Great staff very friendly and helpful, made me remember what shopping was before this crazy pandemic we are in. When people helped and were kind. They had a great selection and all the tools major home improvement stores have to order, ready for you to purchase. Prices were a bit higher then other places but the service, atmosphere and selection made up for it. If I had to describe this place to someone I would say its just like the commercials. You dont get ignored like you do in other places.

Shopping experience was great! I was looking for a particular Oil-Dry product that I couldnt find any other place. I called the Ace Hardware Store in advance and surely, it had what I was searching for. When I came to pick up the items, they were exactly what I needed; the Cashiers were very courteous and pleasant and showed appreciation for my patronage. The place was well lit and clean; the products were perfectly arranged and shelved, which makes it very easy for anyone to find what she, he needs. I enjoyed the place and would recommend it to every shopper. You wont be disappointed.

I love this place. They carry things you never knew you needed. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Its like going back in time and shopping and small-town America.

This was my first time to this store, I need a ball bearing, Zac tried to find it, when it was not available, he searched online and called NAPA to check from them. I appreciate going extra mile. Thank you for your amazing service. Employees like you are great asset of a business.

First visit to an ACE Hardware store. I needed a burn barrel, to begin burning personal paperwork. It takes hours and hours, to shred documents. ACE was the only retailer that had it in stock. The barrel was $40. I was greeted quickly and asked if I needed assistance. The young lady went straight to the stock room and saved me the time of walking through the store. The young lady at the register was as sweet as can be and because she was so nice, I spent an additional $40 on four, 10ft charging cables for our phones. The establishment was very clean and organized. Im sure Ill be returning.

I began going to the local ace instead of Home Depot for products when possible in order to try and support a local store, even though Ace is a bit pricier. I also really enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to wear a mask in Ace, as I have many underlying medical issues that make wearing a mask difficult. Suddenly, after more than a year after the “pandemic” began, this local Ace began mandating masks be work for entry. If I’m going to be forced to wear a mask, especially so long after the fact, I decided I’d take the remainder of my business to Home Depot, which at least will save me money in the long run.

The best experience ever. I had never beeen here before. I needed stuff to fix a mailbox that my cousin broke of my neighbors. Completely clueless and naively walked in there and EVERY ASSOCIATE IN THERE HELPED ME. i want to work there after the vibes i felt there. WHEN I SAY EVERY EMPLOYEE HERE IS HELPFUL, I AM NOT OVEREXXAGERING. GO FIND OUT YOURSELF AND SAY I WASNT 100 PERCENT RIGHT.

The store has a great selection of tools and building supplies. Everything from power tools to paint and parts to fix anything. And you can actually get someone to help you if you need it unlike the big stores.

Everyone woman that worked there are rude and down right disrespectful! And the guy who cuts keys I dont think he even knows what he is doing. Would not recommend a place to go period. The women that work there are Karens, mostly the blonde she had a sparkling mask the day I was there, never again.

Like a mope, I walked into this store, around all the taped off areas, and got to shopping. In my defense, they had a sign outside that said they were open (because of COVID-19). I guess I thought the tape was related to social distancing or something.Anyway, I spent twenty minutes or so finding some bolts and wiring nuts when a nice woman approached me and told me that the store was actually closed because they had some flooding. I am so clueless sometimes! She was very understanding and even let me buy the items I needed. I much prefer this store over the big box places (though I love any place with tools...). They will treat you right, go visit them.

The management and staff are very knowledgeable and prompt with customer service. I purchased a Weber grill and the staff answered all my questions. Better service than a big box store for the same price.

I ordered a shop vac online for Black Friday and for some reason my order didnt go through, but I received a confirmation email that my order was received and I was supposed to pick up the vacuum in store. I went to pick up my vacuum and there were issues with the order. Jessica the manager went above and beyond to make sure that I get my vacuum. I really appreciated that she wanted me to leave the store happy and receive what I ordered. Thanks again Jessica!

This is a handy store. Very friendly people. We go there often.

The customer service only good when the store trying to sell you something but as in my case after 6 moths one of the ball valves purchased from this particular store (you can trace it with a AH loyalty card) starts leaking and I tried to exchange $15.00 part all customer service is over. No returns,no replacement for defected cheap plumbing part for customer who spending hundreds $ here per year. Im a small business owner too, but I definitely can live with $15 .00 lost if my customer needs something in return ) So I say if you need to be more secure about at least 1 year product warranty if it fails go somewhere else.

This is a family owned business. I know the people for 15 years. Go there, talk to them, they will beat HD prices at any time. Big or small job they work with you. Mark(the owner) is a good man. Good soul. Do not waste your money on big corporations. Support the “little man”. These guys work hard.

Ive been to this location a few times and they always went out of their way to help me find what I needed. I was surprised that they had the key for my husbands pick up truck at a very decent price. If you have hard to find bolts, nuts or washers check them out.They are even helpful enough to let you know where to go to if they dont have it or they well order it for you.They have a large supply of odds and ends you wouldnt think to find. Ive found it doesnt matter which location you go too. Everyone of them have been helpful. They are having classes at the lawrenceville location for different projects.

