U just have to take ownership of ur mistake, u sell a product it can b defective, is ok, dont start calling people names, specially a year after. That says a lot about u as a person.

They will sell a product even if u don’t need it so make sure ur vehicle recommends hid or led. Also don’t go to a shop they recommend.

We were referred to this company by a family member and upon arrival, we felt that we had found a great place. The owner and his wife were polite and they took care of us quickly. We came to them to purchase a ballast for our Infiniti QX56 as the driver side ballast had stopped working. We were planning to have a family member replace the ballast, however, after the owner stated that he provided the service, we decided that it would be best to let a professional handle the job. We paid $130.00 to have him install a new ballast on our vehicle. We were leaving on a trip a couple of days later and wanted to ensure that our headlight was fully functional. The owner replaced the ballast and the light worked for about three days. While we were driving to Florida, the light flickered off multiple times. By the time we were headed home after five days, the light shut off completely and we had to pull over at a rest area. My husband gently knocked on the light and it came back on, thankfully. Within a few days of arriving back in Atlanta, the light stopped working completely. We finally made time to visit the location of GP Lights and show him that it was not working. He came out to troubleshoot the light by messing around with some wiring and asked my husband what he had done to it. We did not touch the light wiring as we were unsure what he had done and thought it best to have him troubleshoot his workmanship. He charged us $30.00 to fidget with the light and upon leaving his parking light, the light was off again. The next day, my husband called and was quite angry. My husband told him that the light was still not working and that he wanted his money back. The owner told him that he was not experienced with working on our vehicle and that he had received information from a third party to figure it out. We simply have no idea why a person would offer a service for which they have no experience. The owner agreed to refund the $30.00 troubleshooting charge, however, a refund was never received. Ultimately, we ordered an original ballast off of EBay for $25.00 and took his excessive wiring out ourselves. Our light works great now! So, long story short, if you wanna buy light bulbs, maybe it is a good place. However, as other reviewers have stated, they do not stand behind their product or workmanship. Purchase at your own risk! I even contacted them via their website explaining the situation and giving them the opportunity to handle this situation without a bad review. As a business owner myself, I wanted to give them the opportunity to make right the bad situation. However, that was over three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Bad business to say the least.

Google asked me to describe my experience, all I can say is clearly this company has none. He didnt even know the lights needed a resistor or a ground. This could blow the brain to the car. Be cautious, because you definitely wont get a refund!

We received bad LED lights and the owner refused to refund our money even after we went to HIS recommended mechanic who told us the lights we were provided were cheap and defective! CHEAP PARTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! This owner installed led lights on my brand new 2016 corolla and they went out after only 1 week. I came back and he installed a resistor because he said that the wattage was too high. 1 week later they went out again! I came back to the store this weekend to have him look at them again, and was told by the receptionists to take it to a machanic and have them looked at. So I took it to a mechanic, although I had them installed here, and was told that the lights were defective. After so much effort on my end, going to his store, to the mechanic, and replacing fuses (due to his cheap parts), he now refuses to honor his warranty, and even had the nerve to hang up on me. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT GO to THIS PLACE! I am contacting my bank, and filling a complaint with the BBB. Ive been really patient and understanding with this guy, despite his attitude and the fact that he installed defective lights on my brand new car. The part that saddens me the most is that he treats his customers this way all in the name of $50 bucks.
