a warehouse layout of equipment with specialty hardware with just the inventory, protection from the rain, heating for the winter, and cooling for the summer, and also clean bathrooms that is really all I personally need, but with the success of the mega stores I guess Im just too simple and in an extreme minority of people. But Im thankful that at least this store still exists.

Great service for a hardware store. Multiple people offered to help. Unlike Big Orange or Red stores, these guys treat you like family. Typically well stocked but if they are out of something they will order it for you as they did for me today. If you need a propane tank filled they are a better value as the tanks out of the cages are only 70 - 80% full. Compare Apples to Apples. Also join Ace rewards so you can get notified of great sales and special discounts.

Awesome assistant in the Plubimg area. I had driven to HD and Lowes - could not find what I needed. Back of mind...I knew I needed to go to Ace Hardware!

Pathetic store and unusual layout..I dont like Ace but my Grandma wanted a heater..the female working there lacked customer service skills so I looked at the prices after I got off a business call and we went to Home Depot..my Grandma had a card so we just charged it to that..My Grandma mentioned this store was popular in DC to make friendly conversation but she didnt smile..the customer service is non existent..I would never patronize businesses in this area..I have yet to be impressed with good customer service in this area..Area has declined over the years..I wont be out here in a couple of weeks so it wont matter..If you can conduct business in other areas please do..

Great service at the paint mixing station...the young lady that helped us clearly liked what she was doing. My dad insisted on his Benjamin Moore Antique White...so thats what we bought.

Most of the time I find what I need at a fair price and I prefer shopping at my local store rather than the big box guys, and they are a Stihl dealer.

The staff was knowledgeable and got our new Weber grill and cover order placed. Delivery next week. Retiring my old Weber that I had for 20 years. Looking forward to the steaks and chicken when the family comes on the weekend.

Friendly cashier not crowded but it needs be stocked a little more.

Excellent customer service, they took care of me as soon as I got there.

Asked if they were available to do chainsaw sharpening, they happily said yes and told them I was 5 mins away. Needed the chain sharpened fast and over the phone they said they could help. I get there and told they are in a “rush”. If you can’t handle 5 people in the store then you shouldn’t be working. There was no rush at all. Half the employees are standing around. Would not go here.

Love this store. They cram a lot of your hardware needs into a small space. They seem to have as many people available to assist as the big box stores, so you dont have to wait if you need help.

While the store itself seemed to set off my sense of claustrophobia due to the massive amounts of different items crammed into all available space, I did have a pleasant experience. The staff was amazing and very helpful in making sure I has everything that I needed.

The employees are very nice and helpful but I wouldn’t go here for paint. I picked out a color and got a sample. The sample was way off but I really liked the swatch color still so I went ahead with the gallon. The gallon was not at all the same as the sample paint and also still wasn’t quite the color of the swatch (they also had to redo my gallon because the equipment wasn’t quite working right and didn’t come out even close to my color-which also explains the varying color sample). It still worked for my room but I wouldn’t go back for paint again especially if I was looking for an exact color match.

All of the employees have the choice of wearing a mask during this Covid19 pandemic and they choose not to wear a mask. They choose to not care about anyone but themselves. I had a cashier that chose not to wear a mask and the person filling my propane didnt wear a mask. Ace Hardware apparently care only about making a dollar not the community at large. Every customer that I saw wore a mask and every employee I saw didnt.

They have at least one version of everything the big home stores have with comparable prices and much better customer service! 👍

Unorganized store especially the garden center and this establishment is definitely not following Cdc safety guidelines. Very few customers had on a mask and only one employee out out 4 had a mask on. My family and I will never be back.

They were super helpful. They didnt have the products I needed however they told me which stores had them without me even asking (specifically Tiffany).

Just pick up a Green Egg and needed some supplies. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of this machine. I will be back to shop again.

Its been a long time since I had a store say they were going to hold a product for me and actually do it walked in it was right at the register and the cashier was wonderful thumbs up Ace.

I shop here quite often. Chris, the store manager, has gone out the way to make things right a few times when I had a problem with a product. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed some parts for my old weed eater, and the fantastic parts counter was able to get me exactly what I need before I even showed up to the store.

I have shoped at this store for close to 20 years but I will not shop there again. I picked up several pipe fittings and, when I went to pay, I noticed that, unlike myself, neither of the cashiers wore masks. They obviously dont care about their customers health. This is deadly serious. They need to change their policy.

A lot better than going to Lowes or Home Depot. If youve got questions they actually give you the right answers.

Awful organization of shelves. I wanted a propane fitting, and there was a bucket of unmarked fittings next to the shelves and the fittings in the drawer I was looking for were the wrong fittings. Similarly for the screws, I wanted 3/4 #4 woid screws, and the drawer had all types of screws in varying sizes and types. I love ace, but not this one.

One of the best hardware stores that Ive ever seen. They have a surprisingly large selection for such a small store. Customer service is some of the best that Ive ever seen. They will help you look for even something as simple as a 10-cent washer.

Local, right size, easy to navigate, and helpful hardware people. Prices are comparable to big box stores. Good selection and unexpected selections. You can usually get in and out faster. However, you may find yourself browsing all the great stuff found here.

So I have to be completely honest here. 7 out of 10 times I enter the store I find the service to be snappy to downright rude. But I keep going in there because I do find things I need in the fastener aisle that cannot be found at the big box places. And they will help you, but are generally not too friendly about it. And I did encounter the most unfriendly cashier of all time on my last visit on Monday. So I am torn. I find the stuff I need, and I long for the good ol days of the local hardware store and this is as close to it as I can find, but I just wish they were more welcoming. I mean, they greet you, but in that we are keeping an eye on everyone to prevent shoplifting kind of manner. And when I ask for help, it seems I am inconveniencing them in some way. It makes me wonder about all the reviews here extolling the friendly service. I pretty much never see it, and I am in there once every two weeks at least. I will keep going in because I get the products, but I know it will not be the experience economy I am looking for.

Staff was so helpful and very nice!!!!!!!!!!! They have a really nice store too. Ive had to many bad experiences with the one in loganville and know a few others who have as well. I will be back to this location with all my bussniess in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant say enough about those guys

Just like most Ace Hardware stores, they always have exactly what you need. The staff brings you to the item you requested. No telling you its on isle 9 and walking away.

Reminds me of my old neighborhood hardware store. Helpful staff and a little of a lot of things. Need a replacement for the glass cap on your old fashioned coffee percolator? They had 2 on the shelf. Diatomaceous earth to discourage bugs organically? I bought a container. So much better than a big box store.