This is the best Ace Hardware i have been to and the crew that works there is amazing Justin and Chris helped me find all the paint/screws i needed and bob and eddy helped in plumbing while, the cashier was very pushy and i felt as if i was a big inconvenience when i paid with cash instead of using my card. but overall every time i come in there im greeted at the door and taken to where i need to be. just a fun loving bunch of people that dont jerk you around!

Great place! I called to see if they had my product in stock. They had one left and even put it behind the counter for me. While looking around while I was there everyone was most helpful. Seems this ace is one of the larger more stocked stores. I will be back.

Very convenient location. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. They didnt have all the deck lumber I was looking for one particular morning but they were able to piece it together for me though other locations by the end of day and delivered it to my door step. Really went the extra mile. So much more personal service here as opposed to the big box stores where it takes twenty minutes just to find someone who doesnt know where to find what you are looking for in the first place. I will keep coming back.

Stop in and see whats inside! I was amazed at how much stuff is in here, was asked if I needed help fairly quickly and felt like the store was in order. They have stuff big box stores dont. Good place to walk around and find things you didnt even know you needed.

Very upset at the lack of service! I dropped 2 window screens off 4 days ago for repair. They were busy at the time so I was told just to write my name and phone number on a sheet of paper and they will call me when screens were ready. I was told it would take a couple of days. However after four days of not hearing from them, I decided to make a visit to the store. My screens were still sitting behind the counter and I was told that they were backlogged and they could have them done possibly by Monday. Staff barely looked up from the computer to see my disappointment. Also, Front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about what services are offered in the back of the store. My time is just as valuable as yours. Will not be returning!!!

Know what you want before you go. This is the second time that I have been in recently. Ive walked around for at least 10 or 15 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. Such a shame since the location is convenient. I think the one further down on Buford drive is worth the trip and the mall traffic.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I just had the worst customer service experience of my entire life. I walked in with an instruction manual looking for a few screws, barrel nuts, etc. to reassemble a crib. The lady at the counter was very kind and told me to go to aisle 16 and that there was a man there that could help me. When I got to aisle 16, the man was waiting on a couple of customers who were looking for various items in the screw section. I stood there waiting my turn. While waiting, another customer came up and asked where to find something. The store associate answered his question and went back to helping the men. When he was done with them, he asked if he could help me. I showed him the page with 5 items highlighted (thats right, I was only looking for 5 simple items to which I had the exact measurements and pictures of the items), and asked for help. He sighed and replied, I dont have time to waste on this right now. I. WAS. SHOCKED. I have never been so disrespected in a store. I immediately closed the manual and stormed out. I am just glad that I never spent one dime in this place, and I never will. Do not visit this ACE Hardware unless you enjoy being insulted, disrespected, and made to feel that your support of their business is a waste of time. Then they wonder why folks just head down the street to Home Depot or Lowes. I love supporting small businesses, but I will never go to this establishment again.

I love this store! It is convenient and I find that for a lot of the lumber i need, they have BETTER prices that Home Depot or Lowes. If you need a single bolt or screw then Ace is the place The big box stores sell nuts, bolts, screws, etc in boxes (so does Ace), but if I need just a couple of then why buy the whole box an the remaining ones just collect dust.If you are repairing a lawn mower or even a grill, they have everything you need. HD & Lowes may be more popular for the masses, but not for me. The only complaint I have s that when I get Ace Reward coupons, I cannot apply them towards lumber, but I understand why.I have never been there when I was not greeted as soon as a walked in and they always ask me if there is anything they can help me with. The staff if great, the store is great, and the location is great for me.

I have spent thousands in this store over multiple visits and just walked out of there for the last time. Customer service is a hit or a miss. Sometimes its OK and others its bad. You can get someone who is friendly but will give wrong advice/info or someone who is just rude and condescending. The only reason I went there was because it is close, but from now on its big box stores for me. I might as well save money if they cant even get the customer service right!

This is a nicely stocked hw store and lumber yard. Always my first stop for quality lumber for projects. Hw stock is full service with good tools plumbing and electric. Very neighborhood freindly location.

I called to find out if they had an item I needed. They said they did. I got there and they didnt. I made a 40 minute round trip drove for nothing.

Awesome. Had to replace a handful of rusty metric hardware. The guy helped me out and I was outa there in 5 minutes.

Do not waste your time, they are racist and rude. I called in to inquire about a product that they carry and was told that they had it in stock. I sent my business partner to pick it up the next only to find out that they did not stock it. The person that I spoke with on the phone was not there but they didnt offer any information as to when he would be there. I called back in to speak with him as he seemed to be knowledgeable in the area only to encounter a rude person that deliberately hung up the phone because she was unfamiliar with the product. I will be making a complaint to the Allura dealer.
