This is the 2nd custom cover Ive had made by Coversandall. The experience was excellent. I sent a photo of a hanging fountain and they mocked up a CAD model that I reviewed. After a couple of small changes, I placed the order. It arrived the other day and it fits perfectly. The quality of both the Covertuff material and the assembly is very good - durable stitching and heavy weight fabric. These covers are much nicer than the cheap ones Ive seen for patio furniture. For custom covers, they are tough to beat. I also purchased a large inflatable bag to help keep water from pooling. It was well-made as well.

Quality was great and experience ordering as well, but the sizing of the final product was an issue. Its too big. They tell you they add some extra but dont tell you how much. In my case the extra was too much and my boat seat cover rests on the floor of my boat when I wanted it an inch above. and the sides are too lose. Ill bring it to a local upholstery shop to have the bottom hemmed up an inch and the sides taken in a few inches and it will be great then.

Good material and decent prices, but poor customer service. I have ordered over a thousand dollars in covers from this company with no issues, but recently I ordered a cover for a crescent-shaped outdoor sofa. I followed all of the measuring guidance and provided photos, but the measuring guidelines given by Covers and All was for a straight-back sofa and mine was curved, so when the cover arrived, it was too small. I dealt with customer service and shared that it was their mistake and I was not treated well and the best offer they would make me to correct the problem was to give me a 30% discount on a replacement--which was the same offer anyone could get with their regular coupon. I doubt that I will order from this company again.

Took a chance on an internet search and placed an order for customized cushion covers for our patio cushions. I was pleased with the ease of ordering. Shipping was within 2 weeks of my customized order and the items are very well made with the material better than expected. I was at the point of buying a new patio set because the price for replacement cushions was almost as much as a new set. However, this product has worked out perfectly for a quarter of the replacement cost. We have only had for a few weeks so I cannot comment to durability yet.

I have recommended Covers and All products to everyone who asks where I purchased my high-quality outdoor propane tank cover, which has weathered four seasons (two extreme) and looks the same as when I opened the package! I recently purchased two more for different items that remain outdoors all year long.

I sent in my exact measurements and they made them larger on every cushion. They stated they make them 1-2 inches larger so it’s an easier fit. By making them larger then my exact measurements they look sloppy and fit poorly. I sent a number of messages to customer service for a repair or remake and they basically told me I was SOL in so many words. I would not recommend this company!

I ordered a cushion for my home 9/30. It said it would take a week. I thought I ordered from a LOCAL company. I needed this on 10/6. I got delivery delay 10/14. I thought. Well- 1 day before listing pics taken… at least it’ll be there. WRONG. It is in customs up in Indianapolis with no delivery date and no customer service Rea speaking English to help me. I asked for a refund. Won’t give it to me. told me to wait for my package. Dude. I’m moving. Keep your package and refund my money. Stop false advertising. I built a custom grill cart for my Big Green Egg and needed a way to protect. I got lucky and found Covers & All and used their builder tool to input my dimensions. The cover was built in less than a week and it fits perfectly. It arrived just in time for some cold front rain and it’s working like a champ.

I expected the prices to be hefty; it is custom, after all. But what I found was a company that makes custom covers at a great, reasonable, even LOW price!Whats more, when the specs of my order didnt add-up, they reached-out to confirm the dimensions. They even sent diagrams with exact measurements to be sure they were getting it right. And Im gad they did because my measurements were initially not exactly correct!After that, I received my custom cover in no time and it is perfect. I am also impressed with the material. Despite already placing my order I continue to get multiple emails telling me to complete my order and earn 15% off. I finally called. More to try to stop the emails then anything else. But asked for the 15% to be credited to my order. I was told that I had already applied a credit so I would not be eligible. You would think they could tell that from the order and not waste my time sending me more incentives that I can’t use. But then you would also think they should be able to tell if the order has been completed. I asked to have a supervisor call me but apparently they have better things to do than talk to customers. I have zero confidence that my actual order will be any good at all.What I do know is I have now placed two orders with these people, my first and last. If you are reading this review, then you already have your doubts. Go with your gut, and shop elsewhere. There are lots of choices and these folks obviously don’t care.

