I have been to all of the Beans from Ogden to Salt Lake and this one is the elite. You know when you order a sandwich that comes with cheese and they don’t put the bun on straight? That doesn’t happen here. Symmetrical buns all the way, boys! They’re fast, nice, and efficient. Even when the line is long they whip through customers so fast without compromising quality. If you’re in the area just do yourself a favor and visit this location.

Wow, what an awesome drive-thru team!! they are always friendly and super quick, even in the busiest morning hours. I always leave here smiling from the kind words of these hardworking baristas. for those who prefer light cream: the wonderful crew at this B&B always have me covered and get mine just right! the marshmallow and cookie dough syrups are unique and super tasty, and the cold brew in particular is always perfect! would recommend to everyone!!

I only go here to get my coffee. They make the best coffee Ive ever had and the staff is always so nice. Make sure to tip them well! They work super hard and deserve it.

I hate to give so low of stars... this used to be my go-to coffee shop. However, in the last 4 months my coffee has been tasting awful more often than not. Today was my last visit. I hope they can fix the issue for future customers. Ive wasted too much money on hot water with a hint of coffee.

I honestly feel bad writing this review. I used to love this BnB location but almost every single time I go there now my coffee is bland with a slight sour taste like the milk they are using is getting ready to expire. I always get an iced latte with caramel but I dont ever get any caramel flavor in my coffee at all. The staff are super nice and friendly though!

Went through the drive through and it was quick and friendly. I ordered a Large Vanilla Ice coffee and it was delicious. Super sweet service with a smile.

Sooooo I used to manage a Cricket store in North Ogden. It was right next to a Smiths fuel center and a Beans and Brews. Safe to say Ive had my cup of coffee or two, or a sandwich, or any other thing under the sun from there. I am really impressed with this location, great coffee, great service. Oh.....and I got a big ol glass bottle of iced coffee to take home, love it.

The staff has always been nice but the last two times I have ordered a drink it has been very bland. If I am going to pay almost $6 for a small drink I would hope it would be more flavorful. Not going again.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought 3 drinks and 3 food items, when the lady handed me the food I asked which is which (different food to goes to different people) she rolled her eyes at me ticked that I even asked and walked away. The service was terrible and Ive had better coffee at gas stations, and it was crazy expensive.We are traveling 30 hours and have stopped at coffee shops all over the USA and this was our worst one.

I heavily fux with this place. The way they whip up that mocha, make my pp so hard. That turkey, swissy, avacody, chef’s kiss. 10/10 would 10 again.

Im giving this review 3 stars due to the fact Im not getting my moneys worth buying a bigger drink. If I bought a larger size I would have to pay for it, so why when I pay for it do I get whip cream instead of more drink? Those few extra ounces would cost me to upgrade, so when I upgrade I should get what I paid for. The gentlemen at the window was really nice this morning and the girl that took my order, so all the stars are for them.

Baristas are very pleasant and helpful. I think the prices are a little high... But thats just me. Inside decorated very nice would be a great place to hang out and do some work. They have a variety of items which is nice.

Good coffee, friendly staff. They have the slowest drive through. If you want to spend 20 minutes grabbing a cup of coffee, come here. No sense of urgency in the slightest.

I just went to this place today and ordered a frappuccino with coconut milk and cream instead of regular. the young blonde working drive thru told me that her frappes are premade and would taste weird if I wanted my request..so I explained to her that Im lactose intolerant, but apparently she gave me regular milk because it made me sick. I will be coming in tomorrow morning and filing a complaint. This is the worst service ever!! Somebody could really get hurt or die from basic intolerances and allergies....

My favorite coffee place in Layton. Derrek (sp?) is my favorite. They all do a great job, speedy and delicious!

I love it here. Although I wish they had more sugar free or lower sugar options. Whenever I ask they say no.

Esmeralda and her team are sunshine on a cloudy day. I go out of my way just to make sure I go to this location. I live a mile away from the new Layton one and it just isnt the same.

Strong, good but very strong

I rated this location as a single star for making a serious mistake. The way corporate handled the situation was good and swift! And because of THAT reason they have kept us as a customer.However! Our son was rushed to a doctor due to them making a mistake on a non dairy order.Corporate promised they would fix this and make sure they will repeat the order back to you to make sure its correct.Well, still no change. Ive been there 4 times since and every time they dont repeat the order back. I guess theyre ok with that liability.

Always worth the stop when Im passing threw Layton on my way home. I wish we had one in cache valley Utah.

Was surprised at how fast my group order was completed! Everything tasted great and the interior is warm and welcoming! My friends and I enjoyed it very much.

Ordered hot chocolate for me and my kids before seeing the lights. The kid on the drive through was rude. It was 7:50. I didn’t realize they closed at 8. We ordered and waited until 8:07 to get all our drinks. Then he tells us for future reference they close extactly at 8pm. He did label the drinks, got two wrong and forgot 1. We waited for a few minutes to explain we were missing a drink and finally left. Wont return, there are plenty of coffee shops that like business.

Not good at all, I rarely leave reviews but Im telling you its not good. Basically a splash of coffee flavor into some water. I think if you are thinking a out coming here maybe re think and go to Starbucks or grounds for coffee. Also this is way more expensive then it should be.

