Despite the rumors that you can never find help. I needed help and it was readily available. Two people helped me on two difference products. Very pleasant.
I just had a terrible experience with customer service. I walked in with my toddler in a rainy day. The kids shopping carts were all lined up under the rain. I asked 2 staff members for help to wipe the cart for me but one of them came back saying that they were wet. I asked her to please get someone to wipe it but she decided to get together with other staff members and just talked about the situation without helping at all. While holding my child in my arms, I asked for the manager of the store and one of the staff members came saying that she was the one who it was obvious that she wasnt because I saw her talking to the group before.At the end, none of them helped me and I had to go and shop with my baby and a box in my arms.Very disappointed of her solidarity with a mom who obviously was struggling to shop.
I asked several different employees for help but they all gave the impression they didn’t want to help or it wasn’t their job. I was asking for help to a purple haired employee and Hispanic looking employee but they were walking away as I was talking to them. However, Laura was very friendly and helpful when I finally got to checkout! I’d give her 5 stars. She turned a negative experience into something positive.
I always find what Im looking for. Their products on clearance are clearly visible and with prices significantly lower than the original price (contrary to other stores that just lower a dollar and put a big yellow clearance tag). I find helpful people, especially the tall man in the window/door department. I have changed all my windows, door, garage doors using the products specifically from this store and my husband and I doing the labor. Weve renovated so much and have been really helped by this specific Home Depot with prices and product availability.
The best store in the chain that I have shopped at! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and always with a can do attitude. As a contractor it makes my shopping pleasant. Thanks!

Darvin went above and beyond to help me get my delivery. He could’ve just said, “Sorry. You’ll get it Saturday!” But he knew I needed my lumber before Friday. Without hesitation, he committed himself to do everything he could to help me. He reconfirmed for me that some people do have integrity and take pride in the service they deliver other humans. And he proved to me that he is truly a very special person. Today, Darvin was my hero!!! He truly saved my timeline with four contractors. Without his compassion and desire to help, my project would have been delayed weeks. I’m soooo grateful! Thank you, Darvin! You’re a wonderful human!!
I’m a General Contractor that is trying to start a kitchen renovation. My client is a 76 year old Korean lady, her English is not easy to understand. She lives alone and is very sick, back in August, she purchased a refrigerator at this location. She has called the store and, yes, they reacted. However, since the communication between the lady and the service personnel was sketchy, she hasn’t had her issue resolved. All she needed was for someone to explain how to operate the fridge and for the tech’s to level the fridge! That’s it. So, I called the Home Depot, Lawrenceville location, this was Thursday last week. The manager on duty, stated that they would get a technician out first thing Monday morning. It is Tuesday evening and still nothing has happened! So I called the store, after being on hold for over 5 minutes, I guess I’ll have to visit the store in the morning!What kind of service is this? I’m a HD customer and use the location in Duluth a lot. Maybe I need to reconsider Lowe’s!
I can’t stop talking about how well had this Home Depot has treated me in the last 2 weeks of daily visits. The manager himself has taken care of me and my favorite employee is the lady in the paint department with blue hair. She makes anything possible! Thank you so much! You guys are the best!
Remember when Home Depot had workers who cared, knew what the products were and where, asked if you needed help? Now it’s a place where adult teens can text on the phone. Three workers on one aisle just staring. Not one looked our way. One actually stood in the middle of the aisle. Cashier had the audacity to circle her name on the receipt and circle the survey!!!! She never smiled or asked a question. Funny, her name was “Happy”. This is definitely a do it yourself warehouse. Even have self checkout which is actually a relief!

This store looked like it was more traveled even though most Home Depot stores are very busy. It was clean and the people were friendly. For some reason it looked like it was starting to become run down. That sounds harsher than I really judged the store to be. Overall I liked the location, and will return when I need anything Home Depot on that side of town.

