Setting up the service was easy. Trent was very helpful and worked to make sure I only did the work needed. He helped make sure I got my car back on a timely basis. They even cleaned it up (it was dusty after not driving so much due to Covid). The price was reasonable with the understanding that Mercedes is a higher end and higher cost vehicle. I love the C300 and hope to keep driving them and getting them from this dealership for a long time to come.

I had my MB E-300 scheduled for maintenance yesterday. Upon arrival on time I was faced with the issue of being not scheduled. Quickly, and in a wonderful friendly way, the Service Manager (trainee), Chrystal Kanu, stepped in, acted as my Maintenance Advisor interface and cleared the issue and things moved extremely well. Im pleased with the maintenance work done and extremely pleased by the way Chrystal interfaces with the customer.

Having my vehicle serviced at Mercedes Benz of Clear Lake was painless. They came all the way to Galveston to pick up my car, and even offered a loaner which I declined. My advisor, Zeke, kept me informed of progress via text message while my car was being serviced, and the work was completed on time as promised. Zeke even arranged to have the car transported to Sterling McCall for some body work needed as a result of tropical storm Nicholas. All in all a very good experience!! Thank you.

Man you gotta love the hard work and dedication Efrain Hernandez puts in. I cannot seem to stop referring people to him nor buying from him. I’ve purchased a few vehicles prior to him moving here and now that he is here it was time for a Mercedes. This guy will work 1 hour with you or work 4 hours with you if he has to.EDIT: Have to come back here because we went and purchase a car a week ago or two for my wife. We went in for something simple but came out with something super nice with all the bells and whistles! The price I paid for that car was well undervalue. First let me say I hate car shopping. When we start looking at a car to purchase most of the time we start out looking when the dealership is closed so we don’t have to deal with the salesmen or as I call them “sharks” because they seem to circle around you while you’re looking. I have to say our experience at this dealership was one of the best we’ve ever had. No pressure at all and the purchase was completed very quickly and efficiently. This is where we will be purchasing all of our vehicles in the future. Fantastic job all around!

I would recommend taking the time to go to this dealership because not only do they have a great selection, but they have a great staff. I hate purchasing a vehicle without my dad (I’m 35), and this time around he was unable to go. The panoramic glass in front of the sunroof was discovered shattered of an unknown etiology after several weeks sitting in the garage. We never drive the vehicle and one day after returning from out of town noticed the entire panel was shattered. No indication of any dings or rocks as the car is housed in the garage. We looked it up and discovered that several brands of Mercedes vehicles had this similar issue. Took the car to Mercedes clear lake and was lied to that they felt a rock caused the shattered damages. Never did they ask for any photos nor videos from my records. They wanted me to bear the burden of costly repair cost rather than take responsibility for a manufacturer defect. I stood my ground and notified Mercedes USA of the poor services and the blatant rudeness from the service guy. The next day i was informed that they would cover the costs based on a manufacturer warranty. I was driving an SUV and was contacted by a Mr. Gonzalez that they would send someone to my home to exchange the loaner vehicles. They sent out a filthy loaner car that was not sanitized and had items belonging to the previous driver in the back seat floor area as well trash items. I called back to get an understanding as to why the SUV had to be changed out in the first place as it was running well but received no rationale rationale. Nevertheless, i requested a clean and sanitized car. I felt i was treated rudely and without any disrespect! I have driven Mercedes vehicles since 2004. I currently drive an SUV and this A220. My car notes are paid on time and i service as well take excellent care of my vehicles. I was accused of lying that a rock hit the car by the service manager when it was impossible as the car had not been driven but sat idle in the garage for weeks before this shattering was discovered the day i went to drive it. I would have discovered the shattered damages prior to if it was there but it was not. I am still very upset with how i was treated! Very unprofessional and condescending!

