Do not go here. I sent my daughter for an oil change and in inspection. Two major problems: 1) The oil change received had to be redone by another company. 2) They told my daughter she had to have bogus repairs before she could get an inspection.Now the bad stuff: When my daughter came back from the oil change I noticed it was leaking and immediately took it back. I gave these a guys a chance to fix the problem. Instead they told me it wasnt leaking from where I told them it was leaking. And they told me the leak was from the power steering like I cant tell a difference. I disagreed and showed them the filter... they wiped it off and said it was fixed. I took the car home and the second photo attached is the oil spot right after I got home (drove a mile). I took the car to another repair facility and had them do a second oil change. When they did, they discovered the O Ring was not changed. Needs to be changed every time. I saw the o ring and it was hard and unusable. So Classic did not do the job I paid for, and they wouldnt fix it when I took it back. The next repair facility showed me the spot on the oil filter housing where it was leaking. Not hard to see. This is beyond incompetent.The other bad stuff. I sent my daughter with instructions to just get the oil change and the inspection only. Places always ask you for additional, no problem... but she said no. They said they wouldnt inspect it without the repair. I of course took it to a state inspection facility and had no problem, because the repair they wanted isnt part of an inspection. No check engine... or any of these items:1. Horn2. Windshield Wipers3. Mirror4. Steering5. Seat Belts6. Brakes (system) (Parking - beginning with 1960 models)7. Tires8. Wheel Assembly9. Exhaust System10. Exhaust Emission System (beginning with 1968 models)11. Beam Indicator (beginning with 1948 models)12. Tail Lamps (2); (1) if 1959 model or earlier13. Stop Lamps (3) 1986 and newer; (2) if 1960-1985; (1) if 1959 model or earlier14. License Plate Lamp (1)15. Rear Red Reflectors (2)16. Turn Signal Lamps (beginning with 1960 models)17. Head Lamps (2)18. Motor, Serial, or Vehicle Identification Number19. Gas caps on vehicles 2-24 model years old20. Window Tint.On top of all of this I had to spend half a day of my work day to handle it all. And pay twice for a synthetic oil change. (took the car for inspection, took the car back to Classic, took the car to get a real oil change). Do not go here. I included photos, and I showed them photos to prove my points.

Leo Omran, is the man!! Him and his team of automotive technicians replaced my engine in 2 day. I was out the door with no problems never had to go back for something they did wrong!

I’ve been coming here for almost two years and the team treats me like family, they teach me about the issues in my car and explain in detail what needs to be done. I always feel safe in knowing I can trust them and pay a reasonable price or even a really good deal.

Took a car to get repaired because it was over heating and leaking gas somewhere. After all the tests the told me my radiator hoses were leaking and my evap system was leaking and all needed to be replaced quoting me 1850. I had the car towed to another mechanic at Cortez and they found no leaks in my radiator hoses, but had a air gap in the system so they bleed the line out and solved the overheating problem. The smoke test confirmed I had a gas leak but it was on the fuel filter and they replaced it. Not all the other issues classic was telling me was wrong with the car. Cortez drove the car 60 miles and car is running great again. Do not use classic lube they are a bunch of crooks. Cortez charged me 400 bucks for parts and labor for my cars repair.

I love these guys! All the workers are super friendly and nice, and the owner is a great guy too! I have gone to them for state inspections, oil changes, and major repairs on 2 vehicles. They never disappoint! Always a fast fix, but also dependable! I cant speak highly enough of this shop, and all the employees! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend! If you need automotive care, definitely stop here!

I was beyond happy with the service I was provided. I had my car towed here and repaired within 2 days without ever stepping foot into the place. The owner was so helpful and literally went above and beyond for me. He was also awesome about communicating with me the entire time since I hadn’t actually gone up to the shop. I will definitely be using them for all of my future maintenance and repairs. Out of 5 stars I think they easily deserve 10. They’re that great at what they do! I needed an emergency vehicle repair when returning from Galveston to Houston on a Sunday. All of the relevant dealerships were closed with locked gates. Classic Auto Repair thankfully gave me overnight parking permission. After running the vehicle diagnostics, Leo (the owner) provided an honest assessment of the situation and later helped facilitate the vehicles donation. With everything I had going on that week, they really helped me out.

