Prestige Flooring was reasonable with fair pricing and excellent installation crew. They were fast, efficient, professional and courteous. We would use them again and highly recommend this company.

Im so incredibly grateful I chose Prestige Flooring recently to replace my carpets and old hardwood with all beautiful new engineered hardwood. Im too picky for my own good, so Davi (the owner) had his hands full - lol! But he and his wife were patient and kind. They were extremely knowledgeable about all flooring types and presented the facts. Although it was the most expensive option, I ultimately went with engineered hardwood - and, boy, am I glad I did. It looks spectacular!! And the installation crew was kind, patient, careful with my furniture and cleaned up after themselves. Hassan, the lead installer speaks perfect English and took the time to answer my questions during the 3-day process. These guys specialize in hardwood floors, so were extremely knowledgeable, detailed and careful. I cant say enough about both Prestige Flooring and Davis installation crew. Im not easily pleased, but they knocked it out of the park!

We are blown away at what a stand-up company Prestige Flooring is.We were originally working with Home Depot, in Kemah, for over a month. Their customer service is non-existent. NO one could give us an answer as to when they would be able to deliver the materials, not to mention give a date for installation. We were on a time crunch and were told it would be no problem with our time frame (before they received the payment...after no answers at all). I canceled that order when I had enough nonsense.My sister & brother-in-law have used Prestige a few times, and loved them. I decided to give them a call. I explained my situation, they came out to measure a few days later (last Tuesday), Friday we picked our selection (LOTS of great options) and we were on the schedule Monday! The crew showed up at 10:30 am and were out the door by 7:30 pm!They installed laminate in four bedrooms and one game room. Every one of the crew were kind, they cleaned every single bit of mess up, and did a walk-thru before they left.They were a little higher on the cost than HD. I can say it is so worth it! If I stayed with HD I am sure I would still have no answers and definitely no flooring even started.One huge bonus of choosing this company is the materials are in an air conditioned building. They travel to your home in an air conditioned van, and then straight to your house. There is no three day wait to let your floors get acclimated to the environment. When you are in a hurry, that is a big help! Weve only had the floors for two days and love them already!Prestige Flooring is worth giving a call. Every single person we have either talked to on the phone, talked to in person, and who came to our home, was very professional and kind.

We were first introduced to Davi and Prestige Flooring through a realtor friend after Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Davi’s crew installed our floor then, so naturally, after the February 2021 freeze where we had broken pipes and another flood, we went back to Davi and Prestige Flooring. Both installations were done relatively quickly with this most recent install taking only 2 days for 1750 sq ft. Both times we selected a wood look vinyl plank to stand up to the wear and mess of 3 dogs and a cat, which it does beautifully. Davi’s pricing is very competitive and his crews are efficient and go the extra mile, especially when it came to getting my furniture exactly back in place, including a grand piano. Hope I don’t have to replace a floor for a very long time, but if I do, I’ll go back again to Prestige Flooring.

The flooring install that Hasan did was amazing!! When everyone walks in, they notice the great job that was done and I receive a lot of compliments.

We had Davi and his crew at Prestige Flooring install our new ceramic old wood looking floor tile. It replaced our original wood floor. It came out really great! We love it, they were a pleasure to do business with!! I highly recommend them!

Outstanding! The moment our tile case in Prestige had a wonderful crew out for installation. We had two fireplace and a large kitchen backsplash. Angel and his crew worked non stop to finish the job. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and their work is beautiful. Prestige will now be our go-to for all of our tile and hardwood needs! Can not recommend enough!

My experience was great!!! I needed my carpet replaced quickly so I could list my home for sale. Marko was very attentive! He went above and beyond with helping me select and get the carpet installed. He was professional from the beginning to the end. The installer was really Good! He did a great job installing and cleaning up. I would definitely recommend and use again!! I am really picky about everything and I was definitely impressed!!

We are very pleased with our new flooring. The store owner gave us great suggestions on materials and color at a reasonable price. The work crew was professional, always on time and did an outstanding job. We would certainly use them again.

