I dont recall getting a four year loss & damage parts & labor coverage. Had to have new workings after one year and I paid for them. I do not get batteries. So I would say there info is incorrect. They dont do anything in Layton so they send your aids to Salt Lake and you wait sometimes two weeks to get them back. Im very dissappointed with Harris Hearing. This is another day, I just foundout that this location is closed and I have to go to Draper for repairs. I live in Davis Co. and do not plan on driving to Draper. Do not buy from Harris Hearing.
