I could not be more impressed with the services provided by Bedrock Quartz in Layton. I wasted a great deal of time with another company for countertops. Finally decided to visit Bedrock Quartz, where I met Patricia. What an outstanding salesperson! She was knowledgeable on the products, process and timelines. She was never to busy to answer questions, keep us updated, etc. The scheduler and the installers were equally as good. I had new countertops in 4 rooms, in a little over 4 weeks. What a wonderful experience! I would recommend this company and their staff.

I manage an apartment community in South Ogden and we are in the process of upgrading countertops to Quartz. Jeff, our sales consultant, is very professional and always prompt with returning phone calls, emails etc. The installation team was awesome as well and our countertops look amazing! Bedrock Quartz has been one of the best companies I have ever worked with. From the office staff to Christopher our template guy to Simon and David who installed our quartz countertops, everyone has been professional and kind. Simon and David are masters at what they do. We used Bedrock a few years ago, went to their manufacturing plant, picked out our stone and they did a good job installing stone throughout our home. This time around I went to their Layton location and left plans of our bathroom remodel with a salesperson who promised to get back to me with a bid. No response. After a month I made contact over the phone and gave all the details over the phone to another salesperson and was told that they would get back to me the following day. Waited three days - no response. I stopped by their store and they had the quote on file. The bid seemed reasonable so I told them I wanted to pick out the granite and move forward. I then learned that they really didnt allow customers to pick out their granite anymore. however if I insisted I could pay an additional $150 fee that would pay for the forklift driver to show a couple slabs. This doesnt seem to be a problem anywhere else. If you go to Contempo Granite, Arizona Tile or any of the other numerous slab locations they are happy to help! With most natural granite stone one piece can be completely different than another. This is not like a man made quartz product. I asked if they guaranteed satisfaction with the finished product. They said that once the stone was cut it was mine. How many cars or shoes would be sold if the customer was not able to look at the style, color or check the fit? This in my opinion is what happens when a company gets too big! Untrained salespeople and unreasonable policies. They are so concerned with the bottom line that they lose touch with their customers. Too bad so sad!Yes, Contempo Granite and Arizona Tile are two of many slab sellers in the Salt Lake area. And for anyone looking for the best value along with the freedom to choose your stone you can go to Arizona Tile select the stone you what and then ask at the contractors desk for a list of their recommended installers. That way you will know what you are buying!

They were very responsive when I first called for a measure. They were decent priced so I thought it would be a good choice to go with them. We went tothe showroom to pick out our color and the woman who helped us acted like she was put out by us showing up. We picked the color we liked and asked when we could get in the schedule. She said we would be contacted soon. I waited three days with no calls. So I called them and asked when I could get in the schedule. Again, no one called to help or get us scheduled. It must be nice to not need business. We went somewhere else and were helped promptly. They were more expensive but I guess you pay to be helped. Not a good experience.

Great, quality work! When the countertops were first installed, there was a small problem, but they took them back and quickly corrected it. I am very pleased with the results!! Alex Zavala did a great job on the install and was very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this company!

Service was fantastic and our granite looks amazing. Eddie and Jonathan did the install and they where very nice and easy to work with and explain things very well. If I had any complaint it would be that they normally charge $300 to drive to West Jordan and see the granite slab in person but the lady’s at the sales office where having computer troubles and couldn’t get the pics up so we where able to see the slab in person for free which was a great thing because what we picked out at the showroom didn’t match the slabs they would have used due to heavy iron from the quarry turning the white a rust color but the sales team scrambled, went above and beyond and found us a different color slab that we liked even better. Great jobs guys!!!

Our experience with Bedrock Quartz has been amazing. We were about to go with another company, but then decided to get a quote from Bedrock. We dealt with Lyrik and ultimately, she was the reason we went with Bedrock; we have never dealt with such an amazing person. She was so energetic and pleasant to be around. She was very on top of everything and she never made us feel like we were just a sale. Bedrock is beyond lucky to have her as an employee. When it came time for install, Tyler and Graham, showed up right on time. They were very friendly and polite. They were careful with our cabinets and treated our home with respect. They did fantastic work and we are very happy with the install. We highly recommend Bedrock.

No Stars. NO estimate either, after 3 weeks. Called them tonight and the voicemail was full. I am not impressed.

After getting quotes from several places, we chose Bedrock for our granite. Lyrik was wonderful helping me select the right product and making sure the installation went smoothly. The installers were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Bedrock for your granite/quartz needs. And if possible, ask for Lyrik to help you. You’ll be glad you did!

