The big box store didnt know what I needed. Went to Apex Supply and Alex behind the counter went out of his way to help me. They didnt have the part I needed to fix my shower but Alex printed out what I needed so I could find it for myself online. Great customer service!

Pretty helpful people. A good place to buy plumbing and HVAC supplies for contractors. There is an older guy there that swears a lot, but he does not work the counter as much anymore.

This is the most inconvenient business. None of their staff up to the manager are knowledgeable. They sold me a 2lb gas regulator for a house with regular appliances. No one had enough wisdom or maybe initiative to inquire if I was regulating to a regular or high efficiency appliance.To make matters worse, I paid in cash the day before. I wanted a refund for two out of four of the regulators I bought and they have a NO Cash refund policy so they had to put the refund on my card. I am 40 and this is absolutely a first.Needless to say I will never go back there and you shouldn’t either. And if you do, make sure to be kind enough to force them to pay the cc transaction fees. That way if they jerk you around at least they paid something for it.There are several other plumbing supply stores within walking distance of them. Do yourself a favor, GO THERE!

Needed a part for an AC i was in and out in less then 5 minutes. The guy that took my order was courteous and knowledgeable. Id definitely do business with them again.

The customer service was very good. I had the wrong info and bought the wrong part. Called them and they had me take a picture and come back in. From the pic they were able to determine the correct part and we were able to install it in minutes. Great customer service!

I had a plumbing problem no one at the major building supply stores were willing to help with. After a couple minuets, I was always left to fend for myself. The rep at APEX was knowledgeable and took the time to figure out the solution to my plumbing problem. I just finished the installation and it worked like a charm. Thanks Again.

Apex is a superb plumbing supply store. Great customer service and competitive pricing. They carry a wide variety of supplies and are happy to special order what you need if they dont carry it.

Nice folks here. Im not a plumber, but needed to quickly replace a shower valve. They were patient and informative, provided several options and recommendations, and sent me home with everything I needed to complete the project.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, they work hard to take care of their customers. Plenty of stock with a wide variety of options. A great resource for any HVAC or Plumbing contractor.

Nobody their works commission when you work commission you move at a different rate the nose to move by the hour obviously these gentlemen work by the hour and speed and time has no relevance to them they just move it slow as They want to Thanks a lot for helping me with nothing
