I can highly recommend Coastal Windshield Repair for fixing chips in your windshield. I was extremely worried about a chip I got last weekend turning into a massive crack as I had only replaced the windshield two weeks before and it was not cheap. I called around and got a couple of quotes...they all required me to come to them for the price offered. I called Coastal Windshield Repair and the owner, Jeff, offered to do the job for $25 and he would come to me! By far the best deal. So, we set up an appointment for 5 PM at my house that very day. Jeff arrived exactly on time and went to work immediately. I watched him perform the entire fix and you can tell he cares about doing the job right. I was very surprised at what all goes into properly fixing a small ding in a windshield. He also explained to me what a safety hazard they can be. At any rate, very impressed with Jeff. We are traveling in a Motorhome. Our windshield got a big chip on the highway and it was going to run. As soon as we arrived in Kemah Texas, we looked for a mobile service to fix the issue. On Monday we were traveling down 45 and a rock hit my windshield and put a really good size nick in it. Panicking looking for somewhere to fix it we came up with zero possibilities.