I was previously using A/C covers (the ones you get from HD and Amazon) for 2 oval-shaped chairs and a stock one that came with my fire pit. The sun destroyed the covers on the chair within 3 years and hail took care of the fire pit cover in 2. So, I wanted something much heavier duty and, that actually fit the oval/egg-shaped chairs (not the hanging kind but, some funky wicker chairs my wife found. I received my covers pretty quickly and I have to say, my wife and I are impressed with the quality. The only complaint would be the elastic drawstring, but those never seem to work on covers. Weve had them for over a month now and theyve seen some rain and wind. Well see how it all holds up over the winter and the years but based on my first order Im going to order a cover for our table too since its falling apart.

We needed a cover for a medium-sized grill. The interactive, easy to use guide made measuring and ordering very straightforward. The custom-made cover arrived within a few days and we love the color and rugged material. Excellent quality! Advice to future customers: Don’t pad the sizes “to be safe”—they already do that (and mention it on the measurements page)!

We found Covers and All online while looking for a rain proof covering for a large oval chair that had been given to us. I am SUPER PLEASED with the end result. Of the 3 levels of protection, we ordered the middle one. I found the interface to make my order very user friendly. I sent in our measurements and received 2 emails from the company promptly - one asking for additional measurements and one confirming the measurements. In spite of a couple of days passing for these correspondences (due to my response time, not Covers and All’s), the cover was still delivered on the original date given in my initial order. This was a 10 day turn around time which I think is fantastic for a custom item.I waited to write this review until the product could be tested. We have had several HARD rains (including a flash flood yesterday) and the chair has stayed dry (see action shot below). It was spendy but it’s working so worth it.I give this company 5 stars for their ACCURACY, RESPONSE TIME, and QUALITY. The product does what they advertise.

My covers were all to small, they did not reach the ground by a good 6-8 inches, also they were not wide enough to cover each end of the outdoor furniture. I took detailed measurements, simple, length, width, height. They emailed asking for additional measurements (arm chair height). I gave them the measurements. I called and was told to email customer support and wait. I will update once they contact me. These covers are high priced, I would not imagine that they would be completely not useable on arrival they are a good 1-2 feet short on width.

Just received the cover today. I ordered the top quality material and it does seem to be that. Everything is as I expected EXCEPT that the cover is tighter than expected. I had given the exact dimensions with the understanding (as stated in the guidance) that an inch or two would be added for flexibility. That doesnt appear to have happened. Nonetheless cover does fit (just barely) and I think it will work fine.

I’m very pleased with the quality of my Cushion Covers. This is my second purchase. The water resistant fabric is extremely durable. The turn around was long, but when you consider these cushion covers are custom made and shipped from India, it’s easy to understand why it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to get your product. But I promise you, it’s worth the wait.

I ordered a cover for my round coffee table. It came quickly and fit perfectly. I wasn’t sure what type of fasteners I should use as I have a wire frame coffee table. The ones I ordered to go with my cover don’t work very well with my coffee table so hopefully the cover will stay on during the windy fall and winter. If it doesn’t stay on, I’ll attach bungee cords around it. But I’m pleased. I will probably order another cover for my glider next!

Great covers, but shambolic delivery. They should deliver to a warehouse in the United States, and from there deliver to the consumer. Instead, they send international delivery from Gujarat requiring days and days of calls and chasing FedEx which requires a signature for intl shipments. Lover the covers, though!