We were in League City for a funeral, from Lubbock, When our Tahoe started to leak gasoline. Classic Lube got us in quickly, did diagnostic and did repairs and had our vehicle back on the road in one day. Unfortunately for us, the repairs did not hold, but because the shop carries a great warranty, we were able to take it to our repair shop in Lubbock and have it fixed at no cost to us. Leo the shop owner insured we were taken care of. We will definitely take our vehicle back to them if ever needed to...

Overall experience was great. I couldnt pass inspection due to P0420/P0430 codes. Leo is a great guy, he was very professional and honest with helping me out. He ensured it was the catalytic converter and not another cause, we agreed on a price that was lower than the other shops around, turnaround time was amazing, I was in and out in about 3 hours... He even threw in the state inspection at the end on the house. Awesome shop here. If I ever have problems in the future Ill definitely be coming back.

This is a family business with family values. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. I waited for my vehicle to finish so I was there for a while. Jimmy (one of the staff) went and got breakfast and even brought me a breakfast taco back because he knew I was still there! It’s the little things that mean a lot. I didn’t need an oil change while I was there, but several customers did. Their average change time was about 10min so I’ll be coming back to get that done for sure. Leo the owner was helpful and took time to answer all of my many questions. Great experience!

Just went here for an oil change and regular inspection, they were extremely nice and I had the best conversation since this virus outbreak with them. They treated me with great repsect and were very friendly. They were quick and still thorough. Im glad to see new people here because last year I came and the employees were rude. Would recommend going early in the morning and maybe the guy there will tell you about Turkish coffee.

Last year they did some pretty extensive work on our truck. I was very pleased with how they treated us and handled the repairs. We also had an issue with the battery cable which they replaced the battery for us for free. Fast forward to this year. Battery died we tried to charge it wasnt taking the charge took it to an auto store they said that there was something to do with the reverse polarity. Went to Classic Auto Repair yesterday, they replace the battery for free no questions asked! Great service, the owner is very accommodating! I definitely will recommend!

He explained the problem with my vehicle (with the evidence supporting his diagnostic), recommended what was most important to address, and the turn around time was amazingly fast. Wow! I went in for some work on my wheel bearings. They did a great job and were extremely prompt about communicating with me about the status of their work. Because of COVID, there was a delay with a part they had to order, and they always called me and told me the new timeline. I really appreciated Leo, especially, explaining exactly what they found was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. Everyone there was really nice and had great customer service.

I only gave this one star because I had to give a star to write a review. Leo the owner was all nice a talkative, annoyingly playing around but when he called to let me know about my car I was told 600 dollars and he tells me 3 different things are wrong with my car.. Not paying 600 so I left. Go somewhere completely different and they tell me something different from what he says which makes more sense from the appearance of my wheel on my car.Dont waste your time or money they will OVER CHARGE!

This place is friendly, fast, and affordable. Best of all they are honest! We initially took a car there over a year ago for a 2nd opinion. They fixed the problem as a repair for a fraction of the cost that the other place wanted to replace for thousands. Since then we have had a couple repairs done on both of our cars. The owner even personally went to get a part so I could get to work on time. This is now the only place we take our cars for repairs and regular maintenance!

Just lost my business to jiffy lube. The guy doing the oil changes got an attitude because he didn’t like the way I pulled the truck into the bay. I offered to let him do it and that’s when he got the attitude. Won’t be back here that’s for sure.

Leo always comes through. Its hard to find a car repair shop that is honest and fair. I have only experienced VERY HONEST and VERY FAIR here. I have also witnessed Leo be very understanding of other customers financial situations. This is MY repair place for everything related to my vehicles. Lucky to have him here in League City.

I recently took my car in for the annual inspection. I am a cancer patient and must be very cautious about exposure to COVID-19. Jimmy took care of my inspection. He was kind, courteous and extremely careful about keeping me safe. I greatly appreciate his conscientious efforts to keep me from being exposed to Covid.