No help in the isles to help find anything. This was not one dept. It was all isles. Finally found what I wanted with the kind help of a. Lady named Annie. This was not her job took the time to help. If it was not so far to Lowes I would go there
I ordered curbside delivery. From advising them that Im in their lot to an associate arriving at my car... Less than 5min! Thats what I call great service!
Had the plumbing part needed for american standard sink faucet thanks to the help of the plumbing lady. Very knowledgeable of plumbing parts give her a raise
We went to the Lawrenceville Home Depot to see about having a door installed. The initial visit went well. The worker was helpful and set us up for an in home measurement. A few days later the contractor called me to schedule the measurement. The night before the measurement the contractor texted me with a completely different two-hour arrival window than originally agreed to. The measurement was quick. Over the next week, I spent hours calling, being put on hold, and being transferred around trying to get through to a human at Home Depot just to get the results of the measurement. The workers I actually got through to were not able to be helpful due to limitations such as not having access to view or do things. I highly recommend not using Home Depot for services like this unless you can go to the store every time you have a question or need to complete a task.
The first upsetting moment was when the lady working at one of the return registers almost hit us (my mom, sister and I) with boxes she was putting on top of a shopping cart. I wish I could remember her name, however, she never said excuse me or Im sorry. She kept putting the boxes on the cart then turned to my sister and asked what she needed. My sister had a few items that she needed to return or exchange. She asked my sister to swipe her card (turns out that she used cash): since she paid with cash she was told by the cashier that there was nothing she could do for her because shed lost her receipt. We asked if she could get a store credit or even exchange the items for something else, she cashier responded No, there is nothing I can do for you unless you find your receipt. I dont like this new return policy, we are human beings and we do lose things from time to time. There should be something in place for people who lose their receipts. Telling customers that there is nothing you can do for you and turning them away is not good customer service!!!! Time to shop at Lowes~

I called Home Depot on June 7th to ask if they allow price matching on appliances.I spoke to a manager and was informed that yes they do.I would need to come into the store and show proof of the same items price.When I went in person to do so, on June 11th, I was told that they only price match with Lowes. If I had known this I wouldnt have come into the store and I wouldnt have missed out on the brief sale they had on the fridge I was looking at. The sale ended two days prior to me going in person and I missed out thinking there was price matching.This is very disappointing, from having to track down an associate in the appliances section to waiting to be acknowledged at the customer service (because the employees were too busy talking amongst themselves) overall the service was not good.

DO NOT COME HERE. So many rude employees. Literally got ignored the whole time I was there even when I was struggling to push out a cart full of stuff that was somehow left in the middle of the aisle. Several employees walked past and did nothing to help. Employee at self check out had someone go in my place at the check out because I left for a few seconds to get something then had an attitude with me about it. LITERALLY NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

Every time I go to Home Depot its always hard to find someone to help me and when I do then I wait in line. I never have this problem at Lowes cuz theyre usually fully staffed
Everything in this home depot is nice the store is fairly clean, especially the restrooms they are spotless. But they really need to train there employees. i was meant with a really rude interaction by a lady named Terry at customer service to which my surprise she is the supervisor they told me when i asked around. I wanted to ask a question and she ignored me for like 7 minutes it seemed she was on her phone. I then proceeded to ask her for help and i didnt really know the name of the item I was looking for so i was trying to describe it to her and she rolled her eyes to which she thought i hadnt catched on. If she is like this to customers i dont want to know how she treats the other employees . Very rude and unprofessional. Other than that the store is well put and organized!
I hope the installation process could be as smooth as payment process. I was a disaster: I bought a washer and a driers along with all other supplies suggested for an empty laundry room. But the installation was a disaster and the problem is still there. Can anyone stand live without laundry for 3 weeks?
Cant ever get good help. Most employees are senior citizens. Self check out drives me crazy.
Sebastion and Roberto were very helpful even with my odd requests. They help me cut a Threaded rod to length since I did have tools do so at-home. This is my favorite location by far. Oh and, Home Depot > Lowes

I am one of the home depot pros and I spends lots of money in their stores. This home depot is the worst home depot ever. Terry Ann is by far the rudest and meanest person that works there. She has no knowledge and respect towards customer. Their store manager Larry and his assistants will do everything in their power to loose a customer. They are extremely rude. Please listen and take ur money to lowes where you get appreciate it. The only person that works their that is very good and respectful is assistant manager James. I would give this store personal -5 if could.
Most staffs are nice most of the time. Only today I have encountered a cashier that made me feel so bad.She offered me to apply for a Credit Card to get a $25 off. I gave her my coupon before she did it but she didnt tell me that they cant be combined. I had to use my coupon because it was nearly out of date and I had a bill of 5xx. She should have told me that if I dont use the $25 off for this purchase, it will be void. I am very disappointed.She could tell me that they cant be redeemed together, and I can apply for the card on my next purchase and get $25 off. But she chose not to do so. She only focused on getting a customer apply for cc, not on helping and pleasing a customer.
They have a Labor Day sale but was out of the appliance I wanted.