I think I may purchase another car from this location because they negotiate well with me to give a price that was reasonable and that I could afford. And I was treated with a warm welcome, respect and professionalism by a young and aspiring sales representative Alonzo/Antonio who was the one behind this great deal in addition to a great and understanding management who approved the deal 💯. I changed my mind about this place transmission went out in a lil over 30 days and they won’t take a look at it for me as a courtesy for a customer who just spent 5000. Horrible Experience based on the following:(1) Lack of Follow-up: Was waiting for a part due last Friday/Saturday. Service Advisor was supposed to call me. When I didnt hear anything by 10 on Saturday, I called and left vmail. Still hadnt heard back by 2, so I called again and explained to the call center that I needed a status update. Was on hold for about 15 minutes, when service advisor called and said that he got my message but they had been so busy.BLUF: Service advisor should have been more proactive in calling the customer and providing a status update. Instead, the roles were reversed.(2) Lack of Timely Resolve: My experience has been that the dealership always gets the fix, and here they did not. Basically, it was come back and well try something else, which is not the level of service I have experienced at other dealerships. (Sidenote: I read some reviews while waiting and noticed that reviewers posted the regular complaints(no follow-up, loaners, etc., but also noticed that the reviews tended to indicate an overall lack of internal controls. BLUF: Check out different reviews before going, as a different location further out or different vendor altogether may be your best bet. In my case, I was relocating back to my hometown and excited to have the convenience of a dealership nearby, but based on this experience I will have to forego this convenience.(3) No Loaner Cars: 4th largest city in the world, sprawling landscape, and they offer Ubers for alternate transportation. Totally shocked me, as I always use the dealer (primarily Arlington, VA/DC area), and never had this issue-- and its way more high volume than here.BLUF: Be prepared to possibly Uber.Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I can not recommend this dealership for servicing based on my rexperience noted above.

Was in contact with a sales rep for around two months, no issues to schedule a test drive initially. Once the vehicle I was interested in arrived, I was told that I had to complete a credit inquiry in order to test drive, which I wasn’t asked for on a previously schedule test drive. I told the sales rep I would be making the purchase cash, therefore there would be no need to complete a credit inquiry. I was then told that I couldn’t purchase the vehicle cash due to “bank funding delays”, poor excuse. The only options presented were to either lease or do in-house financing. I guess the newest way to get more money out buyers is by attempting to force them to let a dealership decide how you pay for a vehicle.

The parental units need a new car and being the loyal Mercedes car owners that they are, the new car must obviously be another Mercedes. Dad is Team Supreme and Mom is gearing towards Team Electric. We went down to Mercedes Clear Lake and got all the deets from Efrain (sorry if I misspelled). He was so nice and so patient with my parents. What a wonderful experience! I peeled a brand new Michelin on my RV, as well as problems with my AC and DEF levels, so I was a hot, sweaty emotional mess. Chad talked me down and took care of everything, even replacing my window washer clip and closing out a recent recall. Found a tire, put the spare back in place, replaced the bad tire valve extension which originally caused the tire to go flat and shred, and he put a new case of DEF in the storage compartment, after changing out faulty sensors and filling up the DEF. The drive back home to Vegas was wonderful thanks to Chad and MB-CL!

What a day. We went to MB of Clear Lake, to look at a preowned vehicle and came home with not 1 but 2 . My online inquires were answered right away by a very kind gentleman named Benjamin Tait, who was most helpful. Once we arrived at the dealership, he then guided us through all of our decisions and worked with the sales manager to give us a good deal on not one but 2 vehicles. We have bought a lot of cars in our days and this experience was probably one of the smoothest ones yet. Very low keyed and no pressures sales is what impressed us the most about Benjamin Tait. Then Reggie Bailey in financing was equally as pleasant and low keyed. Thanks Reggie. I would recommend them without hesitation for your future new or preowned auto needs.

I was anxious about having a courtesy car while my car was being serviced and they handled that fast and efficiently and the car was great! Brought the car for a problem with my 2011 ML350 rear door hatchback not closing completely on its own. researched several sites and online problems. They all saying the pinch sensors could be bad or a pinch sensor switch. I am not sure if the mechanic who examined the car was knowledgeable enough or just gave up to say the hydraulic motor and all the lining need to be changed! $3600 later I guess I would have a new pump!! I think that is outrageous. seems like a mechanic would tell you that you have to replace your whole engine because he may not be able to figure out what is wrong with your engine.I guess as long as the mechanic is not paying for it, it is ok!not pleased with their $200 assessment at all.The service advisor said we pay our mechanics top dollar to be able to make these calls and we have to rely on them. I guess that makes it all legit?

