Very helpful and patient, as we had to call another store to check on my lifetime watch batteries.

Service was quick and well done. Price was $85. Other local shops charge as low as $50. So next time I will be looking for a better price.

I have used Batteries + Bulbs several times in the past, they have always been courteous and professional. Batteries purchased were ready when expected. I had 1 instance of testing there warranty, no questions asked and I received a new battery.

Bought a battery for my Prius from here that came with a warranty. Well I had issues with my car and took it to my repair place where they said it was due to the battery. I remembered I had a warranty and called up Batteries & Bulbs. They basically said if it read under 10 volts that they wouldn’t be able to do the warranty which was fine because mine read 12 volts at the repair place. However, when I stated that to them they said well we will have to see... then also said we will charge it and see. I asked why they would charge it? It seemed they were not trying to honor the warranty and were being difficult and vague. Would not go or buy from them again.

No matter what Im looking for, they always seem to have it. Also staff is always helpful.

A smaller location but it had excellent service. I wouldnt necessarily go here to buy light bulbs and the battery selection seem to focus mainly on car batteries as well as button cells.

Nick at this store is fantastic. I came in for a cell phone battery and he was so helpful in finding me the right one and even installed it for me. He was super friendly, super fast and Im super grateful! I highly recommend this place!!

A place where you can find electronic gadgets. I find their prices a bit higher than othersA business to survive has to meet his expenses. Yet a little price adjustment would benefit the customers and the company as well. A good reputation is worth a million. Survival is a must for both parties.

Would have been better to order your own parts and do it your self the screens are fake not official apple screen. There cheap $10 screens from China when I got home I order from the apple site a new screen replacement and I’ll change it out myself it’s honestly extremely easy don’t waste your money at batteries plus extremely not satisfied with the quality nor the cost. Also how are you gonna repair phone but not sell protection case or any cases for phones extremely inconvenient.

I had to call the store several times and every time theyve been a friendly. The help me recycle batteries that they werent really getting paid for. And tried to help me find a light bulb that unfortunately they didnt have. But am grateful when people try to help.

Me and my boyfriend went in to replace a keypad battery and we were helped by jason and he was so helpful and friendly he even took the time out to help my boyfriend with an additional issue he was having with his phone. My husband and I love this place. I havent read the other reviews but they were super friendly and helpful. They replaced the battery in my sons iPad, and they offered to take it back if it turned out to be a malfunction port instead. They fixed it in a day and cleaned it up free of charge. ALSO, they have the best price on LED bulbs and recycle batteries, small ones for free, I think. We both highly recommend.

They have pretty much any kind of battery or bulb you might need. For $20, theyll replace your key fob batteries for the life of the car.

Absolutely superb customer service. Had Jason replace 3 watch batteries and the price was better than I had paid it other places and much better service. Ill definitely be back!

Bought a battery for my car key fob. Within 2 months it was dead. Went to another Battery Plus location, they told me the battery was never replaced. I paid for a replacement battery but this one was still the original factory battery. Now, I ask for the old battery as well as packaging from the new battery. I have no use for a business that intentionally defrauds its customers.

I cant say enough good about this place. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. On my most recent visit, I walked in with a specialty coin battery for a remote control for a camera. Attendant retrieved the pack for me and I literally walked out of the store with my replacement batteries in hand about 90 seconds after I walked in.

Went in looking for a cell phone battery. Jason the store owner was extremely helpful, located battery needed, installed it for me and verified the phone was working before we closed the purchase. I had a couple of other questions as to light bulb issues and problems with some halogen units purchased from a big box store. He was very helpful offering me suggestions for things to check with the halogen bulbs and potential replacements. Did not try to upswell me, which I appreciate, just very helpful and very friendly. I will be back to shop there again.

Got battery replaced in my Galaxy S7 was supposed to be the same capacity as original 3000mah but it was only 2600mah. The way I found out is after performing a battery test for capacity. Phone dies too quick.
