We had our counter tops built and installed by Valley View Granite a year ago. We were very pleased with the service we received and the quality of the granite. The sales people were very professional, friendly and helpful. We went to the Tremonton facility and picked out our granite slab. The installation was very simple. They were on time and installed the new counter within a short period of time. Everything went very smoothly. Our counter top is still beautiful.

They are super helpful and we got the perfect granite counters from them. All the measurements were perfect. We got two colors from their stock options which made the price lower by $1,000 than the nearest competitor.

Showed up the day they said they would. Bright and early. Called before arriving. Clean and efficient. Professional. Work a mask. Danny was able to remount my undermount sink and it looked great when finished. It was done in one hour so no extra hours to pay for! Thanks, Danny!

Redid our kitchen and island. Was considering putting in a concrete counter top but when we spoke with Valley View the price was too good to pass up! Extremely high quality and fit and finish is absolutely perfect! Once they got the countertops all in and I had the rest of the kitchen finished, I noticed we had a window ledge that was the old subway tile window ledge. I called up Valley View Granite and gave the my specifications and they had a piece made up for me and it was very well priced and quality work. Will definitely be coming to VVG for all my granite needs. Dont go to the big box stores and order their overpriced products. The quality isnt nearly as good as VVG.Only issue was when they brought in the counter it chipped or somehow it got chipped. They had someone there the same day to fix it and two years later I couldnt tell ya where the chip happened. Great work.

I want to thank Cierra from Valley View Granite. She cleaned, polished and re-sealed my kitchen and bathroom granite. She did an amazing job! My granite looks brand new! We had Denny come and fix spots on our quartz countertop.... He did an amazing job... The spots came out immediately.... he also gave us great insight on how to care for the quartz... Beautiful showroom and wonderful young ladies that were eager to answer my questions and offer helpful suggestions on how to care for my countertops. I got their 3 in 1 cleaner which I haven’t tried yet.

I hate to write one star reviews, but this company made a mistake cutting our granite, and has refused to correct their mistake. The project manager Jeff Roberts wrote: I am so sorry. I was discussing this with Lisa the other day and we were just looking at the veins not lining up. That was an issue that I felt like I could define the problem of during 3 steps in the process we were just a hair off which totalled to the misalignment. This second spot on the peninsula top is a total enigma to me. I am attempting to meet with the programmers and the shop guys to try to get to the bottom of this for you and also see if there are any solutions. I will get back with you shortly. After first saying they would make sure to correct the problem, new owners backtracked and refused. They did offer to let US buy new granite, and they would give us a discount on the fabrication and installation. Why would you pay a company more money when they did not take responsibility for messing up the first time? The pictures show the approved layout and what they ended up installing. Its a mess. Nothing lines up. They left a fill spot they had said would not be there and is not on the approved layout. This company is not qualified to work with natural stone with flow. We know others in our area who also had issues with them - which they corrected. But they did not step up after admitting they made a mistake cutting our counters. Run.

Denny came out to repair my kitchen quartz counter top. He did a great job. Very professional, courteous and price was reasonable. Would call them again.

This company has a great service ethic. They sent someone to my home to teach me how to care for the countertops in my bathrooms. Their employee told me about a product that they have that cleans and polishes. Several weeks later I came home to find the product sitting on my doorstep. I really like the product. I went to their store to get two more cans. They have been friendly and helpful in every way.

I dropped something heavy on my quartz countertop and cracked it. The company that had installed was out of business, but I found Valley View and they sent Denny out to repair it. He was meticulous in repairing it so no one could notice. He recommended a product for my stainless sink, but didnt have any in his truck. Lindsay said to come on in and theyd give me a can. Im trying it now. Great customer service.

We had an exceptional experience at Valley View Granite. We originally visited after being referred by our contractor. Later our relationship with the contractor deteriorated and we were left with 8 wasted weeks, an approaching holiday, and nothing done.Kylee called us up afterward to check in on us and offer any help they could. She understood the unfortunate place customers are put in when things like that happens and she got us taken care of. They were more than willing to work directly with us and they worked very well with our cabinet makers as well. All in all, we got our kitchen completely functional again in 4 weeks... half the time our contractor said it would take.Great service, great selection, prices were very competitive and the whole process was handled with class. Id recommend Valley View Granite to anyone.

We had Valley View Granite remove an old granite top in our kitchen island, and replace it with a larger quartz top. We enjoyed working with Shawn and his staff. The installation staff, Josh, Chad and their team did an excellent job and they cleaned up the kitchen like new. It was a pleasure doing business with them..

I am extremely satisfied with the counter top that Vaey View installed in my kitchen, around my fireplace and small bathroom. Very professional installation and pleasant technicians. I would recommend them to anyone. I recently visited their showroom and was amazed with the staff their as well. From top down this company cares and should be a place you should use when getting estimates.

Very poor customer service! We built a custom home and ordered our kitchen sink as well as our granite countertops through Valley View Granite. The countertops look great, as they would from any granite shop. However, I ordered a custom kitchen sink and I expressed exactly what I wanted to the sales representative when I placed my order. I was very upset to come into my new home after everything had been installed to see the kitchen sink I did not order. I expressed my displeasure through an email directly to the sales representative and my husband left several voicemails to the sales representative concerning the mistake. All of our attempts to try and get the kitchen sink replaced were ignored. I was later forwarded an email that she had sent to my builder, stating that I was wrong and what the representative had written down in her notes was accurate with what had been installed. I was never shown those notes and I never signed any type of documentation. If you decide to go through this company, make sure you get everything in writing and ask to see any notes and get a signed copy!
