Ive done a lot of work with Gao and have been very impressed with the products each time. In this business its common for large purchases to take up to 10-weeks to ship. However, Gao has gotten me the products within a week every time. Ive bought nearly $50,000 worth of lights from them in the last 6 months, and Ill likely be ordering more soon.

I ordered 18 2x4 LED panels to upgrade our production areas...all were shipped quickly and arrived in less than a week. Unfortunately, 3 of the 18 panels were damaged in shipment. I immediately contacted Izzy at Green Light Depot and he offered to replace the damage fixtures immediately. Very pleased with the service at Green Light Depot, and its a pleasure to do business with someone as responsive as Izzy. If anyone is thinking about replacing their 8 ft fluorescent with led these guys have a great bulb for that. I love how bright they are!!Be sure and open all boxes and count the items received. The boxes arrived in good order. No damage or open. It was a few months before I was able to install the bulbs and wasn’t till then I realized I didn’t have my complete order. I ordered 30, 8 foot led tubes, and only received 27.After contacting green light depot. They requested I take pictures of the bulbs I received and email to them. I did that and have not received any other correspondence from them. So I guess they are done with me.

So far so good. The lights are great! I have made to large purchases with them so far and have had no issues.

I had great success with Green Light Depot. The orders have come promptly and quality is great. We love the LED retro fit bulbs and the high bay lights make our warehouse look professionally bright with out the high electric bill.

This Green Light Depot is awful. I bought $4000.00 worth of LED light bulbs from them and here we are a year and half later and only half of them work properly. The only response they would give me is the bulb has a 1 year warranty. I understand a warranty is a warranty, but marketing a light bulb to have 50,000 hrs of use and not even getting a fraction of it is pretty slimy in my book. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

We are an electric utility company, and we received light boxes that were totally damaged and written by them as damaged. They never returned our money after several calls, the very friendly salesperson but Operations Manager Joseph Sado, it does not matter if customers buy from the company again or not.

Online ordering with Green Light might be the smoothest online purchasing experience Ive ever had. There is a little setup on the first order, of course, but my repeat orders take seconds once you start the checkout. Great job!

First class business, I ordered 40 four foot LED florescent replacement bulbs at a great price and they were delivered in five days by FedEx! I had three bulbs fail but I needed another 16 anyway which I got in three days via USPS! They also sent me separately 3 replacement bulbs for free. I will absolutely use this company again. Carl S.

My order arrived in a timely manner.The next day I removed the light cover and removed the florescent bulbs.I removed the ballast cover and removed the two ballast from the fixture cutting the wires which allowed me to connect the lamp sockets per instructions.I replaced the ballast cover and put in the new LED lamps.I turned on the power, and instantly had this bright, non-flickering light.Much brighter than before!The ballast no longer exist and the heat and wasted power is gone!I am grateful to have bright lights and use less energy.Jeff Smith

I started with just a few of their bulbs installed in my home and quickly moved the entire house over. We havent had a single bulb go out in over 3 years, the price was the best in the market and shipping was fast. No complaints here!

I ordered 120 4’ tube bulbs and installed in 2016 now less than two years old 40-50 of the bulbs have burned out and green light depot will not stand behind them because they only have a 1 year warranty, don’t waste your time with these cheap products and spend the couple extra dollars to buy from a reputable supplier that will stand behind their products. Both me and my customer are very upset at such poor quality products sold by green light depot

Quick shipping on the original order. Absolutely dragging their feet on replacing defective products. Customer service is horrible. I feel like I have to beg to get replacement products. Not dealing with them again.

Purchased and received a damage box of 25 LED 4 foot bulbs. Filed damage claim against shipper (FEDEX) who denied damage claim stating “. . . FEDEX does not accept liability for those items or conditions specially listed in the [Liabilities Not Assumed] section of the FEDEX Service Guide. Contacted Green Light twice and followed their claim policy and never received any compensation. I paid for shipping. Why does Green Light Depot choose a shipper who will not accept responsibility for shipping light bulbs?

Recently ordered 8 15W Versa T8 LED bulbs to replace fluorescent lights in 8 single bulb fixtures. Received my order in 3 days. Took my husband and hour and a half to replace the fluorescents. He removed all the ballasts and wired as double ended direct wiring. Lights look fantastic and bright. So happy when I turn on the light switch that all light instead of like half of those outdated fluorescent bulbs

AVOID THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS.Ordered a bunch of bulbs from this company because a fellow contractor said that they used them once and their pricing was fair. Bulbs took over a week to be shipped and then as we go to install them, discovered that they sent used equipment - some of which was completely the wrong product. Contacted their support department and a month later, crickets...

