My Hearing Center has very good to ever since my first appointment with them. I have not had to wait very long to get in the Dr. And go over what needed to be done with my hearing aids. They have been up front from very being. Very friendly and great atmosphere in their office from the time you walk into their office.

Hands down the best place to go for hearing needs. I love the secretary who greets me by name. Having a professional audiologist who can fine tune and dial in my personal needs is sooo much more valuable than a big box center for hearing.

Yes I now hear my blinker in my car!!! Its amazing !! Cant believe how I can hear my son who always mumbled, actully he doesnt, it was my hearing loss!!! Dont hesitate because you think your to young to have a hearing aid, who cares!!!! Its small you cant see it, and YOU CAN HEAR!!!! last night was my first night and I heard everyone without having to watch them speak, even at the store with people wearing masks!!!!!JUST DO IT!!!!

My visit today was one of the best visits I’ve ever had to a providers office. They were actually on time! The visit was very professional and my every concern was addressed. I left with my hearing aids working perfectly when I hadn’t put them in once in the past 3 months due to some setting problems. I could have gone in anytime to have them reset but due to being isolated at home, I had decided to just not use them ever again. After today’s visit, I wore them all day and heard everything perfectly. Hearing clearly is such a gift! I was treated with complete respect and understanding. The service and response to my concerns couldn’t have been any better! A+ visit!

Return visits were very helpful as the hearing aids were dialed in to my specific needs. Quarterly inspections and cleaning are included in the purchase price. Doug Christensen fitted me with a wonderful pair of hearing aids. It was the first time I had aids that worked for my specific hearing loss. He helped me get set up with vocational rehab to help me out as well. He has been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I ended up getting the aids elsewhere, but he was advising me along the way and I really appreciate that. I recommend visiting My Hearing Centers, specifically Doug.

I am an 81 year old male who went to My Hearing Centers for a hearing test and to choose from several behind the ear hearing aids. I was extremely impressed with the method of the hearing test. It left nothing to subjectivity (except, perhaps my own subjectivity) and was a well constructed and computerized test (didnt even have to go into a sound-proof box). I would recommend this experience to anyone.

My experience at the Layton My Hearing Center had been great. The staff is wonderful to work with and very helpful.My insurance company referred me to this location since it was the closest to my home.My hearing equipment purchased from them has worked well and when I lost my ConnectClip they were very prompt in ordering and replacing it.

I have had some hearing loss for quite a while and had had my hearing tested at two or three other places. They told me that hearing aids wouldnt help me, but they never explained why. Doug also told me that aids wouldnt be of use to me but he gave me an explanation, and I really appreciated that. He was professional and courteous and it was easy to schedule an appointment with him. He was also very helpful and went the extra mile in working with my son. I would positively recommend Doug and My Hearing Centers.

We were treated very good. Dr. Christianson was great. He cleaned my wifes hearing aides and showed us how to adjust the volume. Next appointment is set for December.

The analysis and discussion went well. The hearing aids were a lot more expensive than other places, but the sale was that you get the expertise. My issue is that the hearing aids in less than a year arent working right. Ive dropped by the office during business hours five times now and even left a note on the door to call me. Still working with one hearing aid because the other is broken.The one had the tube come completely out of the unit and Im still trying to get in contact with My Hearing to have it fixed. For being $2,500 each, they certainly arent the quality youd expect. Especially when I walked into Costco and they cleaned them and gave me new ear inserts on the spot - for free.

As a retired deputy sheriff & hunter I spent many hours firing weapons not always using hearing protection. I worked on special teams such as SWAT, Hostage Negotiation & Undercover Narcotics. These jobs required hours of training with explosives for breaching along with flashbangs and other things that can damage hearing. Doug Christiansen found my hearing to still be in the normal range however he had great insight into other things. He found I had a disconnect between what I heard people say and what I understood. He worked with me teaching me what I could do to improve the connection between hearing and understanding in the brain as I age.They didnt try and sell me hearing aids when I didnt need them. Doug & his staff are very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend My Hearing Centers in Layton as well as their other locations.