I came here to get my kitchen floor re-done. I had no idea what I was looking for or wanted. When I got there, Marko was extremely helpful in comparing tile and wood and prices. I made my selection, and was set up for installment that same week! The guys were on time and finished my entire kitchen in one day! Im so pleased with how much kitchen floors look! I need my bathroom floors re-done as well and definitely will be using Prestige Flooring again!!!!

Angel came in, demolished our exsisting tile and tiled our entire 2600 sq ft home in one week. The work he did was beautiful and he worked very fast to get the job done but it was done well. We couldn’t be any happier with the work done and can’t thank them enough for making this an easy job after our home flooded. Thanks again Prestige Flooring.

We remodel two bathrooms. Davi and his crew did an excellent job. They were on top of every changes we asked. They went far and beyond. We couldnt be happier with final results. Good tile selection and Davi was very knowledgeable about products and gvided us through selection of tiless for different application.His crew worked so hard from start to finish.

Day 1: The contractor showed up to start and a few minutes later I get a phone call. The store tells me that the contractor needs more money because we did not move our entertainment center. I then informed the store that the center is a built-in and can not be moved.After the job was started we were told that the entry could not be done because the flooring was tied into the foundation. During the estimate this was not brought up. To this day our entry is still old flooring with a gap in the level leading to the new flooring. The contractor also refused to tile under our hot water heater in the laundry room so we have new flooring that butts up to old flooring in the laundry room.The job ran three days late and upon completion we had to ask them to correct tiles that were not level, two that were cracked, and all of the grout was not the same color. The contractor told us that the grout would be the same color by the next morning and not to worry. The contractor then asked us to sign off on the job as being completed so he would get paid and he assured us he would be back. We declined to sign off and said we needed the errors to be corrected.The next day the grout was still the same discoloured mess it was the day before. We called the store and they assured us it would be fixed. The contractor came out and fixed the tiles and then stained the grout. The stain was not cleaned up and he advised us that it needed to dry a couple days and the stain that was on the tiles would easily be moped up. We signed off on the job and we thought it was all over.A few days later we realized the stain on the tiles would not just mop up and in fact needed to be scrubbed with a good amount of effort. While on our hands and knees scrubbing we saw that the stain had been slung on the bottom of our kitchen cabinets and the entertainment center. The stain would not come off these areas.We went out of our way and paid more money to use a local business. I can not recommend this company at all.

These guys were great to deal with. They had a large selection and there was no upsale pressure. Installer was quick and did a great job.

Prestige Flooring is the worst thing that could have ever happened to my home. They were hired to install 6x24 plank tile throughout my home. After a month of having the new floors, the tiles began to pop up off of the substrate. We had Davi come out to identify the root cause and after about 2 minutes of checking he stated it was our foundation. Davi also left a razor blade protruding from our floor in his attempt to pop up a tile. Our two-year old found it and was holding it in his hand. We had to hire a foundation company to evaluate our home and they refuted Davis claim immediately after review. Davi then attempted to push the blame onto the manufacturer of the thinset. A representative from Laticrete came out and refuted that claim as well. The rep stated the installers did not properly prepare the substrate, applied inconsistent trowel marks, improperly mixed the thinset, did not clean the backs of the tile, did not key tiles into the substrate, and used incorrect thinset and grout in relation to the 6x24in tiles. Davr ordered the incorrect materials and his installers were not aware of the requirement of a medium-bed mortar versus the thinset they used. We were also informed that Prestige purchases whatever material is the cheapest at the time so they can increase their profit on the markup. It took having a flooring inspector coming out and validating that indeed the fault was on Prestige and their inadequate tile installation before Davi would even entertain the idea it was his fault. We have had dangerous floors for over a month now as Prestige decided to remove tiles in our living room. We now start over in a worse off position than when we hired Prestige and will encounter significant additional costs to have our floors completely redone. Davi did not inspect their work each day and did not come to inspect the final result either. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered with a business. Again, no one here including the owner nor the installers follow industry standards. I hope you will think twice before inviting them into your home. They WILL NOT stand behind their work!
