The service was excellent Joseph took care of me right away. He explained in detail as to what was going to be done on my car and made sure I didn’t need any other type of service, he also checked on any recalls as well. He made extra sure that my car would be in perfect condition before I would leave. Mind you I was only there for a routine oil change. I was on the freeway and my tire pressure light came on. I checked and pressure was VERY low. Started to go to Discount Tire but decided to see if a BMW dealership was nearby. So glad I did! Had a puncture in the tire and needed a new one. Dealership was just a short distance. Once I got there the excellent service started! Joseph my Service Advisor immediately made me feel at home. He noticed that the tire was recently replaced and contacted my service advisor in Houston to get a copy of my invoice which enabled me to take advantage of the road hazard warranty. He even let me use his phone charger while I waited. Can always count on first class service at BMW.

I had an issue with my airbags and contacted Omar in Service Department. He immediately got me in the same day and set me up with a loaner. My trunk release stop working on my X3. I had the pleasure of working with a service advisor named Chip. The level of service he provided went above excellent. After getting my bmw serviced, my car was returned to me with the front left camera punched into the bumper and a small scratch under it. when i called to inform them about it, the service guy implied i was lying, telling me they would have to look at the before and after pictures to see if the camera was damaged before i dropped it off. they did fix it, taking about 4 hours to do what was clearly damaged at their shop. i will never go back to this dealership for service and i will probably switch to another brand for my next vehicle. one star is too much!

Like most of us, I dread having to take my car to the dealership/mechanic. While it wasn’t fun, Doug, my service advisor made the experience as pleasant as possible. He was very responsive as kept me updated on the process. The high service level didn’t go unnoticed.

Brought my car in to fix a check engine light, had Joe as my service advisor. We hit a snag along the way, but Joe did all he could to help me out. I very much felt like he was on my side as opposed to other shops where I have to argue with them constantly. I would definitely come back and recommend.

Everyone was great but it would have been nice if someone could have dropped my car off.. I am a ER nurse and my husband a police office and we work 12 hour shifts so we had to leave work early because they said they didn’t have enough staff to bring my car to either my work or home. My home is 1/2 mile away from the dealership.

Chip in service is absolutely fantastic. Got my car in last minute for a coolant leak that was discovered on the way out of town. Chip had the part required delivered to the dealership and the problem was fixed the same day. Thank you!

This was my first visit at Advantage BMW Clearlake and it was AWESOME!

I went in for service on the mini (that wasnt taken care of) that I got in my divorce. The service people were just the best I have ever had. They kept me up to date on everything and even let me know when they found out that what I needed done was cheaper than expected. Now for most that would be good enough... but not this crew. I had come back because I needed some license plate screws, I had just had my tires changed somewhere else (I had a warranty and a very bad experience) I was hearing clicking and the service manager checked out my car (on his way out the door for the day) discovered that the noise was from the tire and fixed it for no charge. I usually wont tell people to go to the dealership for car work but this is truly the exception!! I wont take my car anywhere else!!

I brought my X5 in for air bag recall and Geraldo said the idler pulley bolt had one as well. Dropped X5 off was given a ride to work. I left 5 messages what time I could pick up car that were never to returned. I called ride company BMW uses 500 ride arrived 5:54. Could not get ahold of anyone in service dept. I called Nita, vehicle appraiser, explained and she got my advisor on phone. He left keys and paperwork with her. My ac did not work when picked up car. Called advisor next day, explained the air only cooling while driving, he told me was probably my battery?! I could drop it off and they would check battery, but did not have anything other than ride share for transportation My husband looked, saw they did not hook the fan back up, luckily did not ruin engine. Will not use BMW Clear Lake, over three hours not being able to speak to anyone in service dept, no loaner, and told my ac issue was battery related. The star for Nita, you deserve 5. Today I went in for tires, Cheryl was my service advisor. While we were waiting for my X1 to get looked at Cheryl gave my daughter a BMW branded teddy bear, and I noticed her give some toy/model cars to a couple of boys that were in the lobby. I ended up getting all four tires and an alignment done because I had a nail in one of my run flats, but because of the wait they gave me an Uber to get to the mall and back, so my wife and I were able to put our time to use. Cheryl is very professional and has a good eye for customer service, I especially appreciate her gift to my daughter. Coffee and snacks in the waiting area are also good too.

Omar was extremely helpful when I came in to service my BMW. I arrived a little late but he still saw me right away. I had an oil change and two tires replaced. There was a special going on for oil changes so that was nice. I really appreciated being a young female and not feeling intimidated or harassed at the dealer. He took the time to explain things to me in detail and did not force me to buy anything additional. He explained what was necessary and what could possibly wait. I also made use of their shuttle service via Uber thanks to their shortage of loaners which was timely in terms of getting to/from the dealer, but still an inconvenience because I was without a vehicle for the entire day; my vehicle wasn’t ready for pickup until 6pm. A loaner would have definitely mitigated this inconvenience.

Shona was very patient and accommodating with the whole process. We chose one car over the internet but once we actually viewed in person it was not what we expected. I took my car in for an airbag recall. The pictures of the lackadaisical install speak for themselves. I cannot believe a tech would take pride in letting a car to out like that. To top it off they scratched my in various steering wheel trim and the porter has no idea you press the clutch in to start a manual transmission. He said they had to push start it from the wash bay. I understand an E39 M5 is an old car, but they still make manual transmission cars.Chip is still the best service advisor one can ask for though. Helpful, attentive, and an excellent intermediary between your needs and the dealerships.

First time at Clear Lake BMW for service. Greg was terrific. He was to the point and efficient. They have a great online service where they list all the things your car needs, and then you pick what you actually want fixed. No pressure to get the entire menu! Also, they wash the car when all the work is done. Overall, happy with the quick service!!

Driving my 2010 X5 35d on my way to Galveston on I45 I ran over an obstacle that caused severe damage to the drivers side of the undercarriage front end., radiator, fluid lines, bumper and fender. Eventually the engine got too hot to run. I had the the car hauled to Advantage BMW. Omar Reyna, the advisor, was my contact who kept me constantly informed on the progress of the repairs. Sixteen days later I picked up my Bimmer, which ran better. obtained better mpg afterwards and drove back to Tyler Tx, Thanks . To the service staff who did a awesome repair.

BMW Clear Lake has been my preferred dealer for a number of years to my first BMW 320i several years ago. After a week of having my car, I drove it off a lot and there was a clunking noise when I applied the brakes. Took it back and now I have to go back to finalize the repair, which is a great inconvenience for me because the location is an hour away.
