This was my first experience out buying my “first big purchase” and let me tell you SHANNON was absolutely amazing. Detailed everything and made sure what I was buying and how I was buying it. Also, the trainy was great too! I absolutely love what I chose!

We came in and were greeted by Diana. We told her that we originally worked with Andrew. She proceeded to help us but wanted to ensure Andrew received credit for helping us. She answered all our questions and then got the manager James. James helped us pick out all the furniture options that could go with the 3 rooms for $1999. Our night was a success. Home Zone in Lawton made us feel at home. We were assisted by Andrew. He was very knowledgeable about our request and didn’t pressure us at all! Very patient with all our questions and two year old running around. Will definitely buy from him and home zone again.

He helped me pick out a nice sectional with a recliner. He answered every question I had and made this purchase a breeze! I will definitely be back in! My husband and I bought an entire bedroom suite plus mattress today. I’ve been in the store 3 times in the last 2 days asking questions. Andrew is nothing less than superior to work with. He answered all my questions and was very patient. They are not pushy and they don’t follow you around. First of all, the store is beautiful and smells wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the temperature ( little too hot for my liking).I was so impressed by the customer service that I received that the temperature of the building no longer was noticeable. When I walked in a gentleman named Nick helped me. He asked what I was looking for I told him my three Criteria. He literally walked me around the store showing me And explaining to me every aspect of each piece of furniture I had asked about. He was not pushy, he was attentive, and very professional. The teamwork within the establishment was pretty amazing as well! It was like everyone gathered together to help everyone including me the customer. That was refreshing! We ended up finalizing our sale with a gentleman name Nathan. He was so patient and so attentive to three different personalities trying to purchase one living room set. LOL! Whatever you guys are doing keep doing it. The store looks great,The people that work there are professional and friendly, and they really do make feel like you are working with family not sharks! Dealt with Andrew. He is a great salesman, no pressure. We went in twice one day looking and making a choice, then the next day he was great when we went back and made our choice….Only be thing he could not help us with is, 1 item we are unable to receive until February and they could not sell 1 item off of the floor. Almost made us want to not make the purchase due to not being guaranteed the 1 piece will ever come in.Please fix the air conditioning, your customers might spend more time and money.

I gave a 4 star because the prices and personnel are great. The structure and sturdiness of the bed frame not so great. The middle support beam for the bed frame snapped in half. Warranty was quick to help and try to resolve the issue. They replaced the part and said it was due to slipping on our floor, they told us to get non slip feet stick on pads or similar. We did and less than 30 minutes after installing the new support beam it also snapped. We have been sleeping on the floor for a week a half and appears it will be a bit longer. I would only suggest checking the support system on the bed frames before you buy as well as recommending home zone to redesign them for better support and eliminate the issue.

William was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Took time with me. I appreciated his easy to talk to personality and non pushy salesman like approach. I will be returning.

Bought a table from Home zone. They are proud to let you know they are not commission. The prices are the best in Lawton for a full blown furniture store. They prices are compatible to purchasing at Amazon and the quality of furniture is remarkable.

Great atmosphere and clean store. Sales guy Charles was great. Introduced himself and told him we just wanted to browse at the sofas and he let us do our thing without hounding us (which sometimes is a problem with sales people working for commission). I found the item I wanted online and then I called the store and they where very helpful. I went to the store and they were not pushy in any way they listened to what I had to ask about the sectional I was looking for and they took time to explain that it was not composite board it was hard wood frame. I like the price it fit my budget and the area that I have to put in. I will shop there again. Mr. Andrew Banfield was very courteous and had his mask on and showed social distance when talking to me.

Got a love seat for a good price. No pushy salespeople hanging around you while you shopped. We did buy one, but had to wait a week before it came in. It was a good experience all around.

Great Job with everything. Delivery was on time. The buying process was easy and expedient. No issues at all.

Deliveries will not be on time. When rescheduled you will not be rescheduled for the following day it might be 2 or 3 days later. You can speak to a supervisor they will just assist you with a refund. My delivery truck completed all deliveries by 330 but couldn’t make it to my delivery at 530. Good luck speaking to a manager. They say they don’t have any. Never again.Delivery in Days or weeks.