Classic Lube will always be my #1 go to spot when i need my car repaired . They provide excellent customer service, and the mechanics there are hard working men who makes sure the job gets dont correctly by any means .

The first time I went here, I only went because it was right next to my house. But now Im a returning customer because the service is really awesome. The owner is genuinely nice and goes out of his way to ensure the customers are comfortable in the waiting area and satisfied with the services. All the staff is friendly and very informative. Ive never waited more than 30 minutes.

Went for alignment. According to articles Ive read, alignment should take about 45 min. They were done in 15 min, gave benefit of doubt in moment since I was pinching time & pennies that day - though car was only slightly improved, swaying to right some stillA couple of months later Discount Tire (not having hit any curbs etc) showed where my tire was still wearing super quickly cuz needing an authentic alignment - and new tireDefinitely not recommended for alignment, a regret; wasted time & money plus needing new tire couple months later. Always watch mechanics do work - and go elsewhere for alignment even if paying $10 more

Leo and Adolf are awesome when it came to safety while inspecting my vehicle during this pandemic time. The office was clean and door handles sprayed down. Gloves were worn. Hospitality was awesome.

I have been a costumer at Classic Lube Auto Repair for the past 5 years. They are my go to for Oil change, tire rotation, brake job, transmission flush, spark plug and timing belt replacement and I could go on and on. Since I have an older car I have to work on it more than usual but I don’t mind because I know Classic Lube has specials all the time. I recommend to my friends and family! It’s a place I trust!

I’ve been bringing my car here for YEARS! & I’ve always been givin great service and been taken car of amazingly. There was a time I came in 15 minutes before closing for just a simple oil change, and Marvin (RIP) took my car in...then on top of that, my battery died while in the garage. Without thinking twice, he ran out, bought me a new battery, and had it installed in minutes, and it was no problem at all. I’ve continued to come in since then, and now Leo always does a great job taking care of his customers! It’s nice to come to a place that you know you can be taken care of.

I was recommended this place a year ago. I needed my state inspection, oil change and windshield wipers. They took care of everything and it was super fast. The service was amazing, I was in and out within an hour. I came back today for my oil change and I was greeded right away by a nice gentleman and they finished within an hour, they also replaced my windshield from a year ago for free since I had damaged it on accident and was given a discount on top of a free windshield wiper. The parts on my car are not cheap at all since is a Mercedes and this guys definitely are someone to trust when it comes to a vehicle maintenance. Very honest about the work that your vehicle needs. And great customer service. The owner, Leo made sure everything I needed on my car was taken care of properly. Thank you guys and keep up the great work.

I had to find a new car shop because the one I went to in Seabrook closed down. This was my first time trying Complete Auto Repair and I was seriously impressed!! They did a full synthetic oil change in about 15 minutes (maybe less). I specified which oil to use, but then they showed me on my car that the oil was actually supposed to be something different than what I told them to use. They also had my cars manual pulled up on their computer to double check the accuracy of the instructions on my cars oil cap. I was really impressed with their due diligence... cant believe Ive been putting the wrong oil in my car for 2 years. When I went to pay I showed them a $5 off coupon I had and they said we can use that, but we are actually offering $15 off today... needless to say I appreciated them letting me know of the additional savings. Great service. Very honest and professional. Ill be back in 6 months!

Loved my experience! Quick service, informative, they actually care about your vehicle. No scam or ripping off. I went to Jiffy lube and they didn’t tighten the valve back on properly. The guy who did my oil change at Classic informed me of the issue and fixed it. He also checked the rest of my fluids and breaks and offered me a great deal because I am a student.

I took my company truck there today for brake service. Not only did they take me and show me the issues I was having, they took the time to explain the entire process of what they were going to do. Ken at the front desk was very informative and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in just a couple of hours. Front and rear brakes and all brakes lines flushed and new fluid added. 5 star operation, I will definitely be going back in the future. Hopefully I have the same great experience. I will post again once I return for future service.