I had the worst consumer service at this store. To the point I had to call the store in order to have some one help me. Before that I was given 3 different isles by 3 different employees and all 3 where incorrect.Finally, The gentleman who did come to assist me told me that I should have just ordered it online. Not the advice I come to your store for.I like Home Depot. I’m sad this trip is leaving such a harsh impression on me.
I came in for drain cleaners, but had a hard time locating in store. I went online, chatted with a live agent and they directed me to the exact isle.I also had a quick and friendly check out.
Went twice in 1 day & spoke with 2 different employees for help purchasing a replacement bulb only to receive the wrong item on both visits
I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly. When I went to the self check out I was very impressed. The young lady was wiping down the screen and scanners. That is something you dont see too often. The rest of the store was also very clean.
I went to the delivery department about questions I had about a delivery I placed a few minutes before I went to the store, the guy that assisted me was Sebastian, he was super friendly and helpful, since o didn’t know much as to what I bought he was so kind and patient and explained to me better options that would more convenient for me
Terrible customer service. Floor installation has been push back again and again and again because no one seems to know how to do their jobs. I beg of you, dear consumer reading this, do not make the mistake of going with Home Depot. I definitely regret it. Save yourself!!!

Had a curbside order which I placed on yesterday.Arrived today to pick up. Followed instructions to pick up but waited 30 minutes. Finally contacted the storeWas told ok.Then someone came to car and said no order in my name.Checked my ID came back and delivered order.I will never use them again

Went into HomeDepot this morning to buy some pinestraw ask if they had some and they did but only in rolls I was told that each roll was the same as 2 and 1/4 square bales at $8.75 each bought 10 of them and when I got home to start spreading them Im like there is no way there is 2 bales here and I was correct it might be the same as 1 square bale and no more so what a rip off how can you rip people off like this

😷 Home Depot stock has more than doubled since April-2020 yet the company wont take a stand to ensure my safety in their store. Today GA has half a million active cases, almost 10,000 deaths every day, the state health department declared my county code RED emergency and experts expect things are about to get worse. Home Depot cant be bothered to require customers to wear masks. I encountered 6+ unmasked shoppers on this visit--my last visit for a long time. No employee felt authorized to direct them to cover their germ holes.

This is actually ok location employees are friendlier than the rest of HD in lawrenceville I just wish they would mark 70%off wood damaged better so they wouldnt give me hard time at the register I feel like Im stealing trying to explain that is discount wood most of the time they ignore it and charge regular price so I do.my mathematics before I go pay

I dont normally go to this Home Depot. I know its a very old Home Depot, but I dont get the sense its stream lined and efficient. They didnt have the screws I needed, which is annoying. They only had 2 dust pans and both were far too big. I am happy my usual Home Depot is so close, I love that location.

Paint dept employee was trying her best to get out of assisting me. She started by telling me it would be a while before she could tint my 1 can of paint. There were no other customers around at the paint counter.

Employees are always never to be found in their departments. Hard to purchase items such as power tools when the displays are locked. Had to search around the store for an associate to unlock the case.
I cannot recommend curbside pickup for this home depot. It is my 3rd order and all 3 have not gone well. My first meant tracking down an employee in the parking lot for my order. My second was a wait of 30 minutes. This one, was the worst. There were no curbside parking spots open, though all the cars there had no one in them. I walked to the door and no employees could be seen. I finally got someones attention who told me I would have to come in and wait for someone to show up. This was after I had done the automated system to say I was there. Way too disorganized.
Their curbside pickup was not great. I alerted them via text when I arrived at the store and 40 MINUTES LATER I received an email confirming my order was picked up. But it wasnt...because I was still in the car waiting for it. When I go inside the order is sitting on the counter. I was frustrated because...why have curbside pickup if youre going to force people to wait over 30 minutes until they come inside and get their own order? The items I ordered were great though. Hopefully they will improve this process in the future.
Laid out in a way that makes sence. Check out is super easy. The self checkout technology is vastly better than Kroger, Walmart, Lowes, ect. Super busy location though makes getting help hard.
The store is a pretty good home depot, however in the paint department they are so rude. The store associate Phill was so rude he did not want to help me. I ask him about a paint that has primer in it and he tells me that all the paint has primer in it which is not true. Its unfortunate that a consumer helped me. As for phill, he just stood there with an attitude.
Good return policy. Has mostly nice people but definitely some who couldnt care less about you.

I bought a toilet seat that needed to be exchanged for an oval shaped. They refused to exchange it without a receipt.