I absolutely adore Beans and Brews and it is my all time favorite coffee shop because I am able to add the banana flavoring to my coffees! However, I would order from there much more frequently if they did, in fact, deliver or allow for uber eats and other services to pick up from them, but they do not. If they do wish to increase their business, this would by ten times! So I do highly recommend that they accommodate this.

Im one of those people who doesnt care for any of those fancy or trendy coffees. I prefer my coffee black. I have never been to this chain before, but everyone was friendly and the coffee was great. Full of flavor without the burnt taste that some other places have. It was also a quiet and laid back which I appreciated.

Completely average beans and brews in every way, but that is not an insult. The staff are friendly, the coffee was good the bathrooms are clean, and the service was swift. Absolutely no complaints.

Ovens are turned off 2 hours before closing

I visited this place a little more than an hour before closing time and they said they couldnt serve hot food items because they had already cleaned the stove. Very disappointing 👎

I used to prefer Beans to Starbucks, but it seems like lately they only know how to make black coffee. Last night my husband and I stopped by for the new Oatmeal Cookie latte. Instead I got what tasted like a black coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon. I went home and had to put my own creamer in, so I spent $5 for coffee I couldve made myself. At home.

Super cool joint, really enjoyed it! First time there and definitely will go back. Great selection of coffee and very well crafted. There other options of not the coffee kind are excellent too. Lemonades, food, all sorts of stuff and its all really good. We went with the family and everyone got something different. Well worth the trip.

Love stopping here on my way to work or when I want to take my pup on a car ride for a cup of whipped cream and some coffee! The staff are so kind and the drinks are SO good! :)

I always get the frozen mocha which is very easy. Today my wife came up with some weird concoction she wanted to try. The barista made sure he understood what she wanted then because it was an odd drink request he asked her to try it before we left to make sure she liked it. Thats above and beyond in my book.

Just wanted to say that this coffee house is incredibly kind to their patrons. The coffee is delish!On the 10th my phone app was not showing my reward for my free drink, you know birthday drink. But that did not matter here, the happy gal working in the background said, oh no shes not paying for that. Happy Birthday Girl. She can get another one when the app loads the free one. Beautiful people.

The drinks are okay. I feel like they can taste a little watered down at times. The inside could really use some deep cleaning. They have a shelf nearby the counter and you can tell it hasn’t been moved in quite a while. There’s dirt underneath it, and as I was looking around, I saw quite a few areas that looked filthy. The staff however is always very friendly and I very much appreciate that.

If you are going to close early thats fine but keep your frozen latte machines on until you close not shut them off an hour before your early closing time !

Esmeralda and her team at the Layton store is the absolute best! I drive out of my way just to go to this store. I read some poor reviews about management which are so far from the truth. They truly make sure their customers are satisfied. If you arent happy then go and talk to them. They will make it right! Seriously, this is hands down the best Beans and Brews in Utah!

Dropped by Sat morning at 10. 2 guys in front of me and 4 employees. From the time I walked in the door until I ordered was 23 minutes!? The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 was the mint tea (they use a good brand) was good.

They know how to make a Frozen Mr. Bs but that about it. I have ordred coffee on multiple occasions and it was sub par at best. Even there management wouldnt call me back.

I’ve been a lover of beans and brews for at least a year now and only been to this location maybe 3 times. I have enjoyed the coffee here, but each time I have been, the manager(a bigger lady with darker skin and glasses) is really awnry, short, and just plain rude to everyone, especially her employees. It ruins the whole experience when someone is so negative although you did nothing but walk in. I would not recommend this location until there is a change In management and I will not be back. Don’t give up on beans and brews just because of this one location!

I enjoy their skinny lattes. I have tried their cinnamon rolls and they are large, so you need to share them.

I love my coffees from B&B, this was my first time at this location and they didnt greet me at the time I arrived to the window, I had requested caramel drizzle around my cup and light whipped cream and they didnt do either. Shows how much they dont listen to their customers. When we showed up to the window the employee was dry and he seemed impatient. Almost requested a new coffee because it wasnt to the way i had requested politely but I didnt want to waste more time in the drive thru.

Good brewed coffee. They rate roasts with really useful metrics - flavor, body, acidity each on a numeric scale. I love that.

Beans and Brews has easily got me hooked on their bacon croissant and pistachio latte. Their ‘small’ is more like a medium! I don’t ever feel ripped off as I have only ever had good experiences with these guys. This location in particular I have no complaints with and the customer service is always top notch!

Usually this is 4 or 5 starts today not so much. I ordered the spinach egg souffle and I think it was a leftover reheat. Kind of squishy instead of flaky. The camel ceilo was good.

I love their espresso float and it was a nice quite and relaxing atmosphere. It can be a bit pricey depending on the drink you get ive noticed

Im visiting family in this area and I am from Georgia. This has been the best coffee Ive had since being in Utah. Service is also super friendly and courteous. Would love to see one on these shops show up in Atlanta one day.

Went in excited for a new coffee place. We ordered 2 drinks. They wasnt friendly and made the wrong drink. I questioned them and they acted like it was my fault? I told them I would take it and they said no they already started the right drink, grabbed the drink from me and through it away. I will not be back!

They are always super friendly and seam to enjoy working there. We love their breakfast and pastrys as well as their coffee and teas.
