TERRIBLE customer service. The guy that helped me barely wanted to get out of his chair to answer some questions about a sink. This place is more designed for your everyday plumber that knows what he wants/needs and not your average consumer needing guidance.

I appreciate Mr. Jake on the pluming side with sales, i have been searching for a specific water meter box. He went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for! Great customer service!

They show no interest in helping

First of all I see a one star review because they only sell to contractors. This is very normal for these types of supply houses. If your not a contractor then Lowes or Home Depot is the best options out there for bigger supply chains. I personally only deal with the HVAC side but my experience has always been amazing. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable in HVAC, clean and organized sales floor, every visit Im reminded about their price matching which they are very happy to do and if I call which a question and they dont know off the top of their head they take my number down and promptly call me back.

Great Service

I came in for two capacitors and a motor for my outside ac unit. The service was top notch and they had everything I needed in stock. The building was recently built so everything is bright and clean.

HVAC side- customer service rep was rude and didnt want to help. Took my business and money elsewhere. Clean parking lot though