A scam. They list light fixtures as if they were solar powered. Deceiving MKTING. Then you order and pay and all you get is half of what you pay. When you claimed why you get only half of the merchandise they very cavalierly say is not their problem take it to Federal Express. Stay away from these con artists.

I bought (2) 80W LED wall packs for the exterior of my barn. I only bought them after going through all the technical information listed on the website. Once I received and installed them, I ordered (4) more to complete my projects! I was impressed that the wall packs came with a glass lens. Customer service is great. They answered all my questions, and got back to me in a prompt manner. I will buy from them again.

Sad Customer service cant get anyone to call you back and take no financial responsibility for junk product. Had some lights come missing structural screws even not to mention lamps that half work and bent lamps. They could care less about the time they cost you with there pathetic product and sad customer service avoid this dump at all costs!!!!!!

Confused about the 1 star’s this store is getting. There are specification sheets that you can read over before buying a product. The sales representatives tell you the recommended hours for use per tube. Mine is jj. I’ve purchased in the past the 4ft tubes that only have a year warranty and they still work fine because I use the tube per the recommended hours. The shipping times are fast and if I have an issue with a damaged product during shipping, I go through the return process like all other companies have and then they replace the tube for me. Overall I wouldn’t buy my lights from anywhere else.

Ordered 5ft Refrigerator LED Lights, been trying to get in contact with the company for over a month to get the missing parts. According to their website the lights should have Direct Wiring Connectors with each light. None came with the light. I made contact with one person on the phone and he told me to just cut the wires and patch it in. After getting so frustrated with him on the phone I just hung up..Worst company ever to deal with . No-one responds to messages or the webpage support chat.Dont waste your time.

We purchased 8 foot LED By-pass lamps for our customer 2 years ago. We received a phone call from the customer that 90 percent of the lamps were not working. We spoke to customer service and they stated that these LED lamps had a 1 year warranty. I questioned this because these are rated for 50,000 hours. After doing some research most LED lamps have a 5 year warranty. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that Joe Sodo would call me back. After two other phone calls and promises to return my phone call I was never called. Awful customer service . This company does not stand by the products they sell. DO NOT purchase from them!!

Converted to LEDs about 2 years ago - GreenLight Depot has been my go to shop for all of my lighting needs; definitely the best in terms of price, quality, and customer service. For my LED tubes, By-passing the ballast was easier than I thought - no electrician needed. Also, I use solar LED in my backyard - my dogs love them. Would be thieves - probably hate them!

Ordered 25 4 ft LED tubes that were professionally installed. 9 of those tubes have now gone bad. Be careful. [Update: The company is now replacing the bad tubes. Hopefully this was just a fluke with defective components.]

I am not happy with this company there tech people are there sales staff they were in correct about direct wiring there t8 led bulbs so I figured it out myself then I rewired 25 fixtures for there versa bulbs I ordered 108 of these bulbs I received them today after testing the bulbs and a long consult with there sales staff it turns out they sent the wrong part number ok this happens well they wont send more bulbs or the correct ones I ordered until they receive my bulbs back and they inspect them so I said send me a call tag and credit me back I will use someone else I would have thought they would have been more customer oriented I probably would have paid for the correct bulbs to be sent and when they got these back credit me but that wasnt an option I cant recommend them

Ordered 25 bulbs, 6 arrived broken. (surprising considering there was no cushioning) requested that the 6 be replaced, after emails and phone calls, 6 more were sent, this time 2 were broken in shipment (again, no cushioning). requested the 2 be replaced, both arrived broken. was told that my only option is to get credit toward a future purchase. seems like I am being punished for their improper packaging. BUYER BEWARE!

Kept sending me 4 ft glass t8 tubes in just a cardboard box and they kept showing up broken. No fragile sicker or packing beyond the square cardboard all fluorescent bulbs come in shoved in to another box. Gave up and wasted my money.

Switched my entire house to Green Light Depots products and I couldn’t be happier. JJ was extremely patient while I was ordering and I got what I was hoping for!

Order 50 LED tubes on 2/28 and paid via PayPal directly from my checking account. On 3/14 I had not received them. Called and they said they had not shipped because of a delay in communications they have with payPal. There was no communications from them and no answer from an email that I had also sent them through their contact info. They said the order got passed over because of the delay they had on their end with paypal even though the funds were debited from my account that day. I asked if they could expedite the shipping since it was their fault. They said no. I understand everyone has problems but I expect companies to make good on issues or expect a bad review.

Had to make time to give this place a review. my husband Called to speak to someone in the return area so we could return damaged products. We spoke to Eric who couldn’t take care of the situation, every other word was “i dont know” and spent 15 minutes talking to him so my husband started getting frustrated which got us sent to another support agent.
