We had a fantastic experience at the Layton Intermountain hearing center! My 3 year old needed to have his hearing tested because of some recurring problems with his ears. I was worried about the testing process because of his age and wondered if he would hold still and if he would understand what to do. My fears were put to ease the second we stepped into the office. The receptionist was SO friendly and inviting and offered us drinks and snacks. We had no wait to see the audiologist, he got us right in. He was so fabulous with my little guy and made him feel so comfortable. I was so amazed with the technology that can check for anything abnormal not just with the ear drum but with possible abnormalities behind the ear drum. I was most worried about the sound booth not knowing if my little guy would understand what to do. Spencer, the audiologist, was so good at getting on my 3 year olds level so that he could accurately assess him. I would recommend anyone to the Layton Intermountain Hearing Center!!!

Each and every doctors office should care for their patients like the great people here. Clean, comfortable, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. Free snacks dont hurt either....

I can’t say enough to express how great the customer service is here. I was originally referred here for a VA consult. I needed to get a copy of my office visit and found out the VA uses their own system and I would have to go through the VA to retrieve my records. I then asked how much it would cost me to have another test done and they did it at no cost. How great is that? They provide snacks and drinks while you wait and have the most outgoing and personable staff I’ve experienced at a medical facility.The testing is much easier than the military testing, and much more comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone experiencing hearing loss to stop by and see what they can do for you.

I took my daughter here after a concern about her hearing due to many ear infections when she was young. Dr. Lifferth put her fears at ease as assessed her hearing. I refer everyone I know to this place.