Explanations of what was done to the automobile as well as what was recommended was presented clearly, I was kept up to date on what was going on and even though there was unfortunately no loaner vehicle available on this date, I was able to receive transportation to and from the dealership easily through their transportation manager. Doug my service advisor was very friendly, reliable, and was helpful on every step of the way.

I recently saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I completed the information and was contacted by Shay, she was so helpful and polite. She had a salesman contact me and I was at an appointment. I returned his call upon completion no answer, I left a message. He (Derrick) called me back the next day and was on a zoom call with my job and say I would call him back. This time he didn’t answer or return my calls. I messaged Shay and she had a manager return the call, I didn’t get to the phone in time, he never left a message, but I returned the call. The manager who is so unprofessional never identified himself was so rude and disrespectful and focused on playing phone tag with Derrick. I don’t know about any of you, but yes I want a new car, don’t need it, I do work and may not have been available when he called, but because were so unprofessional I will never purchase a vehicle from either of them. Stay far away from these men who are so unprofessional. I will buy my car, but not from them.

Advisor, Mr Trent Pharm of Mercedes-Benz of Clear lake with professionalism and politeness. Expeditiously, he took out the paperwork for my inspection to get it done. Early in the morning I realized I could go to the dealership and get my car inspected instead of going downtown. I thought thought it would be not necessarily easier but knowing that the people there understand the Mercedes-Benz and their skill. Advisor Pham, asked me about going to the waiting room. So, I walked over there for a little and sat watching TV and playing with my smartphone. Next, thing I knew it was time to get out of Dodge. Mosing on over to the opening of the waiting room he motioned me to go to his office. We talked a bit about things. Also, moving and a little bit about fishing. While we bought a preowned vehicle, I don’t expect brand new tires… However, the vehicle was sold to us with 2 unsafe back tires. The tread depth was 2… They offered us $200 off the asking price to offset one tire, but that was it. We went straight to Discount Tire and had them replace all 4 tires for our safety!

Horrible. I bought my car June 4th 2021. I have yet to receive my plates and registration. I’ve had family buy cars after me recently and they received their plates within two weeks. This is unacceptable. Yes the car may be luxury but the customer service and efficiency is lacking. My salesperson was Mercedes Flores.UPDATE: I finally got word from a sales manager and he explained everything to me.

Overall, I had excellent experience for my first visit here at Mercedes-Benz of clear lake. Shane, my service advisor, provided top-notch service. My experience with Mercedes Benz was great until after the sale was done I purchase a car the same day my check engine light came on Antonio told me to bring it next day so I did he stated the reason why the light was on because a bad gas cap as soon I left the lot light came back on I contacted him about the issue no response 2 weeks pass and I contact the finance manager Reggie he told me that he was going to get with Antonio and have him call me at the end of the day I’m still waiting for a phone call back and nothing. I call Antonio few times and text messages and hasn’t got back to me.

Went in to look at the Sprinter 170 passenger vans they had in stock. When I mentioned I had already been to 2 other dealerships, Nelson started to act differently and somewhat hostile and asked me why I didnt buy at the other dealerships. I told him good business practice is to shop around, being this van will be specifically for my business. The reason I drove out there was because they had one specific Sprinter I had my eyes on with less features than the others I looked at already. Even if I wouldve paid sticker price for Clear Lakes Sprinter that I was interested in, it would have been less than any other van Ive looked at so far because it lacked extra features I really didnt need. He told me they couldnt touch the other dealerships price without even showing me what vans they had in stock or asking for the VINS from the other dealerships or even asking me what they offered me to compare it with their inventory. I had all the paperwork from the other two dealerships. Felt like I was being blown off. I drove from Katy to League City to wait in their lobby for 15 minutes for Nelson to get off a call to not look at one single van. What a waste of time! Now its off to the fourth of four dealerships in the area that sell Sprinters. Ill be making my choice next week and MB of Clear Lake is definitely not going to be an option. Ill gladly pay more for extra bells & whistles, like the automatic step, than give my money to this dealership. If only my go-to dealership Star Motors sold Sprinters. Oh well.

Although Efrain Hernandez did an outstanding job, his management team insisted we complete a credit application EVEN THOUGH ee had financing elsewhere. They claimed it was to verify our identity yet they had copies of our drivers licenses. We were able to get the vehicle anyway, but we found their tactics very suspicious.
