Ill never call anybody else this guy has the best prices and service.

We called Brian at 10:30AM for a window replacement and he gave us a quote immediately. He was the cheapest out of all of the places we called. He was here in Galveston at 5:30 and was done by 5:50 and did a great job. Thank you Brian!

Paid the guy to install a windshield, said he would be there that day, never showed up then he said he would come the next day, never showed up. Finally get a hold of him and he said there was a scratch in the windshield so he didn’t install it and he had ordered a new one and would be there the next day, never showed up. Here it is 2 weeks later, no refund, no answer back, just nothing, lost money and now I have to make that money back up and find someone else. Do not recommend this guy

We called brian out to fix a leak in our sunroof.They promptly came out and spent all day.First quote was $150 but when they noticed the leak he quoted $350. They claimed to repair it but scratched the tint on the passenger window. The next day we went through the car wash and the water came pouring out the sides into the cab of the truck. Then we noticed he didn’t even push all the material back into the corners. Very poor job. DO NOT USE THEM!!!He is not an honest man.We called him and agreed to split the $350 and refund us half so we could take it to the dealership. He never paid us half and he will not return our calls.

Brian seems like a nice guy, however, he told me we would meet in the morning yesterday, then told me 3:30, and now will not respond to calls or texts messages. Ive used good phone etiquette. Ive tried to be patient and understanding in our conversations, but if I had just called someone else I cant help but wonder if my window would already be fixed. A call or text explaining that he couldnt do it would have been appreciated and seems like it would have been more professional/ courteous.

Brian came out with 1 days notice and replaced my rear window in 30 minutes. Best price I could find in this area. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely recommended. Fast, cheap but dont mistake cheap for low quality. The new windshield looks like it was always in the car. They came to my place of work a replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. Great service and half the price of Safelite.

Zero stars if possible! Terrible customer service! They installed windshield incorrectly, it leaked, cause several hundred dollars to the computer on the truck. Guaranteed went to the dealership to fix the windshield since they have a warranty, took several days to get them out they just applied more glue. Dealer let the glue dry for a day then poured a bottle of water on windshield to confirm it was fixed and it was not and still leaking. Then we couldnt get ahold of Guaranteed any more so we had to pay for a new windshield from the dealership.

I’d give a million starts if I could! Mr. Brian came to help us out on short notice. Came to our home the same day I called him! He replaced my fiancé’s very broken windshield with a beautiful, great quality new one. He was extremely friendly, very professional, arrived a few mins early and cleaned up when he was done! And his prices can NOT be beat! Seriously, I received several quotes before him and he gave the best price by far! We won’t go to any one else for glass. THANK YOU, MR. BRIAN!!!

Installed wrong windshield, now my front camera isn’t mounted correctly and rather than tell me and work out getting the correct windshield he jimmy’d the plastic housing with black adhesive. Very disappointed. Now I’m faced with paying someone else to replace with the correct windshield. I feel totally ripped off.