While the customer service was pretty good, and they answered my questions, their markup of fabrication was outrageous compared to the other bids I got. I was told by them that quartzite is way more expensive to fabricate and the cost was about 3x more, making it so I couldnt afford quartzite at all. Three other companies did not have this markup, and did not share the view that it was more difficult. The wholesalers I spoke to also agreed. So buyer beware and get additional quotes if you want quartzite especially.My advice would be to pick the stone you want and then get multiple bids from different companies on it before deciding.*Edit* reply to response - however they do it they end up with the same results at a fraction of the cost. None of them arrive chipped or fractured, and they have warranties. They are beautiful. So basically I got the stone I wanted at a price that was affordable. This was not something you could offer 🤷

Edwin and Joseph came to install our quartz counter tops this morning. They worked quickly and had our install done within an hour. The final product turned out BEAUTIFUL! Both employees were very helpful and kind. We had a minor issue with our sink, however they worked through the details and install on the sink is happening this afternoon.We are very glad that we went with Bedrock Quartz!

We have had such a great experience with Bedrock Quartz from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable about granite and quartz and answered all of our questions. They had a large variety of samples in the show room at their Layton store. Another great thing is how fast they were to install, much faster than their competitors. About one week to template and two weeks to install. Graham and Joseph were quick with the Installation and helped me get the matching color of quartz. I would definitely recommend Bedrock Quartz and will continue to use them in the future.

We had a great experience working with Lyric, Li and Robert. We went in on a Saturday and looked at the different options in the show room with Lyric. Lyric was knowledgeable and helped answer our questions about quartz and granite. We took home some samples and Robert and Li were out measuring within the week. From there everything went so smooth and right on time like Robert and Li said it would. It was great! Robert and Li were fun to have in our home giving us options. We will definitely refer Bedrock to others.

Bedrock quartz did an awesome job on our second kitchen! Francisco and Simon did a wonderful job. Our oldest daughter even said, its nice that we dont have a seam in this counter top like at our old house. She was surprised to find out that we in fact do have a seam. They just did such a nice job on the layout and then the install that you can barely even tell its there! Excellent work you guys!

Terrible service! Read the responses from the owner on all of the negative reviews. You will see how they really treat their customers. Their responses show more about how they treat their customers than the reviews. They are terrible and dont care about customer service.. Go to another company!

All the staff was great to work, from the person who created our template to the installers. They were patient and explained everything to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and vanity tops. They are beautiful to look at, are very functional and were installed very professionally. Lisa Kellogg was fantastic to work with. She was very patient with us making sure we were satisfied with our decisions. We called Lisa with a problem we had and she was there the next day to take care of the problem. Best experience I’ve ever had getting new countertops. From our Layton sales associate Shania to our installers Graham and Tyler, we couldn’t be more pleased.Shania gave us great help and advice in choosing our granite. Graham and Tyler were polite, professional and so thorough. Those poor guys fit us into a day where they were very busy. They started our install when most people are done working for the day and did a fantastic job. We seriously couldn’t be happier. We had a powder room and guest bath done by another company and the difference is night and day...from the product to the employees, Bedrock Quartz is far superior. It’s pretty obvious all these folks have been well trained and like their jobs.

I worked with Li and her husband over the course of three months. They were patient and considerate as they walk us through the process of remodeling our kitchen. They didn’t mind me asking the same questions over and over. The lady at the front desk was awesome too. She made sure my kids had snacks to munch on while I made decision. The installers Francisco and his partner were quick and courteous.

Our granite counter top was installed this morning by Aldo Castillo and his helper. Besides doing a great job, they made sure we were pleased with the positioning of the sink drain which was the reverse of our old sink. They could have simply done the job, but they spent the extra time with us.Even though we purchased the sink from another supplier, we called our sales people at Bedrock. They actually called the supplier from whom we purchased the sink to help. Ultimately, things went well and we are very happy with our new counter top.We appreciate this kind of service.

My counters are beautiful, great quality granite, installed by Installation experts- Josh & Ramon, who did an Awesome job, and gave attention to detail! We had a wonderful experience working with Bedrock Quartz and are enjoying our beautiful granite countertops. Lisa Kellogg helped us navigate all the decisions involved and was a great help by showing us lots of options we hadn’t even considered. The whole process was low-pressure, professional, and timely.

Francisco, Chandler, and Danny came and installed our countertops, they were very professional and did an excellent job. We didn’t buy direct from the business, they were subcontracted through our remodeling contractor so I can’t speak to the buying experience with them, but they did work with the remodel team after a last minute change and expedited the installation so we would be able to host Thanksgiving. All in all our experience with this company was excellent.

Fabulous experience. We shopped many different granite companies, but found none with the total packages of cost, service, quality, and completeness of process. We were able to change, revise, and improvise at every level as needed. Granite prices were absolutely fabulous. And service was unprecedented. My wife and I are absolutely thrill with all the kitchen and bathroom granite counter tops. This is a great company with absolutely great service and people.

