After several failed attempts to work with Lowe’s for carpet and flooring for my business, I decided to call Flagship Floors and I am so glad I did. They were quick to give me an estimate, quick to order my material, and as soon as the material was in, they got started on the job the following day. Every person I worked with from the salesperson, the installers, all the way to the management staff in the office was so friendly and so helpful. I am so pleased with the final product and the experience was terrific from start to finish. Highly recommend for any flooring needs!

I have done flooring/tile business with Flagship for over 10 years. Master Bathroom, kitchen, decorative stone, outdoor kitchen and entire floor replacement (shown below). They do great work and are very respectful of your home. You won’t be disappointed in the results. I recommended to many of my friends and they were also happy with the service and results.

Great family owned company. Im very pleased with my experience and couldnt be happier with my floors and installation process. Turn around time was VERY quick. The price point is on point 😉👌 Im always happy to support local businesses. Give them a chance you wont be disappointed.

Most knowledgeable flooring store you could go to. 3 generations. 25 yrs one location. between the 3 of them they have covered manufacturing, distribution, large commercial, cabinets, counter tops, They have real water proof wood & porcelain slabs for tops. Lifetime waterproof shower systems.

Extremely knowledgeable people with amazing customer service. They also had exactly what I needed!

Shopped around hard! Most knowledgeable sales people. Spent extra time about product make up which made us feel better about what we were buying and were best price for our pick. They said they would also match any product price if needed, didnt need to.

Disorganized and misleading. Poor communicators. Lack of attention to detail for instillation. Failed to meet deadlines. They resolved most instillation issues, but only after repetitive pressuring. I do NOT recommend using them and will not use them again for home services.

This is the second time we have used Flagship Flooring for work. The first they did all wood floors for us, and this time they did 450 sq ft of tile on our new patio. George is a pleasure to work with and actually comes out if they run into a problem. Jose and his worker, Jose, did a wonderful job. They were very meticulous in their work and the area was left clean every day. The finished product was perfect and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend Flagship Flooring for all your flooring needs.

I have purchased, and had them install, carpet and vinyl floors in three houses for me. Good prices, quick installation and great service. Dont use Lowes, go to Flagship for all flooring.

I discovered Flagship Floors when I was looking to replace the tile in my Master Bathroom. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with their staff. Rinna was incredibly helpful, she helped me to select a number of samples that I could take home with me to see just how the flooring would look. After making my selection the sales process was very easy. Rinna completed my quotes that day and within a day I was scheduled for my new flooring. The install crew was professional and pleasant. They worked efficiently and within 4 days the job was complete and the inconvenience was minimal. I look forward to using them again in the future.

We had flagship floors come out to give us an estimate. They took measurements and said they would get back with us. Weeks passed and we went into Flagship Floors in person. Once again, they said they would get back with us. It has been 7 months. They never tried to get back withus. Lack of follow through equals poor customer service which results in customer dissatisfaction. I would never recommend them. They wasted our time coming out to measure and never following through.