Overall I had a great experience with Covers and All. I have a very unique curved outdoor sofa and the cover fit beautifully. It took almost 3 weeks of back and forth from their design team asking me for specific measurements, resending them pictures, and confirming measurements on my end. At the time I felt it took longer than needed, but they truly took their time to do it right the first time....so it was worth the wait. Customer service was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process.The product is of high quality and thickness and I bought covers for a huge ottoman and table too. They are not inexpensive but if you need covers that will protect your furniture in Rain, sleet, snow and sun for a long time...these are the right covers to buy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Spoke with an employee when ordering my grill cover. When I received the cover it was way to small. I spoke with the company and was told to take pictures and submit. They reviewed my submission and denied my request for refund and/or exchange. What a joke! Customer service is horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else. What a rip off! This order exceeded my expectations. The material alone would have cost the amount that I paid at any other retail store … if the same sturdy material could even be found anywhere else. I’m planning on using the cushions as bench cushions that can be converted to a doggy day bed and not only are they thick and puncture proof, but the inside is clearly moisture proof too. Instructions on the tag say hand wash only. Measurements fit my rectangular cushions quite snugly but it’s not too tight. I am so impressed with the quality! The only temporary con is that there is a strong odor, but the smell went away in less than 24 hours after I wiped the inside down and let them breathe on my patio. My order was supposed to be delivered in 12 days from the time I placed the order, but they arrived in only 8 days, which was so nice. So pleased I found Covers & All!

The ordering process was fantastic and quite easy. I ordered a cover for our spa. Ordered it with ties to hold down in the wind. Thought for the size of it (over 10ft round) it should have had a couple more ties. But it looks great, came quickly.

This company is unethical and dishonest. I purchased a cover for my outdoor sectional in good faith, expecting to receive what they advertise on their website. Instead, I got a huge pile of heavy vinyl that simple DOES NOT FIT. Its way too large in most areas and too small in others. I would have been better off just throwing a tarp over this patio set. I have asked numerous times for help, and they just blame me, saying I provided the measurements. (I provided the exact measurements that THEY requested.) I wrote a review on the Better Business Bureau and found they are not a member and there have been a lot of complaints. Their average customer satisfaction score is 1. What a disgrace. Im out $300 for a product I cant use - its a dangerous tripping hazard and it takes almost an hour to put on because its too tight in crucial areas.

We have and old Schwinn Airdyne exercise bike that has been sitting on our SE facing pool deck in the South Florida sun and weather for more than 10 years gathering rust. After spending hours refurbishing it I decided that a cover was definitely needed for the future. We had contracted with Coversandall earlier in the summer to have some outdoor furniture covers made and they turned out well, and relatively inexpensively. Naturally, we contacted them for this project. After only a few minutes the measurements were made and forwarded to the company. In a little over 2 weeks the custom cover had been constructed, shipped, and installed. We continue to be amazed by this professional company and highly recommend them.

My cover was supposed to arrive on a Thursday, then I got a message it would arrive on Friday, now its the following Monday and it still hasnt arrived. I contacted the company and got no response. I need it by tomorrow! I also paid extra for expedited shipping! I should get a refund for that, no matter when it arrives!

Don’t buy the inflatable pillows! Just not worth the money. Although the pillows outer coverings are made from a durable material, the air bladders inside are obviously of a much, much cheaper plastic. Of the four I bought, only 2 hold air. Of the other two, 1 leaks going flat in mere hours, and the other is worse - it won’t hold any air for any length of time. For the price I paid, I expected a much more suitable rubberized air bladder like those found in sports balls instead of something akin to a plastic sandwich bag.

Great service. I wanted clear pvc curtains to enclose my “lean to” decking area ready for the winter. The ordering was easy and shipping incredibly fast. The clear curtain was perfect and I’m thinking of ordering another. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I live in Wales Uk. Delivery was amazing. Quality great. Just what I wanted.

On the website it shows that they have preselected TV covers on sale for tvs 55 to 59 inches on their website for sale with welcome20. I figured because it was 55 inches they would use those measurements on a average flat screen TV as the directions were not quite clear on what you needed to do. I called customer service once I got the email and realized the numbers were not right. The numbers didnt even fit a 55 inch tv let alone a 50 inch tv.... They told me they had already started it and I couldnt change the dimensions even though I consider that kind of false advertising. I guess all I can do is report it to my credit card company as fraudulent activity and false information of a product. I wish they would have made things right. Oh well. Here is my review . Make sure you read everything very well. I ordered and within 2 hours they had already started it.

