Well atleast there are only 31 flavors to choose from...i got the jamocha almond fudge and it was pretty good...i havent been here for a while but i think ill be stopping by more often now...im hooked!!!

Every time I get ice cream here, the scoops are so tiny! It’s so disappointing! I ordered a brownie sundae tonight and the scoops combined were smaller than the brownie! It is ridiculously overpriced for such a tiny bit of ice cream. I love the taste of the ice cream so I want somehow I try again and each time, I am extremely disappointed.

I got to baskin robbins maybe once or twice a week regularly for a bit.. every time I go is 5 stars. Gave 4 stars just hoping nobody gets in trouble..But when I ordered my ice cream 2 of the 3 employees had fake nails and had no gloves on while scooping my ice cream.. I got daiquiri ice and Reeses for the wife in the quart tubs. Both employees that scooped my ice cream had no gloves on and had nails. Your website says thats against company policy, same goes for the no gloves especially during this COVID time.. The one that scooped mine the daiquiri ice was outside wiping down tables and the lid to the garage can without gloves.. I just hope she washed her hands before scooping my ice cream 🙏

Great ice cream. Good service. And the unique flavors of the month are really cool. I was a bit daring and got pumpkin pie cheesecake. It was really good!

Love this place! You can always get some customized portions of different ice cream and toppings.Also for the true ice cream lovers you can buy ice cream by pints to take home and share (or just eat) later. You can also order or just purchase ice cream birthday cakes.Space is limited on the inside which makes the inside a tad loud when there are a lot of customers but their is an outdoor eating location that fixes this right up.

They NEVER fill your cone. I have went there 4 times since moving here and it happens every time. They sit the small scoop on top of the cone and that’s it. What’s the point in getting a cone if its going to be completely empty? I’ve worked at an ice cream place for years and it’s not that hard. They should put a little more effort into making it, especially when that’s what they’re expertise is. And they charge WAY too much for a tiny scoop of ice cream and an empty cone.

We love the ice cream here and always get our service with a smile. Even when they are busy the staff keeps up with the demands happily. Only 4 stars because the selection of non-cows milk ice cream is shabby.

Poor Quality waffle cones. They were very thin and leaking before we even got home. We paid $18 for 3 cones, for that price, I would expect better quality cones. This store consistently provides poor service and poor quality. I wish there was another choice in Layton.

This is the absolute WORST place to order a cake EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. Such bad quality, and their version of 1/4 sheet is SUPER TINY! Never again will I go to this place!

Was totally disappointed with our last visit. I took my husband there on 4/09/2020 for his birthday. He ordered a classic Sundae and I ordered a Banana Royale. The scoops of ice cream were so small you couldnt even find them. There was more of the toppings than anything. Its really ashame that usefully with walk in service things are so good. Itll be a while before I go back in.

Its ice cream. Have at scoop. Maybe two. Waffle cone is best.Parking is aplenty, but walk there if you can.A good dessert after eating somewhere close.

I like the different ice cream/sherbets they have here. The ice cream tastes really good and it turns a bad day into a good one. The employees are always there for you if you have a question or wanna try s sample.

Love potion is back! Haha I tried it the first time and purchased a pint, went home to watch a movie and looked down and the whole container was empty :) Very friendly staff that helped me choose one of the most difficult adult decisions: which flavor? Get out of your comfort zone and try a new flavor, I still have strawberry cheesecake as my favorite.

Cheerful and helpful. We used two of our t mobile Tuesday coupons in one transaction. They fed us samples first... it was a real treat for a great price.

Favorite ice cream place. Feels like recently theyre getting skimpy with the cookie dough in the choc chip cookie dough... I hope not!!

Always busy but the staff handles well. The receipts really should give an option to leave a tip. Those kids work hard. Good flavors although smaller scoops than other places.

Same old same old. One of the best parts is where its located. Its around a lot of foodie areas and gas stations. Not much of a view of ya want to sit down and enjoy your treat, but we cant win it all.

I came in to order an Oreo cookies and cream pizza and they wouldnt make it for me Ive came in and ordered it before and this time they told me I had to order it 24 hours beforehand.. Ive never had that happen before and I just barely ordered one earlier from the main Street location and they made it within 10 minutes. horrible customer service I probably will never come back and I was the only reason I wanted to actually try out this location.

We love this place! My wife and I have been taking our kids here for almost 10 years. Newly-remodeled bathrooms no longer look like a 1970s public library, but they still have that really stinky pink soap that literally everyone but your great grandmother hates!Honestly though, the staff is friendly, the Clown Cones are as delicious as ever, and we will be back (but we might donate something from Bath & Body when we do)... :-)

We love Baskin Robbins! We always come here after our recitals and the kids love it! They do a great job here of getting everybody their ice cream quickly- we never have to wait too long!

Classic ice cream, great variety of flavors, still the same wonderful ice cream shop that I have gone to in other states growing up. They still carry chocolate and peanut butter, my favorite!

Milkshakes are too milky. If you like thick shakes, look elsewhere. Other wise the ice cream is pretty good.

The store was clean and the employees friendly. Ive been to other Baskin-Robbins stores in the past and they had filthy floors and sticky tables. It was nice to spend a little while here after playing at the park up the road.

Typical basking robbins and as long as the worker isnt new they are super fast. Inside could use a little bit of a remodel as it feels a little dingy and dirty

My wife loves Baskin Robins hard ice cream but the night we went, it was crowded due to slow service. The credit card machine broke down and we felt it was handled quite pourly.

Love BR! Since I was a kid, I have loved going to Baskin Robbins. I remember, thinking then that 31 flavors was sooo many to choose from and I wanted to try them all. Today, I have a few favs that keep me coming back and rarely venture into uncharted territory. World Class Chocolate is probably my all-time favorite. This location is great, with great staff and good options, in a good location.

We had a last minute want of ice cream. We had a group of 12 ppl and we showed up 15 minutes before close time. We get its a quite a burden to have that big of a group so close to closing time but exactly at 11 we were told to leave. I mean we had already ordered and had to finish all our ice cream out on the parking lot. We will never go back to this location.
