After days of trying to get a Moto 5G Stylus phone at another Cricket dealer I called this League City store and they had it. I spoke with Lucio and ended up going into the store to buy the phone. Lucio and Ciero were very knowable and took care of everything in a prompt manner. Very customer oriented!

Patricia was VERY rude and hung up on me when I was asking questions. This is ridiculous. I’ve been in the telecommunications business for 9 years and worked for cricket wireless for 5 years out of that and I can see exactly why I left. This is not proper customer service.

The sales lady kept trying to talk my friend into a payment plan on a new phone instead of her using the insurance she had already payed for. Normally, I would not say this is bad, but she was decepticlve about the actual cost. On a payment plan the cost would have been almost 3× what the phone cost cash and she claiming the total cost on a payment plan to be the same as the cash price.

Bought an Iphone 5 from Cricket 2 years ago. Recently tried to switch to T-Mobile and they basically refused to unlock the phone even though I have no contract or obligation to Cricket. Worst cell company ever. Bunch of crooks.