Easy to use site. Shipping took about 8 days. Product came as advertised, color and dimensions were spot on. I am using as an indoor window seat cushion cover. I ordered the most basic(cheapest) material, even though it is designed for outdoor. This material works for this project since the window seat is not a common seating area. Fabric certainly feels like an outdoor fabric. If I were to do it again for an indoor use, I would have used one of the more upgraded fabrics. Regardless, product is as ordered and would order from this company again.

I ordered cushions from this company and wrong color was sent on 2 of them. I know that I selected the right colors for all of them. Yet 2 of them were sent in the wrong color. I contacted the company and first of all they make you wait up to 48 hours before someone can get back to you for resolving the problem. When they finally did they refused to replace them! I would not recommend ordering from this company!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After placing my order, I spent the next week answering questions about a very simple order. They would take days to respond only to issue a new question. I sent them a painfully detailed diagram showing every possible measurement and still couldn’t get my item into production. I called multiple times over multiple days asking to speak to a designer to solve any additional questions on the phone, but one was never available. I also had to request many times to cancel my order as they just refused to do so. They charged my card when I placed the order that never went into production, so I now have to wait for a refund. Oh and the 20% off coupon is not really 20% off, it’s capped at a random dollar amount. Wasted over a week dealing with this awful company.

Other than not knowing it was coming from India (we thought Fedex had misdirected it) and even though it was coming from India - it arrived before the promised date. It is just what we wanted: strong with good sized grommets.

I made an obvious error in my measurements and thankfully they caught the error and were very patient with me while we worked out what I needed. Just received the cover today and it fits, and it looks great. It came earlier than estimated. Totally worth the money!

We had a challenge covering our U-shaped furniture. Decided to use Coersandall. Although more expensive than most other covers, it was extremely well worth it. The quality is unmatched. The team from coversandall contacted us at least four times to make sure that the measurements were correct. The service was meticulous and overall excellent. If you are going to spend the money on a cover, they make sure that the cover that they create is customized and more importantly is correct. A++++

They provide nothing but an overpriced tarp that you can buy at Tractor Supply. If a specific measurement you need and you feel like paying the 400% mark up, dont follow their measurement instructions for Pergolas. It will be way too big. Do your own measurement based on the space you are looking to cover, not by measuring the outside frame like they instruct you to do on their website. The Pergola covers dont even come with straps, so youll need zip ties or similar. I do not recommend this company. Poor quality product and poor service. Dont make the same mistake I made with Pergola cover. Paid over $350 for a tarp.

Coverandall made covers for my outdoor chairs and ottomans. The pattern I picked for the back and ottoman had a pattern that goes only one direction. I sent pics of my cushions on my furniture with the measurements so they could see how the pattern should go. They made the covers incorrectly. The design is sideways. They say I should have stated in the comments that I wanted the pattern to go in the proper direction. They will do nothing about it even though I sent pics showing how the cushions should look.

We have purchased ALOT of covers over the years and these are by far the BEST.. we will be back to purchase a few more. Good for you, but bad for you :).. wont need any covers for a very long time :).. KEEP UP THE GREAT QUALITY.

Totally ripped off, ordered custom covers for my lounge cushions and they do not even close. I followed all their instructions for a simple lounge cushion with dimensions etc...DO NOT order from these people, they would not honour fixing them, they offered me 25% off my next order. I paid $200 for covers I cannot even use. As seen in the photos attached, what is the point of a zip (which I paid extra for)???

Ordered one cover for a curved outdoor couch and another cushion cover that I had custom made to fit all the cushions like a bag for storage. Both fit and just what I needed!Fyi for US customers, it ships from India. But not a bad lead time. Maybe a week.

Super easy to order my custom pickup truck bed tarp. Came in a couple weeks, looks good.
