Super friendly staff, no fewer than 4 people offered to help. The most pleasant HF I have been too. I pass another HF to go to this one and will continue to do so. They actually have inventory in stock! They had the items and made easy to shop.

Extremely poor customer service. I am weeks away from having a baby and needed to make a return. When I originally went to find an item I needed to exchange the woman who I can only assume was acting management didn’t even offer to help me and then she refused to make the simple exchange. It’s extremely frustrating because she really could’ve done it but instead directed me to call a number. If she’d known anything about their products you can clearly tell when something has been used or not. She didn’t need to insult me but suggesting it had been when it clearly hadn’t.

Hooray! We finally got a new Harbor Fright store close to the house! The store is big and well-lighted and I found there what I needed! Especially thanks to cashier Lydia for checking my coupon prior purchase !

Join the Inside Track Club, get the harbor freight credit card, and clip coupons. I rarely purchase a bad or inferior grade tool. One of the biggest problems is finding out that the on sale tool is out of stock. The Doyle brand is awesome better than Crescent, Quinn is another in house brand this excellent. The Doyle and Quinn brands are the equivalent of Private Selection at Kroger. Their baseline brand Pittsburgh is very good as well. Go all in with the Club membership and credit card sort of like joining Costco.

Actually a great spot to grab any tool you need tonget the job done. They have some affordable options as well, quality may not be as good as big biz stores but you can definitely get more than your moneys worth from these tools. And the Generators are actually very good...

Closest store to me which is a 20 minute drive. Drove here to find out this store doesnt stock 12 volt batteries for their Hercules power tools. Had to drive 20 more minutes to the Lawrenceville store. They had plenty. Wasnt worth all the trouble. Ill go back to buying kobalt tools instead less hassle.

The place is clean and organized. The prices are good. The merchandise is okay quality. However the manager at this location, a middle aged white gentleman is particularly rude. Perhaps he should not be working in retail.

My fiance is obsessed with Harbor Freight so when we seen that this one had opened up right near our house I knew wed be going as soon as we had the chance.We went today and it did not disappoint. The store was stocked full of all kinds of great things to look at. The staff was exceptionally nice and that is a big deal to us. We already cant wait to go back ha ha.

Great place for relatively inexpensive tools. But their discount coupons dont apply to everything, and the fine print is too small and printed blurry so that it is unreadable

The store is new and everything was easy to find. The cashier was doing a return and Mariah a manager started another return. My wife and I stood 10 min waiting to check out when another manager Bill was called up to help the cashier but didn’t help speed anything up. Mariah was staring at her register making no eye contact with anyone and the person returning items kept going in and out of the store. All 5 people in the store were standing in line waiting for the 2 returns to be completed. At a minimum, we should have been spoken to rather than ignored.
