Double check they include everything before you walk out the door. They are professional enough and have specialty parts that may be hard to find elsewhere. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable. But be warned If they sell you something that does not have all the parts and you walk out they will not give you a refund until it has all the parts. The staff at the store offered to give me the number of the manufacturer to fix the issue but the cost of the part was not worth it to me to jump thru hoops to fix their error. Good enough experience Id recommend to friends with that small word of warning.

Have to say that I just stopped in at Moore Plumbing Supply in League City. Just needed a couple of setting screws for two bathroom faucet levers. They don’t sell these off the shelf, but they looked all over the place and found 2 that fit my lever and didn’t charge me a dime!They were conveniently located on 518 west of 45 and I’ll be going here for my bathroom and kitchen plumbing needs from now on rather than the big box stores around here!

After visiting multiple competitors and online searching, it was difficult locating the bathtub we were looking for. Within 5 minutes of walking in, we quickly realized they know their products and found what we were looking for. Jonathan was a big help and a pleasure to work with. Great experience and great showroom.

These guys are awesome! We had a fairly significant issue with a toilet and after several trips and returns to Home Depot, we called these guys, and they were so very knowledgable and friendly. We also peaked into their showroom and found a slightly dented sink that we purchased for $190 (retails for $1090). So obviously we were pretty happy with our experience!

I purchased a Zoeller sump pump about 2 1/2 years ago. It stopped working. Moore Supply quickly and easily accepted it back under its 3 year warranty and gave me a new one as a replacement. Thank you for the easy warranty service.

They do have quality items, at a higher cost. You can find the same items in the internet for 25 to 35 % less. But worst is the response they give to you if an item they sell is damage. They will not refund your cost; the only option they give is for the buyer to contact the manufacturer directly. I have supported them in the past, however after my recent experience no MOORE!