Ive been very happy with Bedrock Quartz from start to finish. Jason was accommodating to schedule a convenient time for quote, as was the laser measure appointment. Install day was quick and painless, the installers were professional and quick. This is the very first review I’ve ever written, plus not great on the computer so I hope this review comes out with a 5 star which shows up on my screen. I have been meaning to write this review for a year, but life happens. I wanted granite counters for 10 years, but just didn’t know who to go to. I checked around different reviews, different places. I finally found Bedrock Granite and so happy I did. We are seniors and know how businesses used to work, not like today. We were very skeptical of reviews and thinking was the work really going to get done, or will they even show up. It happens with age I guess, being skeptical. We stopped in the store and talked to Bob Mancini he was totally helpful and did such a great job. It was so amazing how everything went so smoothly. We also ordered the Blanco sink and faucet, still beautiful and working great. Cody was great also he did the measuring, so polite and professional. Then there was the granite installers, they were fantastic. I covered everything in the drawers thinking dust was going to go everywhere, I just didn’t know how all this worked. It turned out I didn’t have to do all that. They came in feet covered to protect carpet, no dust. Totally professional ....so impressed. The best choice we ever made. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We have worked with Bedrock Quartz on several projects (two kitchen remodels and one bathroom) and have been so impressed with the whole process from selecting styles all the way to final installation. Li Mancini has been a joy to work with, promptly answering any and all questions we had through the process as well as putting together several quotes for different styles we liked. The installers are great and very professional - we had to put a seam in one of our kitchen counters, and I honestly cant even find it! I just had Bedrock install Granite for me and it looks amazing! Robert Mancini did a great job with an inclusive, comprehensive bid, that did not go up after the install. Cody came out and measured with a laser, which was cool, and Abraham and Francisco did a very professional and meticulous installation! They were not the cheapest quote, which I was happy about, because I did not want a cheap job with bad quality stone - I wanted it done right the first time, and it was. The granite is high quality and installed to last for a very long time. I would highly recommend Bedrock - you get what you pay for!

From beginning to end, a fantastic customer experience. Lyrik was so helpful every step of the way, and Francisco and Simon did a great job with the installation. They were finished with the job before their two hour arrival window was even passed! A lot of people/companies worked on our little home during our remodel, and most of them made us feel like since we were a small job, we werent important. And most of them had to come back to fix things they did carelessly in the first place. Not Bedrock Quartz. They were stellar. I cant wait to have them back to do the bathroom!

Cant say enough good about Bedrock Quartz. I did a remodel of my kitchen so I was without a functioning kitchen for about 4 weeks, so hard not to have a functioning kitchen. I had a hard time choosing my Granite and caused an even longer wait for myself. Found my Granite, called Jason told him I had picked my slabs, this was on a Tuesday evening. Thursday they come to measure for my tops, so impressed with their measure method. The following Wednesday they installed my beautiful granite counter tops. The install guy were awesome and took such care as not scratch or dent my new cabinets. I ordered my tops without a backsplash, the tops followed my wall precisely. One should view their great video which shows how they measure and cut the stone. Awesome company, thanks to Jason, an the rest of the great people who were so prompt with my counter tops,

I needed a small piece of granite for a laundry room cabinet. Robert Mancini and the people at the factory helped me find the perfect color and size to do the job from their large supply of cut pieces. The price was much lower than what I was quoted from the cabinet manufacturer. Good product and service, great price.

We had two projects this year that ended up having a really short time frame to get the countertops done. I called Robert at Bedrock to see what he could do for us. He was able to get the tops templated and installed in time for the closings on both projects. Our clients and we are very happy with the final products and the ability they had to help in a pinch. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We received several bids for our granite counter tops. Bedrock quartz wasnt the least expensive, but they were actually on the lower end of the spectrum. Their service experience, professionalism, and market knowledge seemed much higher during our initial visit, so we selected Bedrock and have been very pleased with the results. They were very quick for us, installers were very friendly and professional and had our project completed within our time frame. This company is legitimate. Do your homework if you must, youll soon see that this team is among the top in service and quality - and their prices are very fair. These guys will have our business from here on out.

My wife and I recently built a new home, and were given Heather to work with in selecting and installing our countertops. We went in to price granite countertops for our kitchen overhaul and we spoke with Jason. He told us the ins and outs of what we needed to do and gave us the addresses of a couple granite suppliers in SLC that we should go take a look. We were to e mail him the ones we liked and he would give us the pricing of how much each one would be. I e mailed him our selections over a weekend and then waited for the pricing. When Thursday of that week rolled around i decided to call and see maybe we had been overlooked for some reason. I get it as it does happen sometimes. After a very sincere apology Thursday afternoon, I was assured that if I did not have his response by that night, I would definitely have it Friday. No luck on Friday either! Well after some more time passed with no response, I decided to e mail Jason and tell him we were going to have to go elsewhere, that they were obviously too busy to take on our kitchen renovation. By the looks of all the other reviews here, Bedrock looks like a great company, but just not in this instance. I would have at least expected some type of response back. Having my own business at one point, albeit a small one, I never let off with any of our customers without having the last word.

Francisco and partner did an outstanding job installing our countertops. Would recommend bedrock to any and all who are looking for new countertops. Salesman Robert also worked hard to make sure all processes went well. Thanks guys.....
